The two blocking walls 5201 are spaced apart so that the second guide member 52 is not blocked by the roller or the bearing 510 when moving downward, i.e., the roller or the bearing 510 can pass between the two blocking walls.
A limiting device is further arranged between the bottom bracket 3 and the side frame 2, and the limiting device is arranged in such a way that when the bottom bracket 3 moves downwards to the lowest height position relative to the side frame 2, the bottom bracket 3 cannot move downwards relative to the side frame 2.
The limiting device is arranged between the fixing seat 55 and the side frame 2. In this embodiment, the limiting device includes a notch 551 with a downward opening disposed on the fixing seat 55, and a blocking member 20 protruding on the side frame 2, and when the bottom bracket 3 moves downward relative to the side frame 2 until the upper end of the notch 551 abuts against the blocking member 20, the bottom bracket 3 cannot move downward relative to the side frame 2. And in this state, the bottom bracket 3 is shown in the lowest height position with respect to the side frame 2 when the entire bedframe 100 is in the height state. And because the bottom bracket 3 is opposite to the side frame 2 at the lowest height position, the blocking piece 20 abuts against the fixing piece, thereby being equivalent to the upward supporting force provided by the side frame 2 on the bottom bracket 3, so that the baby crib in the unfolded state is more stable when the bottom bracket 3 is at the lowest height position, and the use safety is higher.
In other embodiments, the limiting means between the fixing base 55 and the side frame 2 may be arranged in any other known and possible way.
In this embodiment, each of the side frames 2 preferably includes a first portion 21 and a second portion 22, and the upper side of the second portion 22 is relatively movably connected to the lower side of the first portion 21, so that the overall different height adjustment of the bed frame 100 can be achieved by the relatively upward and downward movement of the first portion 21 and the second portion 22. Specifically, the second portion 22 is pulled downward with respect to the first portion 21, the entire bed frame 100 becomes high, and the second portion 22 is moved upward with respect to the first portion 21, and the entire bed frame 100 becomes low. Preferably, the upper side of the second portion 22 is connected in the first portion 21 in a manner that the upper side can move up and down relatively, that is, the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 are formed to be telescopic, so that the occupied space is small, and other parts are better arranged.
The first guide member 51 is movably connected to the first portion 21 and the fixing base 55 is movably connected to the second portion 22.
Since the side frames 2 are arranged as described above, the first guide 51 moves up and down along the first portion 21 and the fixing seat 55 moves up and down along the second portion 22 when the up and down height positions of the bottom bracket 3 relative to the side frames 2 are adjusted. In addition, when the height positions of the bottom bracket 3 relative to the side frames 2 are adjusted, the relative heights of the first part 21 and the second part 22 of the side frames 2 can be adjusted, so that the bottom bracket 3 relative to the side frames 2 can have more different height positions, and the use requirements of more different height positions can be met, thereby the baby crib is more convenient to use.
The blocking member 20 is disposed on the second portion 22, so that the bottom bracket 3 is limited to move downward and cannot move downward any more when the bottom bracket 3 is at the lowest position relative to the side frame 2 at the current height, and can be supported upward by the supporting force provided by the blocking member 20, regardless of the overall height of the side frame 2.
The specific height adjustment arrangement of the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 may be any known and feasible structure, and is not an utility model point of the present utility model, and thus is not described herein.
Preferably, the fixing seat 55 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the first guiding member 51, so that the first guiding member 51 does not extend down too long, and the structure is more compact, and arrangement of each component is facilitated. The fixing seat 55 is located at the lower side of the abutment seat 54.

Thus, the assembly is more convenient, and the installation space is also saved.
A bottom plate (not shown) may also be attached to the bottom bracket 3.
