When the movable portion 230 is connected to the apparatus main body 100, the apparatus main body 100 is fixed in the mounting groove 221. When the movable portion 230 is separated from the apparatus main body 100, the connection between the movable portion 230 and the apparatus main body 100 is released, and the apparatus main body 100 can be removed from the mounting groove 221.
The detachable connection between the device body 100 and the connection portion 220 of the headgear assembly 200 is achieved by the detachable connection between the movable portion 230 and the device body 100. When the user wears the head-mounted device for a long time, only the device body 100 is taken down from the headband assembly 200, so that the operation is convenient and fast, and the user experience is improved.
The detachable connection between the movable portion 230 and the apparatus main body 100 is achieved by the cooperation between the button portion 240 and the movable portion 230, specifically: the button part 240 is used to drive the movable part 230 to move in a direction approaching or separating from the mounting groove 221, and when the button part 240 drives the movable part 230 to move in a direction approaching the mounting groove 221, the movable part 230 is connected with the apparatus body 100 to fix the apparatus body 100 into the mounting groove 221; when the button part 240 drives the movable part 230 to move in a direction away from the mounting groove 221, the movable part 230 is disengaged from the apparatus body 100 to release the fixing of the apparatus body 100 in the mounting groove 221.
The housing 250 of the connection part 220 serves as a mounting carrier for the headband 210, the device body 100, the button part 240, and the movable part 230, the button part 240 and the movable part 230 are built in an internal mounting cavity of the housing 250, and the device body 100 is disposed in a top mounting groove 221 of the housing 250, so that the overall structural layout is compact.
The movable portions 230 are provided on both left and right sides of the mounting groove 221, so that both left and right sides of the apparatus body 100 can be connected to the movable portions 230, thereby improving the reliability of mounting the apparatus body 100 in the mounting groove 221.
The movement of the two movable parts 230 is simultaneously driven by one button part 240, so that the movement of the two movable parts 230 is synchronized, and further, the connection or disconnection between the left and right sides of the apparatus main body 100 and the movable parts 230 on the corresponding sides is synchronized.
When the apparatus body 100 is to be mounted or dismounted, the user can mount the apparatus body 100 in the mounting groove 221 or take out the apparatus body from the mounting groove 221 by operating the button portion 240, thereby facilitating the operation.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, limiting grooves 110 are respectively provided on the left and right sidewalls of the apparatus body 100.
Referring to fig. 5 and 18, the movable portion 230 is provided with a first protrusion 231 for cooperating with the limiting groove 110, and the sidewall of the mounting groove 221 is provided with an opening 2245 through which the first protrusion 231 protrudes.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the button part 240 drives the movable part 230 to move in a direction approaching the installation groove 221, the first protrusion 231 moves in a direction approaching the installation groove 221 in synchronization, the first protrusion 231 protrudes into the installation groove 221 through the opening 2245 and into the limiting groove 110 on the corresponding side of the apparatus body 100, and the first protrusion 231 is engaged with the limiting groove 110 to achieve connection between the movable part 230 and the apparatus body 100, thereby fixing the apparatus body 100 into the installation groove 221.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, when the button part 240 drives the movable part 230 to move in a direction away from the mounting groove 221, the first protrusion 231 moves synchronously in a direction away from the mounting groove 221, the first protrusion 231 is retracted into the mounting cavity located at the side of the mounting groove 221 through the opening 2245, the first protrusion 231 is disengaged from the limiting groove 110, and the connection between the movable part 230 and the apparatus body 100 is released, thereby releasing the fixing of the apparatus body 100 in the mounting groove 221.
By the insertion connection between the first protruding portion 231 and the limiting groove 110, the fixed connection between the apparatus body 100 and the movable portion 230 is achieved, and the mechanical connection structure helps to improve the installation reliability of the apparatus body 100. The device main body 100 does not need to be additionally provided with a complex connecting structure, and only the limiting grooves 110 are arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the device main body 100, so that the device main body 100 is changed slightly, the processing is convenient, and the cost is low.
