Abstract

Trays are commonly used to turn around products during the production or handling of the products. The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that some, but not all embodiments of the application are described. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present application discloses a packing lining, which comprises a stack assembly 100, wherein the stack assembly 100 comprises at least two stacked trays 110, a first supporting plate 120 is stacked under at least one tray 110, and the first supporting plate 120 has a supporting surface. Alternatively, the first supporting plate 120 may be a cardboard or nylon plate, and the tray 110 may be made of a foam material such as EVA (ETHYLENE VINYL ACETATE Copolymer), and the material of the first supporting plate 120 and the tray 110 is not limited in the present application. The support surface may be a top surface of the first support plate 120; or in order to realize positioning and matching, a positioning groove may be formed on the first supporting plate 120, and a portion of the tray 110 may be positioned in the positioning groove, so as to realize positioning and matching between the bottom surface of the tray 110 and the supporting surface, where the supporting surface is the bottom wall of the positioning groove.
The bottom surface of the tray 110 is matched with the supporting surface in a positioning way, and at least part of the edge of the first supporting plate 120 protrudes out of the peripheral surface of the tray 110. In the embodiment of the present application, the stack assembly 100 includes at least two stacked trays 110, the first support plate 120 is stacked under at least one tray 110, the bottom surface of the tray 110 is matched with the support surface of the first support plate 120 in a positioning manner, that is, the positions of the tray 110 and the first support plate 120 are relatively fixed, during the process of transferring the products 700 such as batteries, the tray 110 will not move relative to the first support plate 120, at least part of the edge of the first support plate 120 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the tray 110, the box 600 is rectangular, the first support plate 120 has four edges corresponding to the four inner wall surfaces of the box 600, and all the four edges protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the tray 110. In addition, the first support plate 120 may also support the tray 110 provided above itself, thereby preventing the tray 110 from being deformed by being downwardly concaved.
In an alternative embodiment, the packaging liner further includes a wrapping fixture 200, the wrapping fixture 200 being wrapped around the stack assembly 100 to fix the relative positions between the first support plate 120 and the corresponding tray 110 and between the trays 110. In this embodiment, the winding fixture 200 may be wound around the outer peripheral surface of the stacking component 100, or other positions of the stacking component 100, so as to prevent the trays 110 from moving relative to the corresponding first support plates 120 and prevent relative movement between the trays 110 during the process of transporting the package lining, thereby ensuring the overall stability of the stacking component 100. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the winding fixing member 200 is used to fix the stacking assembly 100, so that not only the overall stability of the stacking assembly 100 can be ensured, but also the bottom surface of the tray 110 can be matched with the supporting surface of the first supporting plate 120 in a positioning manner; and compared with the mode of adopting bonding, clamping, bolting and the like to match the bottom surface of the tray 110 with the supporting surface in a positioning way, the operation of using the winding fixing piece 200 is simpler.
In an alternative embodiment, the winding fixture 200 includes at least one of a winding rope and a winding film. In this embodiment, the structure of the winding rope includes various kinds such as: the two ends of the winding rope may not be connected or the two ends of the winding rope may be connected to each other, and the winding rope is in a loop shape after the winding state is completed; in addition, the winding rope can have elasticity or not, the application does not limit the structure of the winding rope, and the winding rope can be selected according to practical situations.
In order to prevent the upper first support plate 120 from abrading the product 700 in the lower tray 110, in an alternative embodiment, the tray 110 includes a tray body 111 and a tray cover 112, the tray cover 112 being made of a flexible material. Alternatively, the tray cover 112 may be made of a flexible material such as EVA foam, rubber, or the like; the product 700 may be a battery cell, a battery, a cell phone, etc.
The bottom surface of the tray body 111 is matched with the supporting surface in a positioning way, the tray body 111 is provided with a containing groove 113 for containing the product 700, the tray cover 112 is detachably arranged in the containing groove 113, and the tray cover 112 can cover at least part of the product 700. In this embodiment, the tray body 111 is provided with the accommodating groove 113, the product 700 may be disposed in the accommodating groove 113, and the tray cover 112 made of a flexible material may cover at least a portion of the product 700, that is, in a vertical direction, the tray cover 112 is located above the product 700, and at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the product 700 is located within the orthographic projection of the tray cover 112, so that the portion of the product 700 covered by the tray cover 112 may be prevented from contacting the upper first support plate 120, thereby preventing the first support plate 120 from wearing the product 700. Further, in the case that the tray cover 112 is disposed in the receiving groove 113, the tray cover 112 may be completely disposed in the receiving groove 113, and the top surface of the tray cover 112 does not protrude out of the opening of the receiving groove 113, so that the height of the stack assembly 100 may be reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the tray body 111 is provided with a first positioning member 114, and the tray cover 112 is provided with a second positioning member 115, where the first positioning member 114 can be matched with the second positioning member 115 in a positioning manner. In this embodiment, when the tray cover 112 is disposed in the accommodating groove 113, the tray cover 112 can be matched with the first positioning member 114 on the tray body 111 by the second positioning member 115, so that the tray cover 112 can be matched with the tray body 111 in a positioning manner, and the tray cover 112 is prevented from moving in the accommodating groove 113 during the process of transporting the package lining, and the tray cover 112 is prevented from exposing the product 700 below.