As shown in fig. 13 to 17, the crib further comprises a seat cloth 6 assembled on the bed frame 100, the seat cloth 6 comprises a surrounding frame part 61 and a bottom frame part 62, the upper side of the surrounding frame part 61 is connected with the upper frame 1, four side corner parts 611 of the surrounding frame part 61 are respectively connected with corresponding positions of the two side frames 1, namely, four side corner parts 611 of the surrounding frame part 61 are respectively connected with the upright posts 23 at corresponding positions of the two side frames 1; the bottom frame part 62 is connected with the bottom bracket 3; the seat cloth 6 further comprises a frame-type connecting sheet 63, the upper end of the connecting sheet 63 is connected to the inner side of the surrounding frame portion 61, and the lower end of the connecting sheet 63 is connected to the outer edge of the bottom frame portion 62. The surrounding frame 61 is provided with a first assembly 64 at the position connected with the connecting sheet 63, or/and the surrounding frame 61 is provided with at least a first assembly 64 at the upper side of the connecting position connected with the connecting sheet 63; the connecting piece 63 is provided with at least one second assembly 65, or/and, the connecting position of the connecting piece 63 and the outer edge of the bottom frame 62 is provided with the second assembly 65, or/and, the seat cloth 6 further comprises a frame type adjusting part 66 with the lower end connected to the outer edge of the bottom frame 62, the height of the adjusting part 66 is shorter than the height from the connecting position of the bottom frame and the surrounding frame 61 to the first assembly 64, the upper end of the adjusting part 66 is provided with the second assembly 65, and the first assembly 64 and the second assembly 65 are detachably connected.
In this embodiment, the first assembly 64 is preferably provided as a first zipper part 64, and the second assembly 65 is provided as a second zipper part 65, and the first and second zipper parts 64 and 65 may be pulled up to form a zipper, or may be pulled apart, so that the first and second zipper parts 64 and 65 are detachably connected.
Taking the example that the first zipper part 64 is provided at the connection position of the connection piece 63 and the surrounding frame part 61, and the second zipper part 65 is provided at the upper end of the adjusting part 66, the overall height of the bed frame is not adjusted at this time, and when the bottom bracket 33 is at the lowest height position, the first zipper part 64 and the second zipper part 65 are in an un-pulled up-down spaced state (as shown in fig. 13.15). And when the baby crib is used, the cushion and the bedding are paved on the bottom bracket 3 and the bottom frame part 62, so that the adjusting part 66 can be in a stacked state. When the bottom bracket 33 is to be adjusted upward, the bottom bracket 33 is directly moved upward, and when the bottom bracket 33 is moved upward, the connecting device, the bottom frame 62 and the bottom bracket 33 are moved upward together, and when the bottom bracket 33 is moved to a predetermined height position for use, the second zipper part 65 and the first zipper part 64 are pulled up to form a pulled-up zipper (as shown in fig. 14.16), at this time, the bottom bracket 33 is located at the height position and cannot be moved downward, i.e., the bottom bracket 33 is located at the relative height position for use with respect to the side frames 12 and cannot be moved downward. When the bottom bracket 33 at the height position is to be adjusted downwards, only the first zipper part 64 and the second zipper part 65 are required to be opened, and the bottom bracket 33, the bottom frame part 62 and the connecting device can automatically move downwards to the lowest height position relative to the side frame 1 due to gravity without external force interference, and when the opposite side bracket of the bottom bracket 3 is at the lowest position, the connecting sheet 63 is in a non-relaxed state.
If the first zipper portion 64 is provided at the connection position between the connection piece 63 and the surrounding frame portion 61, a second zipper portion 65 is provided on the connection piece 63 (not shown), and the adjustment of the vertical height position of the bottom bracket 33 is also the same as the above-mentioned adjustment.
If a plurality of first zipper parts 64 are arranged at intervals up and down on the peripheral frame part 61, and only one second zipper part 65 is arranged, besides the lowest position, the opposite side frames of the bottom frame 3 can be positioned at different height positions by moving the bottom frame 3 up and down to different heights and then pulling the second zipper parts 65 to be combined with the corresponding first zipper parts 64 at different height positions. Similarly, if only one first zipper part 64 is provided, but a plurality of second zipper parts 65 are provided up and down, it is also possible to bring the opposite side frames of the bottom frame 3 into different height positions by moving the bottom frame 3 up and down to different heights and then pulling the second zipper parts 65 of different height positions into engagement with the first zipper parts 64, in addition to the lowest position. Further, if the first zipper part 64 is also provided in plural at intervals up and down, the second zipper part 65 is also provided in plural at intervals, except for the lowest position, the opposite side frames of the bottom frame 3 can be adjusted to be at different height positions by moving the bottom frame 3 to different height positions and then pulling the first zipper part 64 and the second zipper part 65 at the corresponding height positions. In addition to adjusting the bottom bracket 3 upward from the lowest position, the other height positions are adjusted by first pulling the first zipper part 64 and the second zipper part 65 apart from the original positions before the adjustment, and then moving the bottom bracket 3 upward and downward. Regardless of the height to which the bottom bracket 33 is to be adjusted to the lowest position, the first zipper part 64 and the second zipper part 65 are simply pulled apart, thereby facilitating the adjustment.
