A dual-mounting-plate lamp as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein said mounting-plate connection structure comprises two substrates, both ends of the substrates are connected with the lamp, the middle of the substrates are connected with one section of the hanging piece, an insertion opening is formed between the other end of the hanging piece and the back of the lamp, both ends of said mounting-plate for embedded mounting and said mounting-plate for surface mounting are provided with hanging hooks, said hanging hooks are hooked on said hanging pieces of two substrates to realize connection of the mounting-plate for embedded mounting and the mounting-plate for surface mounting, said hanging hooks are passed in and passed out through said insertion opening to hook the hanging piece and disengage from the hanging piece.

The lamp with two mounting modes of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the lamp comprises a lamp housing, a light emitting component and a light source, the lamp housing comprises an annular tube shell and a back plate, the front end of the annular tube shell is provided with an inward flanging, the light source comprises an LED lamp strip arranged on one side of the inner wall of the annular tube shell and a power supply for driving the LED lamp strip, the light emitting component comprises an elastic base plate, a light reflecting plate, a light guide plate and a diffusion plate which are sequentially arranged, the light emitting component is pressed on the inward flanging by the back plate, and light emitted by the LED lamp strip is LED out from the front end of the annular tube shell through the light emitting component.
