Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sanitary products, and in particular to menstrual pants.

Background

Women may have a variety of options for sanitary products during the menstrual period, with sanitary napkins and menstrual pants being the most common. Menstrual pants, which may also be referred to as pant-type sanitary napkins, are commonly used during the night because of their good containment and leakage protection. With the popularization of menstrual pants, in the living scene that sanitary napkins cannot be replaced in time, many users choose to use the menstrual pants in the daytime, and also people with large menstrual blood volume can use the menstrual pants in the daytime.

Part of menstrual pants on the market are provided with guard rings on two sides of an absorption core body, and the guard rings are usually folded cloth directly and fixedly connected on two sides of the absorption core body. In the prior art, in order to make the protection effect of the guard ring better, the guard ring cloth is folded for many times on two sides of the absorbent core body, so that the guard ring is piled up to a certain thickness, and further, liquid is prevented from leaking from two sides of the absorbent core body. This can result in a significant amount of material being stacked between the legs of the user, with a noticeable foreign body sensation, resulting in an uncomfortable experience. And the heat dissipation performance of the absorbent core is generally poor, so that excessive materials stacked between legs are easy to cause stuffy feel, and the user experience is poor.

According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a menstrual pant comprising:

a pant waist configured to encircle a human waist in a use state;

The two ends of the crotch part of the trousers body are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the waist part of the trousers body;

the absorbent core is arranged on one side of the crotch of the trousers body, which faces the human body;

A protector configured to extend in a crotch direction of the pants body, both ends of the protector extending direction being configured to be connected to a front side and a rear side of a waist portion of the pants body, respectively; the containment flaps extend outwardly from the left and right sides of the absorbent core and are configured to suspend over the crotch of the pant.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the containment comprises containment flaps on the left and right sides of the absorbent core, respectively, the inner side of the containment flaps being configured to fold outwardly to form a fold that floats relative to the crotch of the pant.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the middle position of the absorbent core is configured to be fixedly coupled to the upper side of the crotch of the pants, and the left and right sides of the absorbent core are configured to be fixedly coupled to the upper side of the folded portion such that the left and right sides of the absorbent core are bent upward.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the containment comprises a containment fabric positioned in the crotch portion of the pant, the opposite sides of the containment fabric being worn out of the crotch portion of the pant to form a curved portion positioned on opposite sides of the absorbent core and suspended relative to the crotch portion of the pant.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the absorbent core is integrally configured to be fixedly attached to the upper side of the crotch of the pant; alternatively, the absorbent core is fixedly attached to the upper side of the crotch of the pant, and the edges of the absorbent core are configured to be fixed to the curved portion at a position adjacent to the crotch of the pant.

In one embodiment of the disclosure, the elastic extending in the crotch direction of the pant body is provided in the guard.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the elastic is configured to be disconnected at a location where the containment is connected to the waist of the pant.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the cloth at the upper side edge of the waist of the pants body is configured to be folded outwardly.

The present disclosure provides a menstrual pant comprising: the waist part of the trousers body, the crotch part of the trousers body, the absorption core body and the protective ring. The waist of the trousers body is configured to encircle the waist of the human body in a use state, and two ends of the crotch of the trousers body are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the waist of the trousers body, wherein the front side of the waist of the trousers body refers to the direction of the abdomen of the human body, and the rear side refers to the direction of the buttocks of the human body. The crotch part of the trousers body is configured to pass through between two legs of a human body in a use state, the absorbent core is arranged on one side of the crotch part of the trousers body facing the human body, and the absorbent core is configured to absorb menstrual blood discharged by the human body in the use state.