Through the above operation, the bottom bracket 33 of the crib of the present utility model can be adjusted to a desired height position, thereby satisfying the use requirements of different height positions. And because no extra hammock is needed to realize the function of using at different height positions, the cost is relatively low, and the hammock which is taken down and placed in a place is not needed to be found, so that the use is more convenient. And when the bottom bracket 3 is adjusted to different height positions, the positioning of the height positions is realized only by pulling and pulling open the zipper, so that the operation of adjusting the height of the bottom bracket 3 is simpler and more convenient.
In the present embodiment, the first zipper part 64 is provided in the shape of one complete turn along the trend of the peripheral frame part 61, and the second zipper part 65 is provided in the shape of one complete turn. Thus, when the first zipper part 64 and the second zipper part 65 are pulled up or pulled down, the operation is more convenient; after the bottom bracket is pulled up, the surrounding frame part 61 and the connecting sheet 63 are connected at the same height in a whole circle, so that the connecting and positioning are more stable after the bottom bracket 3 is adjusted to the required height.
In other embodiments, a first zipper portion 64 may be disposed at the same height on each side of the peripheral frame portion 61, that is, four first zipper portions 64 are disposed at the same height, and a whole-circle second zipper portion 65 is disposed instead as four second zipper portions 65; or two adjacent sides of the surrounding frame part 61 are provided with a first zipper part 64 along the trend of the first zipper part, and the other two adjacent sides are provided with a first zipper part 64 along the trend of the first zipper part, and correspondingly, a whole-circle-shaped second zipper part 65 is also provided with two second zipper parts 65 instead. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the first and second zipper sections 64, 65 may also have other arrangements of different numbers of segments in accordance with this principle. The multi-stage arrangement can achieve the purpose of setting, but the operation is relatively complicated.
Because the otherwise non-loose tabs 63 will be stacked by slackening when the bottom bracket 3 is moved up to a position where the first zipper section 64 and the second zipper section 65 are pulled up. In order to cover the stack and make the whole crib more compact and beautiful, in this embodiment, preferably, the connection position of the connection piece 63 and the surrounding frame 61 is located between the upper side and the lower end of the surrounding frame 61, that is, the connection position of the connection piece 63 and the surrounding frame 61 is located at a distance from the upper side and the lower end of the surrounding frame 61. In this way, the stacking tabs 63 are hidden from view by the peripheral frame portion 61 of the seat 6, and the stacking portions are not visible from the outside, so that the entire crib is more compact and beautiful.
Preferably, the four corner portions 611 of the peripheral frame 61 are respectively connected to the first portion 21 at corresponding positions, so that the peripheral frame 61 of the seat cloth 6 does not interfere with the relative adjustment of the first portion 21 and the second portion 22. In the present embodiment, the lower end of the portion of the peripheral frame portion 61 located between the side frames 1 is substantially flush with the lower end of the first portion 21.
The surrounding frame 61 includes four main body pieces 610 and four side corner portions 611, two sides of each four side corner portion 611 are respectively connected with two adjacent main body pieces 610, and the connection mode between the side corner portion 611 and the four main body pieces 610 may be any known and feasible structure. The lower end of the body panel 610 is substantially flush with the lower end of the first portion 21.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the main body piece 610, which is connected to the two side frames 2 at two sides, is connected to the extension portion 67, and two sides of the lower end of each extension portion 67 are connected to the fixing seat 55 at corresponding positions, and the extension portion 67 may be integrally formed, i.e. designed as a whole, with the main body piece 610. The arrangement is equivalent to extending the upper and lower length of the main body 610, when the bottom bracket 3 is at the lowest position, the surrounding frame part 61 and the extension part 67 can shield the bottom bracket 3 from the outside; the fixing seat 55 can move up and down relative to the second portion 22, so that the extension 67 will not interfere when the second portion 22 is adjusted relative to the first portion 21. When the bottom bracket 3 moves up and down, the lower end of the extension part 67 also moves up and down, so that the up and down movement adjustment of the bottom bracket 3 is not affected. The extension parts 67 may not be provided on both sides of the side frames 2, because the bed end 25 outside the side frames 2 may be shielded.
