Description

Stone removing device for wide vehicle and engineering machinery
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of wide-body vehicles, in particular to a stone removing device for hanging a container of a wide-body vehicle.
Background
The broad body vehicle, especially the broad body dump truck, is characterized by a broad body, because the width of the whole vehicle exceeds the national standard of the width limit value of the vehicle capable of running on a highway. The main purpose of the device is a heavy dump truck used for finishing the tasks of rock earthwork stripping and ore transportation in an open mine, and the heavy dump truck is loaded by a large electric shovel or a hydraulic shovel to and from a mining point and an ore unloading point. Compared with a truck, the truck has the advantages of large carrying capacity, low gravity center, low vehicle density, energy conservation and the like, is popular in mine transportation, and has a trend of replacing a highway dump truck.
The wheels of off-road wide-body vehicles in the domestic market at present are usually of a double-tire structure, namely two tires are arranged side by side on one hub. However, due to the working conditions, some stones are often clamped between the rear tires of the wide-body vehicle, and the stone removing device is required to be arranged for removing the stones. Currently known stone cullet devices are usually suspended from a container or from a frame with long arms extending therefrom. Because the container needs to be lifted, if the stone extractor at the middle bridge position is selected to be hung from the container, the stone extractor can completely exceed the hub due to the height after lifting at the position, and the stone extractor is easy to damage due to free shaking and the like when falling back. Therefore, most of the stone extractor of the middle bridge can only be hung by extending the long arm from the frame, and the structure of the form is complex and the cost is high.
Disclosure of utility model
The present utility model aims to solve one or more of the problems of the prior art described above, and proposes a stone removal device that can be suspended to a cargo box of a wide body vehicle, which can not only avoid fallback failure, but also reduce costs.
To this end, the present utility model provides a stone removal device for a wide body vehicle having a cargo box including a floor and dual wheels, the stone removal device comprising: the mounting bracket is used for fixedly mounting the stone removing device to the bottom plate; removing stone plates; a pin for pivotally mounting the cullet plate to the mounting bracket; and a limiting member; wherein the stop is provided on the mounting bracket and the stop is configured such that the cullet plate is pivotable between an upper limit position in which the cullet plate is parallel to the forward travel direction of the wide body vehicle and a lower limit position in which the cullet plate does not interfere with the hub of the dual tire wheel.
In the stone picking device, due to the arrangement of the limiting piece, the movement of the stone picking plate in the clockwise direction is limited, the problem that the stone picking plate is interfered with the double-tire wheels when falling back is avoided, and damage to the stone picking plate is avoided.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the mounting bracket may include a mounting plate and a pair of support plates fixedly coupled to the mounting plate at a spaced apart distance, each of the support plates being provided with a first pin hole for receiving the pin shaft. The mounting plate is directly fixed to the bottom plate of the container, and the mounting bracket has simple structure and lower cost.
According to one aspect of the utility model, the picking plate has a first end and an opposite second end, the first end being provided with a second pin hole, and the first end of the picking plate is pivotally mounted between the two support plates by means of the pin shaft extending through the first pin hole and the second pin hole.
According to one aspect of the utility model, one end of each of the support plates is fixedly connected to the mounting plate by welding, and the other end is provided with a bending portion which extends in a direction away from the cullet plate and is configured to receive the limiting member.
According to a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the stop is connected to the bending portion by welding, the first end of the cullet plate being further provided with a protrusion configured to abut the stop for defining the lower limit position of the cullet plate.
According to a preferred aspect of the utility model, the mounting plate is rectangular in shape and is provided with at least one pair of kidney shaped mounting holes, for example four kidney shaped mounting holes, which are adapted for the passage of fasteners for securing the mounting bracket to the base plate. Here, it is advantageous if the mounting holes are designed in a kidney shape (oblong shape), so that fine adjustment of the mounting position of the stone removal device on the base plate is possible to select a more suitable position.
In one aspect of the utility model, the stone removal device is mounted to the floor of the cargo box at a mid-bridge location of the wide body vehicle, wherein the stone removal plates of the stone removal device are located between the dual wheels.
In one aspect of the utility model, the limiting member is configured such that the angle between the cullet plate and the forward driving direction is 90 ° to 135 ° in the lower limit position. The angle depends here on the mounting position of the stone removal device on the floor of the container relative to the wheels.