The guard ring is configured to extend along the crotch direction of the pants body, two guard rings are arranged on each menstrual period pants, extend along the crotch direction of the pants body in a strip shape, namely, along the length direction of the absorbent core, and are respectively enclosed on the left side and the right side of the absorbent core. Both ends of the guard ring are fixed on the waist of the trousers body, when the menstrual trousers are in a use state, a user can lift the waist of the trousers body upwards, and both ends of the guard ring fixed on the front side and the rear side of the waist of the trousers body can be lifted upwards synchronously, so that the whole guard ring has a trend of moving upwards. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present disclosure provides a menstrual pant comprising: a pant waist 1, a pant crotch 2, an absorbent core 3 and a guard 4. Wherein, the waist part 1 of the trousers body is configured to encircle the waist of the human body in the use state, and two ends of the crotch part 2 of the trousers body are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the waist part 1 of the trousers body. Referring to the view direction of fig. 1, in the unfolded state, the front side of the waist portion 1 of the pants body is the upper position, and the rear side of the waist portion 1 of the pants body is the lower position. In the use state shown in fig. 2, the front side of the waist portion 1 of the pants body refers to the direction of the abdomen of the human body, and the rear side refers to the direction of the buttocks of the human body. The crotch part 2 of the pants body is configured to pass between the legs of the human body in a use state, the absorbent core 3 is provided at a side of the crotch part 2 of the pants body facing the human body, and the absorbent core 3 is configured to absorb menstrual blood discharged from the human body in a use state.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the guard bands 4 are configured to extend along the crotch 2 of the pant, two guard bands 4 are provided on each menstrual pant, and the two guard bands 4 are strip-shaped to extend along the crotch 2 of the pant, that is, the length direction of the absorbent core 3, and are respectively enclosed on the left and right sides of the absorbent core 3. The two end portions of the extension direction of the containment ring 4 are configured to be connected to the front side and the rear side of the waist portion 1 of the pants body, respectively, and the containment ring 4 extends outwardly from the left and right sides of the absorbent core 3, that is, extends a certain length in a direction away from the absorbent core 3, and is configured to be suspended on the crotch portion 2 of the pants body. Two ends in the length direction of the guard ring 4 are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the waist 1 of the trousers body, and compared with the scheme that the guard ring 4 is arranged on the absorbent core 3 in the prior art, the guard ring 4 is fixedly connected to the waist 1 of the trousers body, so that a brand new mode for arranging the guard ring 4 is provided, and the use of materials is reduced on the premise of playing a leakage-proof effect. Both ends of the guard ring 4 are fixed on the waist 1 of the trousers body, when the trousers are in a using state, a user can lift the waist 1 of the trousers body upwards, and both ends of the guard ring 4 fixed on the front side and the rear side of the waist 1 of the trousers body can be lifted upwards synchronously, so that the whole guard ring 4 has a trend of moving upwards. The material of the guard 4 positioned at two sides of the absorbent core 3 can be fixed on the crotch 2 of the pants body in a partially suspended manner, and the suspended guard 4 has a trend of upward movement, so that the guard 4 can keep a state of being attached to a human body, and further plays a role in preventing side leakage.

The present disclosure provides two structures of the containment vessel 4, both of which enable the containment vessel 4 to be suspended over the crotch portion 2 of the pant. In practical applications, a person skilled in the art may design the structure of the enclosure 4 according to the needs, and the two structures described below are only two embodiments, and the specific structure of the enclosure 4 is not limited in this disclosure.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the containment 4 includes a containment sheet 41 positioned on both left and right sides of the absorbent core 3, respectively, the inner side of the containment sheet 41 being configured to be folded outwardly to form a folded portion 42 that is suspended with respect to the crotch portion 2 of the pant body. In the present embodiment, two pieces of the protective cloths 41 are provided on the left and right sides of the absorbent core 3, respectively, and the two pieces of the protective cloths 41 are symmetrical with respect to the absorbent core 3, and the fixing manner is completely identical. The wrapping cloth 41 is long, and both ends in the longitudinal direction thereof are connected to the front side and the rear side of the waist portion 1 of the pants body, respectively, and the cloth on the side away from the absorbent core 3 in the width direction thereof is fixed to the crotch portion of the pants body, and the cloth on the side adjacent to the absorbent core 3 is folded outward to form a folded portion 42. The width of the upper end surface of the folded portion 42 is the width of the cloth folded outwards, and it should be noted that the upper end surface of the folded portion 42 should be at least partially located beyond the absorbent core 3, so as to form the guard 4 on two sides of the absorbent core 3, thereby preventing side leakage.

The upper end surface of the folded portion 42 floats with respect to the crotch portion 2 of the pants body, and the upper end surface thereof tends to move in a direction away from the crotch portion 2 of the pants body. The middle position of the absorbent core 3 is configured to be fixedly coupled to the upper side of the crotch 2 of the pants, and the left and right sides of the absorbent core 3 are configured to be fixedly coupled to the upper sides of the folded portions 42 such that the left and right sides of the absorbent core 3 are bent upward. The left and right sides of the absorbent core 3 are fixed to the upper end surfaces of the folded portions 42 so as to be suspended together with the upper end surfaces of the folded portions 42 with respect to the crotch portion 2 of the pants body, with a tendency to move upward. The middle position of the absorbent core 3 is fixed on the crotch part 2 of the trousers body, so that the absorbent core 3 does not wholly suspend relative to the crotch part 2 of the trousers body, but forms a shape slightly bent upwards on both sides.

