In this way, a relatively easy and quick fixing can be achieved.
Alternatively, the first through holes 11b and the second through holes 22 may be provided correspondingly, and the number may be plural. The plurality of first through holes 11b, the second through holes 22 and the second fastening members 33 cooperate to enhance the connection stability and connection reliability of the cross bar 2 and the base tank 1.
Preferably, the second fastener 33 may be a screw, bolt or threaded rod. The screws, bolts or screws are used as the fasteners, so that on one hand, stable and reliable connection can be provided, larger load and vibration are born, and the cable bridge 5 is suitable for the environment where the cable bridge is located; on the other hand, screws, bolts or bolts have a simple design, so that they are easy to install and disassemble.
The procedure for fixing the cable by the cable fixing device of the present application will be briefly described as follows:
in the embodiment of the present application, when it is required to fix the cable 5 in the cable bridge 4, it is preferable to select a cable fixing device adapted to the width of the cable bridge 4.
In a first step, the base channel 1 is mounted in the cable bridge 4, preferably by means of a set screw connection. The base groove 1 and the cable bridge 4 are installed by adopting fixing screws, so that the installation is simple and easy to operate, and the connection stability and the connection reliability are ensured.
In a second step, the cable 5 is placed in the base tank 1. Preferably, if the cross sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are the same in size, the cables 5 are sequentially placed in the base groove 1; if the sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are different in size, the cables 5 with larger sections are placed in the base groove 1 relatively close to the cable bridge 4, so that the follow-up transverse rod 2 can be stably installed above the base groove 1, and meanwhile, the cables 5 are relatively balanced in stress during fixing, and the fixing effect is better.
And thirdly, the cross rod 2 is arranged above the base groove 1 in parallel, and the cross rod 2 applies force to the cable to realize preliminary fixation. It will be appreciated that the fixing has been effected since the same size of section of cable 5 as is required to be fixed; if the sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are different in size, the cables 5 with larger sections are placed in the base groove 1 and close to the cable bridge 4 when the cables 5 are placed, so that when the cross rod 2 contacts with the cables 5, two ends of the cross rod 2 close to the cable bridge 4 will contact with the cables 5 with larger sections first, and the cables 5 with larger sections are fixed. In this way, a single fixation of the cable 5 is achieved.
And fourthly, if the sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are the same in size, the step can be skipped, the operation procedure is simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved. If the sizes of the sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are different, the first fasteners 32 with proper lengths are selected according to the sizes of the sections of the different cables 5, and the first fasteners 32 are adjusted by the adjusting tool, because the first fasteners 32 penetrate through the sliding through holes 21, the anchor ear 31 part stretches into the sliding through holes 21 and is connected with the first fasteners 32, and the anchor ear 31 is arranged towards the foundation trench 1, the anchor ear 31 can fix the cables 5 under the action of the force of the first fasteners 32, and optionally, the adjusting tool adopts a screwdriver, so that the cable is convenient and quick and easy to carry and work. When more cables are in the bridge, the cables 5 with different section sizes can be fixed in a segmented mode, namely, the cables 5 with the same section size are fixed firstly, and then the cables 5 with the same section size are fixed in another part. In this way, a secondary fixing of the cable 5 is achieved, in particular of cables 5 of different cross-sectional sizes.
And fifthly, a top cover 6 is additionally arranged above the cable bridge to prevent dust, moisture and the like from entering the cable bridge to cause damage, and meanwhile, personnel are prevented from accidentally touching the cable fixing device, so that potential risks are avoided.
It can be understood that if the cross sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are the same in size, the cables 5 achieve a better fixing effect under the action of the cross rods 2 because the cross rods 2 are installed above the cable bridge 4 in parallel. If the cross sections of the cables 5 to be fixed are different in size, the effect on the force transmitted by the anchor ear 31 is different due to the fact that different first fasteners 32 are adopted according to different cross sections, and the cables 5 with different cross sections are fixed.
The foregoing has outlined a detailed description of a cable fixing device according to the embodiments of the present application, and specific examples have been provided herein to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present application, the above examples being provided only to assist in understanding the cable fixing device and its core idea of the present application; meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will vary in the specific embodiments and application scope according to the idea of the present application, the present disclosure should not be construed as limiting the present application in summary.