The utility model also provides engineering machinery, wherein the engineering machinery comprises a container with a bottom plate, double-tire wheels and a stone removing device mounted on the bottom plate. In the present utility model, the working machine may be a wide mining car, and it should be understood that the stone removal device is also applicable to other types of wide mining cars.
The stone removing device can be arranged on a container bottom plate of the wide body vehicle at the middle bridge position of the wide body vehicle, has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and can avoid faults caused by interference with hubs of double-tire wheels when stone removing plates fall back.

It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present utility model may be practiced without some of these specific details. Furthermore, it should be understood that the utility model is not limited to specific described embodiments. Rather, any combination of the features and elements described below is contemplated to implement the utility model, whether or not they relate to different embodiments. Thus, the following aspects, features, embodiments and advantages are merely illustrative and should not be considered elements or limitations of the claims except where explicitly set out in a claim.
It should be noted that in the present utility model, the direction in which the vehicle advances, that is, the front of the head or the cab is defined as the "forward traveling" direction, and the opposite direction is defined as the rearward direction.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the construction of a stone removal device 10 for a wide body vehicle according to the utility model mounted on a floor 100 of a cargo box, only one wheel of a double-tire wheel 200 of the wide body vehicle being shown for clarity. Fig. 2, 3 and 4 are perspective views, respectively, from different directions, of an embodiment of a stone removal device 10 according to the present utility model.
As shown in fig. 1, the wide body vehicle has a cargo box (not shown) having a floor 100 and a plurality of (only one is shown in the drawing) double-tire wheels 200 provided on a frame (not shown) at the bottom of the cargo box. The stone removal device 10 may be mounted on the base plate 100 and extend between the two tires of the dual tire wheel 200 for removing debris such as stones entrained therein. Preferably, the stone removal device 10 is mounted to the floor 100 of the cargo box at the mid-bridge location of the wide body vehicle. Of course, the stone removal device 10 may be provided at other locations of the wide body vehicle, particularly corresponding to each of the dual wheels 200.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the stone removal device 10 comprises a mounting bracket 1, a stone removal plate 2, a pin 3 and a limiting member 4. The mounting bracket 1 comprises a mounting plate 11, for example of substantially rectangular shape, and a pair of support plates 12 fixedly connected to the mounting plate 11, for example by welding, the support plates preferably being arranged in parallel spaced apart relationship to form a space therebetween adapted to receive an end of the cullet plate 2. Each of the support plates 12 is provided with a first pin hole 121 (see fig. 4), and the first pin holes 121 of the two support plates 12 may be aligned with each other for receiving the pin 3. In this embodiment, each support plate 12 has one end fixedly connected to the mounting plate 11 by means of, for example, welding or the like and the other free end remote from the mounting plate. The mounting bracket 1 thus configured can form a pivoting support for pivotally mounting the cullet plate 2, and has the advantage of a simple structure and low cost.
Referring to fig. 5, the cullet plate 2 may be configured in an elongated shape having a first end 21 and an opposite second end 22. The first end 21 is provided with a second pin hole 211, which second pin hole 211 may be aligned with the first pin hole 121 of the support plate 12 for the pin shaft 3 to extend through and thereby pivotally mount the pick plate 2 at its first end 21 to the mounting bracket 1, in particular between said support plates 12.
In the present utility model, the stone-picking device 10 is advantageously provided with a stop 4 configured so that said stone-picking plate 2 can pivot between an upper limit position, in which it is parallel to the forward travelling direction F of the wide-body vehicle, and a lower limit position (as shown in fig. 1), in which it does not interfere with the hub 201 of said twin-tyre wheel 200. In other words, the utility model consists in particular in defining by means of the stop 4 the extreme position of the pivoting movement of the picking plate 2, in particular the lower extreme position, which is shown in fig. 1 as the second end 22 of the picking plate 2 being located above and to the right of the hub 201 of the wheel. By providing the limiting member 4 so configured, the knock down plate 2 does not interfere with the hub, i.e. collide with the hub, when it is pivoted in a clockwise direction during running of the wide body vehicle, thereby damaging the hub and/or the knock down plate and avoiding a fall-back failure.
