Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are one embodiment, but not all embodiments, of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts, based on the described embodiments of the present application fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
This embodiment first provides an image acquisition assembly 10, FIG. 1 is a front view of the image acquisition assembly 10 according to some embodiments of the present application; fig. 2 is a side view of an image acquisition assembly 10 according to some embodiments of the application.
The image capturing assembly 10 includes a main body board 100, an image capturing apparatus 200, and a light reflecting device 300. The image capturing device 200 has a first end for receiving light to capture an image, a second end disposed opposite to the first end, and a side portion connecting the first end and the second end, and the side portion of the image capturing device 200 is mounted on one side of the main body panel 100, and the image is used for recognizing a logo corresponding to the image. The light reflection device 300 is mounted on the main body board 100 and is located on the same side of the main body board 100 as the image acquisition device 200, and the light reflection device 300 is used for enabling at least part of the light emitted to the main body board 100 to enter the first end of the image acquisition device 200 after being reflected.
Such an image acquisition assembly 10 and a biological sample storage device 20. Can be used in a use scene with a small space, and a larger space is not required to be provided for keeping the distance between the lens and the scanned object, and the recognition area of the image acquisition device 200 is not reduced in the small space. And the structure is simple, the occupied space is small, and the installation is convenient.
In some embodiments, the body plate 100 is provided with a mounting portion for mounting to the biological sample storage device 20. For example, the mounting portion may be a snap-fit structure, a threaded mounting structure, or the like.
Wherein in some embodiments the light reflecting device 300 comprises a prism. In other embodiments, light reflecting device 300 may be a mirror. The prism glass has stronger light transmission characteristic, and the total reflection characteristic of the oblique angle reflecting surface of the prism can refract 100% of light into the image acquisition device 200, and in addition, the right-angle side of the prism enables the light path to propagate and turn by 90 degrees, so that the installation and debugging are very simple (the light path originally in the horizontal direction is transferred to the vertical direction, and the image acquisition device 200 is more convenient to install). And, the prism is more easily installed (the prism may be installed on the body plate 100 through a connection member, or may be connected to the body plate 100 through other means, such as gluing), the fixation on the body plate 100 is more firm, and the refraction effect of the prism is much higher in brightness and definition than that of the mirror, so that a more stable and more clear image can be obtained for the image acquisition assembly 10. The prism is used for realizing light path reflection, so that a longer light path can be obtained in a narrow space, and the field of view of the image acquisition device 200 is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the prism may be a triangular prism, which is a transparent object surrounded by planes that intersect one another in pairs but are not parallel to one another. The method is widely applied to optical instruments. In periscope and binocular telescope, right angle prism is used to change the direction of light and to regulate its imaging position. In the present embodiment, by utilizing this characteristic of the triangular prism, the triangular prism is placed on top of the image acquisition apparatus 200, one right-angle side of the prism is placed in front of and parallel to the lens of the image acquisition apparatus 200, and the other right-angle side is placed in front of and parallel to the sign of the scanned object, thereby realizing the turning of the optical path. It will be appreciated that such a triple prism may have a preferred reflection effect, and that in other embodiments, other types of prisms may be used.
Wherein the prism may be fixed with a package 400, and the prism is mounted to the body plate 100 through the package 400. The package 400 on the side of the prism is fixed to the main body board 100 by a connector, and the image acquisition device 200 is mounted on the lower portion of the main body board 100 facing the prism position by the connector. The lens of the image capturing device 200 faces the prism. The prism and the mark are positioned at the same height, and the positional relationship between the prism and the image acquisition device 200 is finely adjusted so that the mark just passes through the prism and is shot into the lens. The image acquisition apparatus 200 can recognize the logo even if it is not horizontally installed in the case 500.
In some embodiments, the image capture device 200 may be mounted against the prism or may be spaced a distance apart to further extend the optical path.
Preferably, one of the light reflecting device 300 and the image capturing apparatus 200 is fixedly mounted to the main body board 100, and the other of the light reflecting device 300 and the image capturing apparatus 200 is slidably mounted to the main body board 100 along the arrangement direction of the light reflecting device 300 and the image capturing apparatus 200. For example, the slidable mounting may be achieved by a slide rail, a slide groove, or the like. Thereby, it is convenient to adjust the positions of the light reflecting device 300 and the image capturing apparatus 200 after the image capturing assembly 10 is mounted. The user may bring light reflecting device 300 closer to the sign, and lengthen the distance of light reflecting device 300 from image capture device 200.
The image acquisition device 200 includes a code scanner or an imaging device (for example, an industrial camera, the imaging device may be connected to a recognition device to recognize the acquired image). Thus, the image acquisition component 1010 of the present embodiment can effectively lengthen the optical path, enlarge the field of view, and improve the recognition rate.