The specific connection manner between the peripheral frame portion 61 of the seat cloth 6 and the bed frame may be any known and feasible structure, and is not an important point of the present utility model, and will not be described herein.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, both sides of each side corner portion 611 of the surrounding frame 61 are connected to corresponding positions of the corresponding side frame 1 at intervals, so that a gap 612 is formed between each side corner portion 611 and the corresponding position of the corresponding side frame 1, and when the bottom bracket 3 moves up and down, the upper side of the corresponding first guide 51 moves up and down in the gap 612. That is, the four side corner portions 611 of the surrounding frame 61 are respectively connected to the four columns 23 of the two side frames 1, and two sides of each side corner portion 611 are connected to one column 23 at intervals, so that a gap 612 is formed between each side corner portion 611 and the column 23, and when the bottom bracket 3 moves up and down, the upper side of each guide 51 moves up and down in the gap 612. In this way, the surrounding frame portion 61 does not interfere with the up-and-down movement of the bottom bracket 3.
Further, the side corner portion 611 is positioned such that the second connection 542/542' of the abutment seat is located at the lower side of the side corner portion 611 when the bottom bracket 3 is moved up to be unable to move up any more. I.e., the height of the side corner portion 611, is set so as not to interfere with the up-and-down movement of the bottom bracket 3. That is, the lower end of the side corner portion 611 of the peripheral frame portion 61 is higher than the lower end of the main body piece 610, but since the connection position of the connection piece 63 and the peripheral frame portion 61 is located on the upper side of the lower end of the peripheral frame portion 61, the connection piece 63 blocks the connection device from the outside thereof as seen from the inside of the crib.
In this embodiment, the upper frame 1 includes two coupling members 11 disposed at intervals and two armrests 12 disposed at intervals, the upper sides of the two upright posts 23 of each side frame 2 are connected to two sides of one coupling member 11, two sides of the two armrests 12 are respectively pivoted to two sides of the two side brackets, i.e. one of the armrests 12 is pivoted to one side of the two side frames 2, and the other armrest 12 is pivoted to the other side of the two side frames 2. Preferably, each armrest 12 includes two surrounding rods 121, opposite sides of the two surrounding rods 121 are rotatably connected, and opposite sides of the two surrounding rods 121 are respectively pivoted to the upper sides of the two side frames 2, so that the armrest 12 can also be folded. The structure of the upper frame 1 and the connection between the upper frame and the two side frames 2 may be any feasible technology, and are not the utility model point of the present utility model, and thus are not described herein. When the crib of the utility model is to be folded, the opposite sides of the two surrounding rods 121 of the handrail 12 are rotated downwards, and when the crib is in a folded state, the two surrounding rods 121 are relatively close; when the folding crib is to be unfolded, the opposite sides of the two surrounding rods 121 of the armrests 12 are rotated upwards, and the two surrounding rods 121 are automatically pulled to be unfolded along with the relatively far-away movement of the two side frames 2.
The structure of the upper frame 1 and the connection between the upper frame and the two side frames 2 are any known and feasible structures, and are not described herein, because they are not the utility model points of the present utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12 and 18 to 19, in the first embodiment, the bottom bracket 3 includes a first support group 31 and a second support group 32, and opposite sides of the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 are pivoted to each other, and opposite sides of the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 are respectively connected to the two side frames 2 through the connection device 5. So that when the opposite sides of the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 are rotated upward, the two side frames 2 can be pulled to move relatively, thereby folding the crib; when the opposite sides of the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 are rotated downwards, the two side frames 2 can be pushed to move relatively far away, so that the crib can be unfolded.
Specifically, opposite sides of the first support set 31 and the second support set 32 are pivoted to the second guide 52 of the connecting device 5, respectively, and opposite sides of the first support set 31 and the second support set 32 are also pivoted to the lower sides of the corresponding side actuating members 53.
