Background

Cooking appliances used by energizing, such as frying and baking appliances, electric rice cookers, electric frying pans, etc., are usually provided with a power cord. In order to facilitate the storage of the power line, a winding seat is generally arranged at the bottom of the main body of the cooking appliance, and the power line is wound and fixed through the winding seat, so that the cooking appliance can be stored in order. However, in the prior art, the winding seat generally only has the function of fixing the power cord, and the function is single.

In one embodiment, one of the lamp shade and the bottom plate is provided with a clamping hole, and the other is provided with a buckle, and the buckle is matched with the clamping hole so as to mount the lamp shade on the bottom plate.

The lamp shade and the bottom plate are connected in a mode of matching the clamping buckle and the clamping hole, so that the structure is simple, and the connection is convenient.

In one embodiment, the winding seat further comprises a connecting column arranged on one side of the bottom plate, facing the base, the connecting column is provided with a first connecting hole, the base is provided with a second connecting hole, and the fastener penetrates through the second connecting hole and is connected with the first connecting hole so as to connect the bottom plate to the base.

In one embodiment, the first limiting block and the second limiting block are both arranged as L-shaped clamping blocks, one end of the first limiting block, which is suspended, faces the second limiting block, one end of the second limiting block, which is suspended, faces away from the first limiting block, a limiting protrusion is arranged in an area between the first limiting block and the second limiting block on the bottom plate, and the limiting protrusion is used for propping against the surface of the accessory.

In this way, the fitting can be firmly fixed.

In one embodiment, the limiting protrusion is disposed in a region of the bottom plate, which is close to the first limiting block, and extends along a direction of a connection line between the second limiting block and the first limiting block, and from the second limiting block to the first limiting block, wherein a thickness of the limiting protrusion is gradually increased.

When the accessory is stored, the accessory moves from the second limiting block to the first limiting block, and the thickness of the limiting bulge is gradually increased, so that the limiting bulge can be gradually abutted against the matched piece, and the accessory is firmly fixed.

In one embodiment, a side surface of the bottom plate facing away from the base is provided with a graphic for indicating the fixing position of the accessory.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a base assembly 10 of a cooking appliance, comprising: the base 100, the winding seat 200 and the lamp 500, the winding seat 200 is arranged below the base 100. The winding base 200 includes a base plate 210 and a first fixing portion 220, the base plate 210 is disposed at a distance from the base 100, a winding groove 300 for accommodating a power cord (not shown) is formed at the distance, the first fixing portion 220 is disposed at a side of the base plate 210 facing the base 100, and the lamp 500 is mounted on the first fixing portion 220. The base assembly 10 includes a base 100, a winding base 200 and a lamp 500, wherein the winding base 200 includes a base plate 210 and a first fixing portion 220, and a winding groove 300 is formed between the base plate 210 and the base 100 to receive a power cord; the first fixing part 220 mounts the lamp 500, and has a decorative function. It can be seen that the base assembly 10 of the present application expands the functions of the winding base 200, and the winding base 200 not only can accommodate the power cord, but also can mount the lamp 500 for decoration, so that the space under the base 100 can be fully utilized.

Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first fixing portion 220 is provided as an annular protrusion protruding toward the base 100, an annular groove 221 is provided at an outer circumferential side of the first fixing portion 220, and the lamp 500 is provided as a lamp band mounted in the annular groove 221. The provision of the annular groove 221 provides a mounting position for the lamp strip, and ensures that the lamp strip emits light around the winding seat 200, thereby playing a decorative role.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the base assembly 10 further includes an annular lampshade 600, the lampshade 600 is covered on the outer side of the lamp 500, and the lampshade 600 is at least partially transparent. The lamp shade 600 is arranged to protect the lamp strip, prevent the lamp strip from being damaged, improve the use safety, and prevent the light emitted by the lamp strip from being directly and dazzling. In addition, the lampshade 600 can select PC plastic or PMMA plastic with frosted effect, and has good atmosphere effect.