Therefore, the absorption core body 3 can be more attached to a human body, liquid can be more easily concentrated to the middle position of the absorption core body 3, and the liquid is prevented from flowing out of the side edge position of the absorption core body 3, so that user experience is improved. The two sides of the absorption core body 3 are bent upwards, and the guard rings 4 positioned at the two sides of the absorption core body 3 are suspended upwards, so that the guard rings 4 can be kept at positions close to the inner sides of the thighs of a human body, and the protection effect is improved.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 4, the containment 4 comprises a containment fabric 41 positioned in the sandwich of the crotch portion 2 of the pant, opposite sides of the containment fabric 41 being worn out of the sandwich of the crotch portion 2 of the pant, forming a curved portion 43 positioned on opposite sides of the absorbent core 3 and suspended relative to the crotch portion 2 of the pant. In this embodiment, only one piece of the protection cloth 41 is provided, and two sides of the one piece of the protection cloth 41 form two protection bands 4 on the two sides of the absorbent core 3, respectively. The crotch portion 2 of the pant body is formed of a multi-layered material with an intermediate layer between them, in which the protective clothing 41 is located. The two ends of the wrapping cloth 41 in the extending direction of the crotch portion 2 of the pants are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the waist portion 1 of the pants, respectively, and the two ends in the width extending direction of the absorbent core 3 are respectively penetrated from the positions on the two sides of the absorbent core 3, and the penetrated portions form the bent portions 43. The curved portion 43 floats relative to the crotch portion 2 of the pant to form a guard structure above the absorbent core 3, making liquid less prone to side leakage.

The absorbent core 3 is integrally constructed to be fixedly attached to the upper side of the crotch portion 2 of the pants; alternatively, the absorbent core 3 is fixedly attached to the upper side of the crotch portion 2 of the pant, and the edge of the absorbent core 3 is configured to be fixed to the curved portion 43 at a position adjacent to the crotch portion 2 of the pant. When the absorbent core 3 is integrally and fixedly connected to the upper side of the crotch 2 of the pants body, the bending part 43 is completely higher than the absorbent core 3, and the suspended guard 4 can keep a state of being attached to the inner side of the thigh root of the human body, thereby forming a good protective effect. When the edge of the absorbent core 3 is fixed on the curved portion 43 at a position adjacent to the crotch portion 2 of the pant, both sides of the absorbent core 3 are slightly curved upward and float together with the curved portion 43 with respect to the crotch portion 2 of the pant, with a tendency to move upward. Therefore, the absorption core body 3 can be more attached to a human body, liquid can be more easily concentrated to the middle position of the absorption core body 3, and the liquid is prevented from flowing out of the side edge position of the absorption core body 3, so that user experience is improved.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, both the pant waist portion 1 and the pant crotch portion 2 may be made of an elastic material, for example, may be made of an elastic cloth; it is also possible to provide a rubber band or an elastic band in the waist portion 1 and the crotch portion 2 of the pants, respectively, so as to make them elastic. The waist part 1 and the crotch part 2 are provided with elasticity, which is convenient for the user to put on and take off the menstrual pants and enables the menstrual pants to keep fit with the user all the time. The waist 1 of the trousers body has elasticity which is helpful for fitting the waistline position of the menstrual trousers with the human body at any time, and the crotch 2 of the trousers body has elasticity which can fit the leg circumference position of the menstrual trousers with the human body at any time. After the user wears the menstrual pants, the waistline of the user may also change greatly in a short time, for example, the waistline of the user may increase obviously after a large amount of food is taken, and the elastic waist portion 1 of the pants body can ensure the comfort of the user wearing the pants body.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, with reference to fig. 3 and 4, elastic 44 extending in the direction of the crotch portion 2 of the pants body is provided in the cover 4. The structure of the enclosure 4 may be a folded portion 42 as shown in fig. 3, a curved portion 43 as shown in fig. 4, or other types of suspension structures, in which rubber strings 44 may be provided, regardless of the specific structure of the enclosure 4. The elastic strips 44 may be respectively combined with two elastic strips 44 in the enclosure 4 on each side of the enclosure 4. The elastic is configured to extend along the crotch 2 of the pants body, and the guard 4 is curved under the elastic force of the elastic 44, so that the guard 4 can be kept in a state of being attached to the inner side of the thigh of the human body at any time, and even if a user performs a large-amplitude movement, the absorbent core 3 can be ensured to be attached to the human body at any time. Thus, the leakage-proof performance of the menstrual pants is further improved, and the user experience is further improved.

