The tool holder according to claim 4, wherein in the second direction (Y), the mounting groove (11) comprises a first mounting groove (111) and a second mounting groove (112) in communication, the first mounting groove (111) being located on a side of the second mounting groove (112) facing away from the top wall of the base (1), the body (212) being located in the first mounting groove (111), the flange (213) being located in the second mounting groove (112).