Further, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the side wall of the lamp shade 600 is provided with a wire outlet 610, the inner side of the lamp shade 600 is provided with a wire clamping portion 620 corresponding to the wire outlet 610, the wire clamping portion 620 is provided with a wire clamping groove 621 for fixing the wire 510 of the lamp 500, and the wire clamping groove 621 is provided with a notch arranged towards the wire outlet 610. Thus, the wires 510 connected to the lamp 500 are positioned through the wire clamping grooves 621 and then pass through the wire outlet holes 610, thereby facilitating connection with a power supply. The wire clamping groove 621 can fix the wire 510 before passing out of the wire outlet hole 610, so as to prevent the wire 510 from being pulled. In this embodiment, the wire clamping portion 620 includes two oppositely disposed rib plates, and a wire clamping groove 621 is formed between the two rib plates, so that the structure is very simple, and the electric wire 510 is easy to fix. Reinforcing ribs are further arranged on the rib plates to improve the structural strength of the rib plates.

Referring to fig. 3 and 7, one of the lamp housing 600 and the base plate 210 is provided with a clamping hole 211, and the other is provided with a buckle 630, and the buckle 630 cooperates with the clamping hole 211 to mount the lamp housing 600 on the base plate 210. The lamp shade 600 and the bottom plate 210 are connected in a mode of matching the clamping buckle 630 and the clamping hole 211, so that the structure is simple, and the connection is convenient. In this embodiment, the lamp cover 600 is provided with a buckle 630, and the base plate 210 is provided with a clamping hole 211 matched with the buckle 630. Of course, in other embodiments, the base plate 210 may be provided with a buckle 630, and the lamp cover 600 may be provided with a card hole 211 that mates with the buckle 630.

Referring to fig. 5 and 3, the winding seat 200 further includes a connection post 240 disposed on a side of the bottom plate 210 facing the base 100, the connection post 240 is provided with a first connection hole 241, the base 100 is provided with a second connection hole 110, and the fastener penetrates through the second connection hole 110 and is connected with the first connection hole 241 so as to connect the bottom plate 210 to the base 100. In this way, the base plate 210 and the base 100 are connected by the fastener, the connection is convenient, and the fastener is hidden in the first connecting hole 241, so that the appearance of the base assembly 10 is not affected. In this embodiment, the fastener is a screw. When the winding seat 200 is installed, the screw passes through the second connecting hole 110 first and then is connected with the first connecting hole 241, the head of the screw is positioned on one side of the base 100, and the rod part of the screw is hidden in the second connecting hole 110 and the first connecting hole 241.

In the present embodiment, the winding seat 200 is provided with three connection posts 240, but the number of the connection posts 240 is not limited to this, and other numbers may be used. In the present application, the connection post 240 is disposed inside the annular protrusion, so that the connection between the base plate 210 and the base 100 and the connection between the base plate 210 and the lamp housing 600 are not affected each other, and the overall structure is compact.

Referring to fig. 5 and 3, further, a positioning structure 700 is disposed between the base plate 210 and the base 100, and the positioning structure 700 is used for determining the mounting position of the base plate 210 on the base 100. Thus, the wire holder 200 can be accurately mounted, and the wire holder 200 is prevented from being mounted to the outside, which would adversely affect the mounting of the electric wire 510 of the lamp 500. Further, the positioning structure 700 includes a positioning post 710 disposed on the bottom plate 210 and a positioning hole 720 disposed on the base 100, where the positioning post 710 cooperates with the positioning hole 720 to achieve positioning. In this embodiment, the bottom plate 210 is provided with two positioning columns 710, wherein one of the positioning columns 710 is a cylinder, and the other positioning column 710 is a square column; the base 100 is provided with two positioning holes 720, wherein one positioning hole 720 is a round hole, and the other positioning hole 720 is a square hole. The circular hole mates with the cylinder and the square hole mates with the square post, so that the mounting position of the base plate 210 on the base 100 can be determined. However, the positioning structure 700 is not limited thereto, and may be other structures as long as the mounting position of the base plate 210 on the base 100 can be determined. When the base assembly 10 is assembled, the lamp strip is first mounted on the first fixing portion 220, then the lamp shade 600 is mounted on the winding base 200, and finally the winding base 200 is mounted on the base 100.

Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the winding seat 200 further includes a second fixing portion 230, where the second fixing portion 230 is disposed on a side of the bottom plate 210 facing away from the base 100, and the second fixing portion 230 is used for fixing the accessory 2 of the cooking apparatus. It will be appreciated that the accessory 2 of the cooking appliance is a device for use with the appliance body 1, for example, the accessory 2 of the fry and bake appliance includes a small scoop, the accessory 2 of the electric rice cooker includes a spoon, a soup ladle, the accessory 2 of the electric frying pan includes a large scoop, and so on. In this embodiment, the second fixing portion 230 can accommodate the fitting 2 of the cooking appliance, so that the fitting 2 can be accommodated neatly without providing a separate structure or packing material for accommodating the fitting 2. This embodiment further expands the function of the winding seat 200 so that the space under the base 100 can be more fully utilized.

Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the second fixing portion 230 includes a first stopper 231 and a second stopper 232, and the first stopper 231 and the second stopper 232 are used for fixing two ends of the fitting 2 respectively. By setting the first stopper 231 and the second stopper 232 to fix both ends of the fitting 2, the structure is simple, and the fitting 2 is easy to be stored.

The first limiting block 231 and the second limiting block 232 are all arranged to be L-shaped clamping blocks, one end of the first limiting block 231, which is suspended, faces the second limiting block 232, one end of the second limiting block 232, which is suspended, faces away from the first limiting block 231, limiting protrusions 250 are arranged in the area between the first limiting block 231 and the second limiting block 232 of the bottom plate 210, and the limiting protrusions 250 are used for abutting against the surface of the accessory 2. In this way, the fitting 2 can be firmly fixed. In this embodiment, the accessory 2 of the cooking appliance is a small shovel, and one end of the handle of the small shovel is provided with a through hole 21. When the accessory 2 is stored, the through hole 21 passes through the second limiting block 232, and the shovel head of the small shovel is moved into the L-shaped opening of the first limiting block 231, so that the suspended end of the second limiting block 232 and the suspended end of the first limiting block 231 both block the small shovel from one side, and the accessory 2 can be firmly fixed on the bottom plate 210 by matching with the limiting protrusion 250 to abut against the surface of the accessory 2, namely, the accessory 2 is fixed on the winding seat 200.

In this embodiment, the limiting protrusion 250 is disposed in a region of the bottom plate 210 near the first limiting block 231, the limiting protrusion 250 extends along a connecting line between the second limiting block 232 and the first limiting block 231, and the thickness of the limiting protrusion 250 gradually increases from the second limiting block 232 to the first limiting block 231. When the fitting 2 is stored, the fitting 2 moves from the second limiting block 232 to the first limiting block 231, and the thickness of the limiting protrusion 250 gradually increases, so that the limiting protrusion 250 can gradually abut against the fitting 2, and the fitting 2 is firmly fixed. In the present embodiment, the limiting protrusion 250 is in a strip shape, and two limiting protrusions 250 are provided, but not limited thereto, the limiting protrusion 250 may be provided in one or three or more, the shape of the limiting protrusion 250 is not limited to a strip shape, and the limiting protrusion 250 may be provided in a plurality of protruding points.

Further, a side surface of the base plate 210 facing away from the base 100 is provided with a graphic 260 for indicating a fixed position of the fitting 2, so that a user can be prompted to place the fitting 2. In this embodiment, the surface of the base plate 210 is partially protruded to form a pattern 260, and the shape of the pattern 260 corresponds to the shape of the fitting 2. Of course, in other embodiments, the pattern 260 may be formed by other means, such as printing. In addition, text may be provided on the surface of the base plate 210 to prompt the user.

The base plate 210 is provided with a plurality of second fixing portions 230, each second fixing portion 230 is used for fixing one fitting 2, and a spacer 270 is arranged between adjacent second fixing portions 230, and the spacer 270 is used for separating the plurality of fittings 2. In this way, the fixation of the plurality of fittings 2 to the base plate 210 is facilitated. In addition, spacer 270 is provided according to the contour of fitting 2, spacer 270 also serving to indicate the position of fitting 2.