The first supporting set 31 includes two first supporting members 311 disposed at intervals, the second supporting set 32 includes two second supporting members 321 disposed at intervals, the first supporting member 311 on the same side is pivotally connected to opposite sides of the second supporting members 321, and opposite sides of the first supporting member 311 and the second supporting member 321 are respectively pivotally connected to the second guiding members 52 of the corresponding side connecting devices 5.
The bottom bracket 3 further includes an intermediate connecting member 33, where two sides of the intermediate connecting member 33 are respectively connected to a side of the corresponding side first supporting group 31 facing the second supporting group 32 or/and a side of the second supporting group 32 facing the first supporting group 31. Namely, the two sides of the intermediate connecting piece 33 may be respectively connected to the side of the corresponding side first supporting group 31 facing the second supporting group 32, or may be respectively connected to the side of the corresponding side second supporting group 32 facing the first supporting group 31, or may be pivotally connected to the opposite sides of the corresponding side first supporting group 31 and second supporting group 32. Specifically, the two sides of the intermediate connection member 33 are respectively connected to the corresponding side of the first support member 311 facing the second support member 321 or/and the side of the second support member 321 facing the first support member 311.
In this embodiment, the bottom bracket 3 further includes a reinforcement set located below the first support set 31 and the second support set 32, where the reinforcement set includes a first reinforcement 341, a second reinforcement 342, and a third reinforcement 343 pivoted in turn, where one side of the first reinforcement 341 facing away from the second reinforcement 342 is pivoted to the connecting device 5 on one side of the one side frame 2, and one side of the third reinforcement 343 facing away from the second reinforcement 342 is pivoted to the connecting device 5 on the other side of the other side frame 2; and two connecting seats 35 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the reinforcing set, and the two connecting seats 35 are respectively detachably connected with the first supporting set 31 and the second supporting set 32. The reinforcing group has the functions of supporting and reinforcing the first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32, and reinforcing the connection between the bottom bracket 3 and the left and right side frames 2, and the connection force between the reinforcing group and the side frames 2 is more uniform, and the supporting force provided by the reinforcing group on the whole of the first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32 is more uniformly distributed, so that the whole of the bottom bracket 3 of the baby crib has high supporting strength, the connection strength between the bottom bracket 3 and the side frames 2 is high, and the connection force between the bottom bracket 3 and the side frames 2 is uniform, so that the baby crib is very stable in an unfolding state, is not easy to shake, and has higher safety.
Specifically, one side of the first reinforcement 341 away from the second reinforcement 342 is pivotally connected to the second guide 52 of the one-side connecting device 5 of the one-side frame 2, and one side of the third reinforcement 343 away from the second reinforcement 342 is pivotally connected to the second guide 52 of the other-side connecting device 5 of the other-side frame 2.
The first reinforcement 341 and the third reinforcement 343 are respectively pivotally connected to the second guide 52 at the corresponding sides about a vertical shaft (not shown). Preferably, the second guiding element 52 at the corresponding side is provided with a mounting groove 521, opposite sides of the first reinforcing element 341 and the third reinforcing element 343 respectively extend into the mounting groove 521 of the corresponding second guiding element 52, and the two vertical rotating shafts respectively connect the first reinforcing element 341, the third reinforcing element 343 and the second guiding element 52 at the corresponding side, so that the first reinforcing element 341 and the third reinforcing element 343 can rotate around the vertical rotating shafts to be pivoted with the corresponding second guiding element 52. The second guides 52 of the other two sets of connection means may not be provided with mounting slots 521.
The first supporting set 31 is provided with a first connecting piece 312, the second supporting set 32 is provided with a second connecting piece 322, and the first connecting piece 312 and the second connecting piece 322 are arranged at intervals; the first connecting piece 312 and the second connecting piece 322 are detachably connected with the two connecting seats 35 respectively.
One of the opposite sides of the first reinforcement 341 and the second reinforcement 342 is fixedly connected to one of the connection seats 35, the other is pivotally connected to the connection seat 35, or both are pivotally connected to the connection seat 35. Similarly, one of the opposite sides of the second reinforcement member 342 and the third reinforcement member 343 is fixedly connected to the other connecting seat 35, the other is pivotally connected to the other connecting seat 35, or both are pivotally connected to the other connecting seat 35.
