Spraying device, roller device and tobacco processing machine
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of tobacco machinery, and in particular to a spray device, a roller apparatus, and a tobacco processing machine.
Background
At present, in tobacco leaf shredding production, the flavoring and feeding procedure is to jet essence or spice by compressed air, atomize the essence or spice through a nozzle arranged on a simple bracket and uniformly apply the essence or spice into tobacco shreds which turn over along with a roller. When the production is finished or the card is changed, the nozzle needs to be cleaned. Because the silk making process requires that the perfuming roller needs to be kept dry, operators need to enter the roller when cleaning the nozzles, and shielding cloth and a water receiving barrel are hung on the nozzle bracket so as to prevent water from being sprayed on the wall of the roller. After the cleaning is finished, an operator needs to enter the roller again, take out the shielding cloth and the water receiving bucket, and check whether water drops exist in the wall of the roller.
However, the above-described cleaning method has the following problems: because a large amount of tobacco dust is adhered to the wall of the flavoring roller, operators easily slip down when entering the roller, and serious potential safety hazards exist; the operator needs to close the drum and discharge vibration groove switch, opens the drum door, puts the water receiving bucket on the discharge vibration groove and receives the cleaning water, if the drum needs to be produced again, the drum needs to be preheated again, and the drum wall is dried and the hot air temperature reaches the technological requirement, so that the card changing time is prolonged, and the production efficiency is reduced.

In the first position, the nozzle 2 and the liquid collecting device 3 are located on both sides in the thickness direction z of the holder 1, respectively. Alternatively, the liquid collecting device 3 and the driving device 4 are mounted on the same side of the bracket 1 in the thickness direction thereof. Alternatively, the drainage portion 32 may have a tubular structure or a groove-like structure, and the drainage pipe may be connected to the drainage portion 32 when the bracket 1 is first used, so that the frequency of the operator entering and exiting the drum may be reduced.
In the spraying device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the nozzle needs to be cleaned, the driving device 4 can drive the liquid collecting device 3 to move from the first position to the second position, cleaning water is sprayed to the surface of the shielding part 31 through the nozzle 2 and flows to the drainage part 32, and the cleaning water is discharged out of the roller through the drainage pipeline connected with the drainage part 32, so that drainage of the cleaning water in the cleaning process of the nozzle 2 is automatically realized. Therefore, based on the spraying device, operators do not need to enter the roller to arrange shielding tools when production ends or cards are changed each time, so that potential safety hazards can be reduced, and production efficiency can be improved. And moreover, the spraying device can be directly formed by reforming the original bracket for installing the nozzle, and is simple in structure, convenient to reduce cost and popularize and apply.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the shielding portion 31 is a convex arc-shaped housing structure toward the downstream side of the spray direction x of the nozzle 2.
In the above embodiment, the shape of the shielding portion 31 itself plays a good role in shielding and guiding. Optionally, the shielding portion 31 is integrally formed with the drainage portion 32. Alternatively, the inner surface of the shielding part 31 is smoothly connected with the inner surface of the drainage part 32 to enhance the flow guiding effect.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the drive device 4 is configured to drive the liquid collection device 3 to reciprocate in the spray direction x between the first position and the second position and to oscillate reciprocally about an axis in the spray direction x.
The driving means 4 may comprise one or more driving members, and the movement and swinging movement of the liquid collecting device 3 may be driven by a single driving member or by different driving members, respectively. The movement and the swinging of the liquid collecting device 3 may be performed simultaneously or in steps. Alternatively, the swing angle of the liquid collecting device 3 between the first position and the second position is 90 °.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the driving means 4 comprises a cylinder 41, the cylinder 41 comprising a cylinder 411 and a piston rod 412, the piston rod 412 being reciprocally movably arranged with respect to the cylinder 411 in the spraying direction x and reciprocally swingably arranged about an axis in the spraying direction x, one end of the piston rod 412 being connected to the liquid collecting means 3.
When the nozzle needs to be cleaned, the piston rod 412 of the air cylinder 41 extends and rotates relative to the cylinder 411, the liquid collecting device 3 is pushed out and swings clockwise by 90 degrees, the nozzle 2 is covered, when the cleaning water is ejected by the compressed air and ejected by the nozzle 2, the cleaning water is directly ejected to the surface of the shielding part 31 facing the side of the nozzle 2, and flows to the drainage pipeline by the drainage part 32 to be discharged outside the drum.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the edge of the shielding portion 31 is provided with a notch 310, and the shielding portion 31 is retracted from the nozzle 2 through the notch 310 during the swinging of the liquid collecting device 3 between the first position and the second position.
The provision of the notch 310 allows the liquid collecting device 3 to avoid structural interference with the nozzle 2 and the bracket 1 during movement, and does not affect the shielding effect of the shielding portion 31 in other directions, in view of the movement and swinging movement of the liquid collecting device 3 between the first position and the second position.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, in the second position, the drain 32 is located at the bottom end of the shield 31.
In the above embodiment, the drainage portion 32 is disposed at the bottom end of the shielding portion 31, so that the sprayed cleaning water smoothly flows to the drainage pipeline through the drainage portion 32 under the action of gravity, and the risk of the cleaning water splashing into the drum due to accumulated water in the liquid collecting device 3 is reduced.