In the embodiment shown in the figures, the stop 4 is for example in the form of a plate-like piece fixedly connected to the end of the support plate 12 remote from the mounting plate 11 by means of, for example, welding or the like, and arranged to be able to abut against the pivotable cullet plate 2 in order to prevent further movement of the cullet plate 2, thereby defining an extreme position, in particular a lower extreme position, of the pivoting movement of the cullet plate 2.
Referring again to fig. 3 and 4, in order to enable the stop 4 to abut against the pick board 2 in order to define the lower extreme position of the pick board 2, the free end of the support plate 12 may be provided with a bending portion 120, for example in the form of a nose-like protrusion, extending in a direction away from the pick board 2. The limiting member 4 may be mounted on the bending portion 120, in particular on the side of the bending portion facing away from the stone picking plate 2. The angle of inclination of the bend is selected depending on the location of the stone removal device 10 on the floor 100 of the container.
Advantageously, at least one pair of mounting holes may be provided on the outside of the mounting plate 11 with respect to the space defined by the two support plates 12. As shown in fig. 2-4, two kidney-shaped mounting holes 110 may be provided at each end of the mounting plate 11, which kidney-shaped mounting holes may cooperate with fasteners, such as screws, bolts, and corresponding mounting structures (e.g. threaded holes) on the base plate 100, for mounting the mounting plate 11 and thereby the entire stone removal device 10 to the base plate 100. The kidney-shaped configuration of the mounting holes allows for fine adjustment of the mounting location of the stone removal device 10 on the floor 100 of the cargo box.
Referring again to fig. 5, according to the embodiment shown in the figures, the first end of the cullet plate 2 may be provided with a protrusion 212. The protrusion 212 may be in the form of a nose and may contact the stop 4 during clockwise pivoting of the cullet plate 2, thereby defining said lower extreme position of the cullet plate 2, such that in this lower extreme position the cullet plate 2 and in particular the second end 22 of the cullet plate 2 do not interfere (or collide) with the hub 201 of the twin tire wheel 200.
In a preferred embodiment, in the lower limit position, the angle between the stone picking plate 2 and the forward direction F may be 90 ° to 135 °, the specific degree of which also depends on the mounting position of the stone picking device 10 on the floor 100 of the cargo box, for example 135 ° when the stone picking device 10 is mounted directly above the hub 201 of the dual-tyre wheel 200; when the stone removal device 10 is mounted on the upper right side of the hub 201 of the dual wheel 200, the angle between the stone removal plate 2 and the forward running direction F may be 90 ° (i.e. the second end of the stone removal plate 2 faces directly below).
Industrial applicability
The stone removal device 10 according to the present utility model is particularly suitable for use in non-road applications of construction machinery, such as wide mining vehicles and the like, operating in environments where it is more likely that rear dual-tire wheels will grip stones and hard debris which may be detrimental to the running tires.
In the stone removing device for the wide body vehicle according to the present utility model, by providing the mounting bracket 1 with a simple structure, the middle bridge position of the wide body vehicle is fixedly mounted by the threaded fastener connection through the cooperation of the mounting plate 11 of the mounting bracket 1 and the corresponding mounting structure on the bottom plate 100 of the cargo box of the wide body vehicle. And the limiting piece 4 is arranged on the mounting bracket 1 and used for limiting the lower limit position of the picking stone plate 2, namely the lower limit position pivoted in the clockwise direction, so that the picking stone plate 2 can be prevented from colliding with the wheel hub of the double-tire wheel when falling back, and the picking stone plate and/or the wheel hub are damaged.
In assembly, the stone picking device 10 according to the utility model may be assembled by first vertically welding a pair of support plates 12 to the mounting plate 11 to form the mounting bracket 1, then pivotally mounting the first end 21 of the stone picking plate 2 between the pair of support plates 12 with the pin 3, and then welding the limiting member 4 to the side of the bent portion of the support plates 12 facing away from the stone picking plate.
Finally, the thus formed stone removal device 10 may be fixedly mounted to the bridge location or other suitable location of the wide body vehicle by fasteners engaging mounting holes in the mounting plate 11 and mounting structure on the floor 100 of the cargo box.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the embodiments disclosed above without departing from the scope or spirit of the utility model. Other embodiments of the utility model will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the utility model disclosed herein. It is intended that the specification and examples disclosed herein be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope of the utility model being indicated by the following claims and their equivalents.