In this embodiment, two cards 371 are disposed on the upper side of each connecting seat 35, and a slot (not shown) with an upward opening is formed between the two cards 371, the first connecting member 312 and the second connecting member 322 are respectively configured in a tubular shape, and the slots of the two connecting seats 35 are respectively detachably engaged with the tubular first connecting member 312 and the tubular second connecting member 322. I.e. the clamping groove can clamp the first connecting piece 312/the second connecting piece 322, or force can be applied to enable the first connecting piece 312/the second connecting piece 322 to be separated from the clamping groove.
Two ends of the first connecting piece 312 are respectively connected with the two first supporting pieces 311; the two ends of the second connecting piece 322 are respectively connected with the two second supporting pieces 321, and the first connecting piece 312 and the second connecting piece 322 are respectively positioned at two sides of the middle connecting piece 33. By this arrangement, the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 can be supported more firmly by the reinforcing group when the crib is in the unfolded state, and the whole bottom bracket 3 is also more stable.
Preferably, the first supporting set 31 further includes a third connecting member 313 spaced from the first connecting member 312, and two ends of the third connecting member 313 are respectively connected to the two first supporting members 311. Further, the first supporting set 31 further includes a fourth connecting member 314 having two ends respectively connected to the two first supporting members 311, and the third connecting member 313 and the fourth connecting member 314 are respectively located at two sides of the first connecting member 312 at intervals. The second supporting set 32 further includes a fifth connecting member 323 spaced from the second connecting member 322, and two ends of the fifth connecting member 323 are respectively connected to the two second supporting members 321. Further, the second supporting set 32 further includes a sixth connecting member 324 with two ends connected to the two second supporting members 321, and the fifth connecting member 323 and the sixth connecting member 324 are located at two sides of the second connecting member, respectively. The first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32 are arranged as above, so that the first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32 are stable, the whole bottom bracket 3 is stable when the baby crib is in a unfolded state, and the first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32 are supported by the reinforcing group.
When the bottom bracket 3 moves up and down relative to the side frame 2, that is, the bottom bracket 3 moves up and down relative to the side frame 2 together with the connecting device 5. When the crib is to be folded, the opposite sides of the first supporting set 31 and the second supporting set 32 are rotated upwards, so that the first supporting set 31 and the second supporting set 32 are respectively separated from the connection with the first reinforcement 341 and the second reinforcement 342, i.e. the first connecting piece 312 and the second connecting piece 322 are respectively separated from the engagement with the clamping groove on the connecting seat 35; as the opposite sides of the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 rotate upwards, the opposite sides of the first support group 31 and the second support group 32 pull the two side frames 2 to move relatively close; with the relative approach of the two side frames 2, the connection side of the first reinforcement 341 and the second reinforcement 342 is rotated to one side, and the connection side of the third reinforcement 343 and the second reinforcement 342 is rotated to the opposite side. If the positions of the two armrests 12 are the front and back, the two side frames 2 are the left and right, the armrests 12 are the upper, and the bottom bracket 3 is the lower, the first reinforcement 341 is pivotally connected to the second guide 52 of the connecting device 5 at the rear side of one side frame 2, and the third reinforcement 343 is pivotally connected to the second guide 52 of the connecting device 5 at the front side of the other side frame 2. When the crib is folded, the connection side of the first reinforcement 341 and the second reinforcement 342 is rotated forward, and the connection side of the third reinforcement 343 and the second reinforcement 342 is rotated backward. When the two side frames 2 can not be relatively close, the crib is completely in a folded state, in which the two side frames 2 are relatively close, the first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32 are relatively close, and the first reinforcing member 341, the second reinforcing member 342 and the third reinforcing member 343 are formed into a three-fold type fold, that is, the three are close to each other, and the three are also close to the two side frames 2.
Preferably, a first tension spring 381 is disposed between the first reinforcement member 341 and the corresponding second guide member 52, or/and a second tension spring 382 is disposed between the second reinforcement member 342 and the corresponding second guide member 52. So set up, after first support group 31, second support group 32 break away from the block with the linkage, under the effect of first extension spring 381, second extension spring 382, first reinforcement 341, second reinforcement 342, third reinforcement 343 can automatic three-fold formula rotary movement to make the folding operation of crib more simple and convenient.