In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 2, the elastic 44 is configured to be disconnected at the location where the containment 4 is attached to the waist portion 1 of the pant. The guard 4 in the present disclosure is fixedly connected to the waist portion 1 of the pants body, and the elastic threads 44 provided in the guard 4 are also extended to the waist portion 1 of the pants body. Since the elastic 44 extends in the direction of the crotch 2 of the pant, i.e. in the direction perpendicular to the waist 1 of the pant, the elastic force of the elastic 44 pulls the attachment position of the containment vessel 4 to the waist 1 of the pant. The color material 11 can be seen by a user through the cloth on the outer side of the waist 1 of the pants body, the appearance effect of the menstrual pants can be improved by designing the color material 11, the attractiveness is enhanced, and pleasant mood is brought to the user, so that the user experience is improved. The design of the typeface or logo on the color material 11 can facilitate the user to separate the front side and the back side of the menstrual pants, which makes the menstrual pants more convenient to wear, thereby improving the user experience.

Besides the color material 11 can be arranged in the interlayer, various patterns or figures can be printed at the two ends of the waist 1 of the trousers body, so that the appearance effect of the menstrual trousers is improved, the aesthetic property is enhanced, pleasant mood is brought to users, and the user experience is enhanced.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, with continued reference to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the cloth located at the upper side edge of the waist portion 1 of the pant body is configured to be folded outwardly. The waist part 1 of the trousers body is formed by compounding a plurality of layers of materials and is subjected to edge sealing at the upper edge position, so that the edge position is rough compared with other positions. The rough edges of the waist 1 of the pants directly attached to the skin can cause discomfort to the user, and even allergic reactions can occur to people who are sensitive to part of the skin. Therefore, the cloth at the upper side edge position of the waist 1 of the trousers body needs to be folded outwards, as shown in fig. 6, the edge of the waist 1 of the trousers body cannot be in direct contact with a human body, so that the cloth attached to the human body has higher comfort level, and the user experience is improved.

The color materials 11 located at the edge of the waist portion 1 of the pants body may also be folded outwardly together, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the size of the color materials 11 is not less than 20mm, the folded-out size of the waist portion 1 of the pants body is not less than 10mm, and the color materials 11 folded together to the outside of the waist portion 1 of the pants body may be designed in the shape of laces, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the menstrual pants.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the absorbent core 3 includes an absorbent layer 31, a core layer 32, and a leakage preventing layer 33 that are stacked, the absorbent layer 31 being configured to face toward the human body side in a use state. The absorbent layer 31 may be made of a hydrophilic material, and the absorbent layer 31 is configured to directly contact the human body to absorb liquid discharged from the human body to the core layer 32. The core layer 32 may be a cotton core with a certain thickness, and the core layer 32 can absorb a large amount of liquid, and the liquid gradually permeates to the bottom of the core layer 32 along with the increase of the amount of the absorbed liquid. The leak-proof layer 33 is arranged below the core layer 32, the leak-proof layer 33 can be made of water-repellent materials, and when liquid seeps from the lower part of the core layer to the position of the leak-proof layer 33, the liquid is not easy to break through the leak-proof layer 33, so that the leak-proof effect is achieved.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3-5, the absorbent core 3 further comprises a side absorbent layer 34 and a baffle layer 35. The side absorbent layer 34 is provided with two pieces, and the two pieces of side absorbent layer 34 are respectively covered on the upper side of the left and right sides of the absorbent layer 31. The side absorbent layer 34 may be made of a water repellent material, thus forming a three-sheet structure with water repellent sides and hydrophilic middle on the side of the absorbent core 3 facing the human body. The middle absorbent layer 31 is more hydrophilic than the side absorbent layers 34 on both sides, and liquid is concentrated toward the middle when flowing to the upper surface of the absorbent core 3, thereby preventing liquid leakage from the sides.

