新型之插竹片芭蕾舞鞋在跳一段时间鞋底变软时，可
在中底插入一竹片使鞋重新挺硬，达到新鞋的效果，
延长了芭蕾舞鞋的寿命。
Description
本实用新型是一种插竹片防软化的芭蕾舞鞋。
世界上许多国家都在生产芭蕾舞鞋，芭蕾舞鞋由鞋面和鞋底两个部分组成，鞋底又由内底、中底及外底组成，其中中底由若干层较硬材料组成。目前市场上的芭蕾舞鞋存在着许多不足，如：鞋子在跳一段时间后，鞋底变软不能挺立完成好各种舞蹈动作。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种在鞋底变软后可重新挺硬的芭蕾舞鞋。
本实用新型之插竹片芭蕾舞鞋特征在于在中底3几层硬衬间设置有一口袋状的夹层6，夹层内设置有可活的竹片5。
本实用新型的优点在于该芭蕾舞鞋在跳一段时间鞋底变软时可插入竹片，使鞋重新挺硬，功能仍与新鞋一样，延长了芭蕾舞鞋的寿命，且竹片可随意插入取出，使用简单方便。

本实用新型的实施方案结合附图说明如下：中底3由若干层较硬材料组成，常用较硬材料有花纸3A和钢纸3B。在中底前掌部和中腰部，两层花纸3A1和3A2只在边缘相缝合，后跟部不缝合，这样在两层花纸间形成一类似口袋的夹层，使竹片可由后跟部开口处插入取出。
组装时，先分别制成鞋面1、内底2、中底3、外底4与竹片5，将鞋面1用楦头定型，对照着粘贴上中底3B与鞋外底4后缝合，并通过鞋钉加固，再将鞋中底两层缝制好的类似口袋状的夹层粘贴在钢纸上，最后将鞋内底2粘贴在中底上即可完成组装。该插竹片芭蕾舞鞋在跳一段时间鞋底变软时，在中底插入一竹片，可使鞋重新挺硬，完成各种舞蹈动作，延长了芭蕾舞鞋的寿命。且该芭蕾舞鞋鞋面脚尖部分制作工艺独特，顶立时不发出响声，鞋外底采用一种硬的纸制作，提高了耐磨效果。

1、一种插竹片芭蕾舞鞋，由鞋面和鞋底组成，鞋底又由内底(2)、中底(3)和外底(4)组成，其特征在中底几层硬衬间设置有一口袋状的夹层(6)，夹层内设置有可活动的竹片(5)。