If the bottom bracket 3 is at a higher position relative to the side frame 2, the whole bracket of the baby crib can be pressed downwards simultaneously in the folding process of the baby crib, so that the whole bottom bracket 3 and the second guide piece 52 move downwards relative to the first guide piece 51 and pull the lower side of the actuating piece 53 to rotate downwards; when the two side brackets 2 are close to each other and can not move relatively, the crib is in a folded state, and in the folded state, opposite sides of the first supporting group 31 and the second supporting group 32 can not extend out of the upper side of the upper frame 1, so that the whole volume of the folded crib can not be influenced.
In this embodiment, the intermediate connection member 33 may be directly moved upward to allow the opposite sides of the first and second support groups 31 and 32 to be rotatably moved upward, thereby facilitating the folding operation.
As shown in fig. 20 to 24, in the second embodiment, the bottom bracket 3 'also includes the first support group 31', the second support group 32', and the intermediate connection member 33' in the above embodiment, and the connection of the first support group 31 'and the second support group 32' with the corresponding side frame 2 is also the same as the above embodiment.
In this embodiment, the bottom bracket 3' further includes a third support group 36' and a fourth support group 37' located below the first support group 31', the second support group 32', and opposite sides of the third support group 36' and the fourth support group 37' are respectively pivoted to the second guide 52 of the corresponding connecting device 5; the bottom bracket 3 'further includes two assemblies 38' disposed at intervals, wherein an upper side of one assembly 38 'is pivotally connected to an opposite side of one side of the first support group 31', the second support group 32', a lower side is pivotally connected to an opposite side of one side of the third support group 36', the fourth support group 37', an upper side of the other assembly 38' is pivotally connected to an opposite side of the other side of the first support group 31', the second support group 32', and a lower side is pivotally connected to an opposite side of the other side of the third support group 36', the fourth support group 37'. So configured, the bottom bracket 3 'corresponds to a bracket comprising an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper layer being connected to the lower layer by two of said assemblies 38'. The bottom brackets 3' which are arranged on the upper layer and the lower layer and are connected with each other bear heavier weight, and the structure is firmer, thereby ensuring the safety of children in the crib. Specifically, the upper side of each of the assemblies 38' is pivotally connected to the opposite side of the first support 311', the second support 321' on the corresponding side.
The third supporting set 36 'includes two third supporting members 361' disposed at intervals, the fourth supporting set 37 'includes two fourth supporting members 371' disposed at intervals, wherein the third supporting members 361 'and 371' on one side are respectively pivoted to the lower side of one assembly 38', and the third supporting members 361' and 371 'on the other side are respectively pivoted to the lower side of the other assembly 38'. The first supporting member 311, the 'third supporting member 361' on the same side are pivotally connected to the same second guiding member 52 on one side, and the second supporting member 321', the fourth supporting member 371' on the same side are pivotally connected to the same second guiding member 52 on the other side.
Preferably, the opposite sides of the first support 311', the second support 321' and the upper side of the assembly are pivoted by a rotation shaft, and the third support 361', the fourth support 371' and the lower side of the assembly are pivoted by a rotation shaft. The folding baby crib is characterized in that the upper and lower brackets can be synchronously folded when being folded, so that in the folding process of the baby crib, two sides of the two side frames 2 are pulled to be close to each other by the upper and lower brackets to move, and therefore the two side frames 2 cannot incline and fall down in the folding process, and the folding operation of the baby crib is easier.
Preferably, the bottom bracket 3 'further comprises two linkage sets, each linkage set comprises a first linkage 391' and a second linkage 392', the upper sides of the first linkage 391' and the second linkage 392 'of the two linkage sets are respectively pivoted with the first support 311' and the second support 321', and the lower sides are pivoted with the assembly 38' in a relatively up-and-down movable manner through the same pivot. In the present embodiment, the assembly 38 'is provided with a long hole 281' extending vertically, and a pivot shaft connecting the first link 391 'and the lower side of the second link 392' is connected to the assembly 38 'along the long hole 281' so as to be movable vertically. So configured, during the process of folding the bottom bracket 3', it is assumed that when the first supporting member 311 is rotatably connected to the assembly member 38', the first linking member 391 'connected thereto is also rotated relative thereto and moves downward together therewith, so that the rivet connected to the lower side of the first linking member 391' and the second linking member 392 'is pushed to move relatively downward along the elongated hole 281' of the assembly member 38', so that the lower side of the second linking member 392' connected to the second supporting member 32112 is also moved downward in a linked manner, and the upper side of the second linking member 392 'pulls the second supporting member 32112 to also rotate relative to the assembly member 38'. That is, because of the arrangement of the assembly 38' and the first and second links 391', 392', a better synchronous rotational movement of the first and second support sets 31', 32' can be ensured.