The size of the flow guiding layer 35 is smaller than the size of the core layer 32, and is disposed at an intermediate position of the core layer 32 and between the absorbent layer 31 and the core layer 32. The diversion layer 35 has a plurality of diversion trenches, and the diversion layer 35 is arranged between the absorption layer and the core layer, which is beneficial to the rapid transfer of the liquid from the absorption layer 31 to the core layer 32. The absorbent core 3 is formed by compounding the above-described multilayered materials, and the core layer 32 is made of a material that mainly functions to absorb liquid, and when the compounding is performed, the edge position thereof is thinned, and the center position thereof has a relatively large thickness. The central position of the core 32 can absorb a greater amount of liquid than the peripheral position, so that positioning the baffle 35 in the central position ensures that more liquid flows into the middle of the core 32 to perform the maximum absorption function of the menstrual pant.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the side of the pant waist portion 1 facing the human body and/or the side of the absorbent core 3 facing the human body is provided with a cool feeling material layer. The position where the menstrual trousers are in direct contact with the human body is easy to generate stuffy feeling, and the cool feeling material layer is arranged at the positions, so that the stuffy feeling can be effectively relieved. The cool feeling material layer can be made of a cool feeling fiber material by a person skilled in the art, or can be directly formed on the inner surface of the waist part 1 of the pants body and/or the upper surface of the absorbent core 3 by spraying cool feeling microcapsules. In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, a certain amount (3-15 gsm) of menthol microcapsules can be sprayed on the fabric inside the menstrual trousers, the menthol capsules being able to rupture and release menthol upon encountering sweat, thereby cooling the skin. Thus, the choke plug feeling of the menstrual pants is relieved, and the use experience of users is improved.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, an amount of bacteriostatic components may be added to the absorbent core 3, such as: tea polyphenols, apigenin, chitosan, etc. The menstrual blood contains sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other ions and various microelements, also contains protein, amino acid, abundant enzyme, antibody and other nutrient components, and is easy to become a 'culture medium' for the bacteria to grow in a large area; in addition, the menstrual pants can absorb more blood than sanitary napkins, and the interval time between each time of replacement is longer, so that the menstrual pants are easy to generate unpleasant odor when in use. The antibacterial component is added into the absorption core body 3, so that the growth speed of bacteria can be slowed down, the effect of removing smell is achieved, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A menstrual pant comprising:

a pant waist (1), the pant waist (1) being configured to encircle a human waist in a use state;

the trousers body crotch (2), two ends of the trousers body crotch (2) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the trousers body waist (1);

An absorbent core (3), wherein the absorbent core (3) is arranged at one side of the crotch part (2) of the trousers body facing the human body;

-a containment (4), the containment (4) being configured to extend in the direction of the crotch (2) of the pant, the two ends of the containment (4) extending in direction being configured to be connected to the front and rear sides of the waist (1) of the pant, respectively; the containment flaps (4) extend outwardly from the left and right sides of the absorbent core (3) and are configured to suspend over the crotch portion (2) of the pant.

2. Menstrual trousers according to claim 1, wherein the containment (4) comprises a containment fabric (41) located on each of the right and left sides of the absorbent core (3), the inside of the containment fabric (41) being configured to be folded outwards to form a fold (42) suspended in relation to the crotch portion (2) of the trousers body.

3. Menstrual trousers according to claim 2, wherein the middle position of the absorbent core (3) is configured to be fixedly connected to the upper side of the crotch portion (2) of the trousers, and the left and right sides of the absorbent core (3) are configured to be fixedly connected to the upper side of the folded portion (42) so that the left and right sides of the absorbent core (3) are bent upward.

Menstrual period pants according to claim 1, wherein the containment means (4) comprises a containment fabric (41) in the sandwich layer of the crotch portion (2) of the pant, the opposite sides of the containment fabric (41) being worn out of the sandwich layer of the crotch portion (2) of the pant forming curved portions (43) on opposite sides of the absorbent core (3) and suspended in relation to the crotch portion (2) of the pant.

Menstrual trousers according to claim 4, wherein the absorbent core (3) is integrally configured to be fixedly connected to the upper side of the crotch portion (2) of the trousers body; alternatively, the absorbent core (3) is fixedly attached to the upper side of the crotch portion (2) of the pant, and the edge of the absorbent core (3) is configured to be fixed to the curved portion (43) at a position adjacent to the crotch portion (2) of the pant.

6. Menstrual pants according to claim 1, wherein the containment (4) is provided with elastic (44) extending in the direction of the crotch (2) of the pant body.

7. Menstrual pants according to claim 6, wherein the elastic (44) is configured to be disconnected at the location where the containment (4) is connected to the waist (1) of the pant.

8. Menstrual pants according to claim 1, wherein the cloth at the upper side edge of the waist (1) of the pant body is configured to be folded outwards.

9. Menstrual trousers according to claim 1, wherein the absorbent core (3) comprises an absorbent layer (31), a core layer (32) and a leakage preventing layer (33) arranged in layers, the absorbent layer (31) being configured to face towards the body side in the use state.

10. Menstrual period pants according to claim 1, wherein the waist part (1) of the pants body is provided with a layer of cooling material on the side facing the human body and/or the side of the absorbent core (3) facing the human body.