Referring to fig. 8, the present application further provides a cooking appliance including an appliance body 1 and an accessory 2, wherein the appliance body 1 includes the base assembly 10 as described above, and the accessory 2 is fixed to the winding base 200 through the second fixing portion 230. Thus, the winding seat 200 of the base assembly 10 has not only a function of accommodating a power cord but also a function of mounting the lamp 500, and also a function of accommodating the fitting 2, and functions are various.

In this embodiment, the cooking device is a frying and roasting device, more specifically, the frying and roasting device is an electric baking tray, the electric baking tray is suitable for being used for simultaneous barbecue by multiple people, the accessory 2 is a small shovel, the small shovel can be a plastic shovel, and also can be a wood shovel, a bamboo shovel or an alloy shovel, and the application is not limited to this. The electric baking tray is provided with a plurality of small scoops, so that the electric baking tray is convenient for a plurality of people to use simultaneously. In addition, in other embodiments, the frying and baking device may be a frying and baking machine (e.g. electric baking pan, breakfast machine, sandwich machine, etc.) commonly used in households. The cooking utensil can also be other products with accessories 2, such as an electric cooker, an electric frying pan and the like. When the base assembly 10 is applied to different cooking appliances, the second fixing portion 230 of a corresponding size is provided according to the fitting 2 corresponding to the cooking appliance, as long as the second fixing portion 230 can fix the corresponding fitting 2.

The winding seat (200) comprises a bottom plate (210) and a first fixing part (220), the bottom plate (210) and the base (100) are arranged at intervals, a winding groove (300) for accommodating a power line is formed at the intervals,

The first fixing part (220) is arranged on one side of the bottom plate (210) facing the base (100), and the lamp (500) is mounted on the first fixing part (220).

The base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first fixing portion (220) is provided as an annular protrusion protruding toward the base (100), an annular groove (221) is provided at an outer peripheral side of the first fixing portion (220), and the lamp (500) is provided as a lamp band mounted in the annular groove (221).

3. The base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 2, further comprising an annular lamp cover (600), the lamp cover (600) being covered outside the lamp (500), the lamp cover (600) being at least partially light transmissive.

A base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the side wall of the lamp housing (600) is provided with a wire outlet hole (610), the inside of the lamp housing (600) is provided with a wire clamping part (620) corresponding to the wire outlet hole (610), the wire clamping part (620) is provided with a wire clamping groove (621) for fixing the electric wire (510) of the lamp (500), and the wire clamping groove (621) is provided with a notch arranged towards the wire outlet hole (610).

A base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein one of the lamp housing (600) and the base plate (210) is provided with a clamping hole (211), the other is provided with a buckle (630), and the buckle (630) cooperates with the clamping hole (211) to mount the lamp housing (600) to the base plate (210).

The cooking appliance base assembly according to claim 1, wherein the winding base (200) further comprises a connection post (240) disposed on a side of the bottom plate (210) facing the base (100), the connection post (240) is provided with a first connection hole (241), the base (100) is provided with a second connection hole (110), and a fastener is disposed through the second connection hole (110) and connected with the first connection hole (241) to connect the bottom plate (210) to the base (100).

The base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the winding base (200) further comprises a second fixing portion (230), the second fixing portion (230) being provided at a side of the bottom plate (210) facing away from the base (100), the second fixing portion (230) being used for fixing a fitting (2) of the cooking appliance.

8. The base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the second fixing portion (230) includes a first stopper (231) and a second stopper (232), the first stopper (231) and the second stopper (232) being for fixing both ends of the fitting (2), respectively.

11. A base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 8, characterized in that a side surface of the bottom plate (210) facing away from the base (100) is provided with a graphic (260) for indicating the fixing position of the fitting (2).

The base assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of second fixing portions (230) are provided on the base plate (210), each second fixing portion (230) being configured to fix one fitting (2), and a spacer (270) is provided between adjacent second fixing portions (230), the spacer (270) being configured to space the plurality of fittings (2).

13. A cooking appliance, characterized by comprising an appliance body (1), the appliance body (1) comprising a base assembly (10) according to any one of claims 1-12.