When the crib is to be folded, the intermediate connectors 33 'are pulled upward, so that the opposite sides of the first support group 31' and the second support group 32 'are rotated upward, and the opposite sides of the third support group 36' and the fourth support group 37 'are also rotated upward by the cooperation of the assembly pieces 38' and the linkage groups, so that the two side frames 2 are pulled relatively close to each other until the crib can not be moved any more, and the crib is folded. Similarly, if the bottom bracket 3 'is at a higher position relative to the side frame 2, the whole of the bottom bracket 3' and the second guide member 52 can be simultaneously pressed down to move down relative to the first guide member 51 and pull the lower side of the actuating member 53 to rotate down during the folding process of the crib; so that in the folded state, the opposite sides of the first support group 31 'and the second support group 32' and the opposite sides of the third support group 36 'and the fourth support group 37' do not extend out of the upper side of the upper frame 1, and the whole volume of the folded crib is not affected.
In the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 25, the bottom bracket 3-1 comprises a middle base 31-1 and at least four bottom tubes 31-2 arranged radially, wherein one side of each bottom tube 31-2 is pivotally connected to the middle base 31-1, the other sides of two bottom tubes 31-2 are pivotally connected to two connecting devices 5 on one side frame 2, and the other sides of the other two bottom tubes 31-2 are pivotally connected to two connecting devices 5 on the other side frame 2. Specifically, the other sides of the two bottom tubes 31-2 are respectively pivoted to the second guiding members 52 of the two connecting devices 5 on one side frame 2, the other sides of the other two bottom tubes 31-2 are respectively pivoted to the second guiding members 52 of the two connecting devices 5 on the other side frame 2, and the lower sides of the actuating members 53 on the corresponding connecting devices 5 are respectively pivoted to the corresponding bottom tubes 31-2.
When the crib is to be folded, the base is moved upwards, so that one side, connected with the base, of the bottom tube 31-2 can be driven to move upwards in a rotating way, and the other side of the bottom tube 31-2 pulls the two side frames 2 to move relatively close to each other until the two side frames 2 can not move any more, and the crib is in a folded state; when the folded crib is to be unfolded, the base is moved downwards, so that one side, connected with the base, of the bottom tube 31-2 is driven to rotate downwards, and the other side of the bottom tube 31-2 pushes the two side frames 2 to move relatively far away from each other until the crib is completely unfolded.
The connection between the base of the bottom bracket 3 and the bottom tube 31-2 in this embodiment is any known and feasible structure, and is not an utility model point of the present utility model, and thus will not be described herein.
Similarly, when the opposite side frames 2 of the bottom bracket 3-1 are at the higher position, the whole bottom bracket 3-2 can be pressed downwards at the same time when the folding operation of the baby crib is carried out, so that the lower side of the actuating piece 53 is pulled to downwards rotate by the bottom bracket 3-2 while the bottom bracket 3-2 is folded to drive the side frames 2 to relatively move close to each other, and the opposite side frames 2 of the bottom bracket 3-2 and the first guide piece 51 are downwards moved. In this way, even if the crib is folded while the side frame 2 opposite to the bottom bracket 3-2 is in a higher position, the base and the side of the bottom tube 31-2 connected thereto do not protrude outside the upper side of the upper frame 1, so that the overall height of the crib after folding can be prevented from becoming high, that is, the overall volume of the crib after folding can be prevented from becoming large.
The above-mentioned directions or positional relationships of up, down, left, right, front, rear, etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of describing the embodiments of the present utility model and to simplify the description, and are not indicative or implying that the apparatus or element to be referred to must have a specific direction, be constructed and operated in a specific direction, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present utility model; but when the viewing vision changes, the relative orientation also changes correspondingly.