In an alternative embodiment, one of the first positioning member 114 and the second positioning member 115 is a positioning hole, the other is a positioning column, the positioning column has a free end and a connection end which are disposed away from each other, the connection end is connected to the tray body 111 or the tray cover 112, and the cross-sectional area of the positioning column gradually increases in a direction in which the free end extends toward the connection end, that is, the free end of the positioning column is a small end, and the connection end of the positioning column is a large end. Alternatively, the shape of the positioning column can be a truncated cone shape or a truncated pyramid shape.
In this embodiment, in the process of disposing the tray cover 112 in the accommodating groove 113, the free end of the positioning column passes through the positioning hole first, and the free end of the positioning column is a small end, so that the free end of the positioning column enters the positioning hole more easily; and because the cross-sectional area of the positioning column is gradually increased in the direction from the free end to the connecting end, the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole is gradually reduced in the process of entering the accommodating groove 113, so that the tray cover 112 is gradually positioned until the tray cover 112 is in positioning fit with the tray body 111. Therefore, the positioning column can be more easily matched with the positioning hole by adopting the structure of the embodiment. Of course, in addition to the present embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the positioning post may also remain unchanged in the direction in which the free end extends toward the connecting end.
To further prevent the products 700 within the tray 110 from being damaged during shipping, in an alternative embodiment, the package insert further includes a buffer pouch 300, at least a portion of the stack assembly 100 being disposed within the buffer pouch 300. Alternatively, the buffer bag 300 may be a bubble bag. In this embodiment, at least a portion of the stack assembly 100 is disposed in the buffer bag 300, that is, the buffer bag 300 can wrap the bottom surface and at least a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stack assembly 100, and when the portion of the stack assembly 100 wrapped by the buffer bag 300 is impacted, the buffer bag 300 can buffer the impact force to prevent the product 700 in the stack assembly 100 from being damaged.
In order to improve the impact resistance of the package insert in the vertical direction, in an alternative embodiment, the package insert further includes a first buffer plate 130, the first buffer plate 130 being disposed at the bottom of the buffer pouch 300, and the stack assembly 100 being stacked above the first buffer plate 130. In this embodiment, the bottom of the buffer bag 300 is provided with the first buffer plate 130, the stack assembly 100 is disposed above the first buffer plate 130, and the first buffer plate 130 can buffer the impact force applied on the stack assembly 100 in the vertical direction, so as to improve the impact resistance of the package lining in the vertical direction. Alternatively, the first buffer plate 130 may be made of EVA foam, rubber, or the like.
To further increase the impact resistance of the package insert in the vertical direction, in an alternative embodiment, the package insert further includes a second buffer plate 400 and a second support plate 500, the second buffer plate 400 and the second support plate 500 being stacked in sequence over the stack assembly 100. In this embodiment, the second buffer plate 400 is stacked above the stack assembly 100, the second support plate 500 is stacked above the second buffer plate 400, and the second support plate 500 and the second buffer plate 400 can buffer the impact force applied on the stack assembly 100 in the vertical direction, thereby further improving the impact resistance of the package lining in the vertical direction. Alternatively, the second buffer plate 400 may be made of EVA foam, rubber, or the like, and the second support plate 500 is a cardboard, nylon plate, or the like.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a packing box, which comprises a box body 600 and the packing lining in any one of the embodiments, wherein the packing lining is arranged in the box body 600. At least a portion of at least one edge of the first support plate 120 in the present embodiment protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the tray 110, and after the stack assembly 100 is assembled into the box 600 of the packaging box, if the side of the box 600 is impacted, the portion of the first support plate 120 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the tray 110 can resist the impact in advance, so as to prevent the tray 110 from being deformed, and further reduce the risk of damaging the products in the tray 110. In addition, the first support plate 120 may also support the tray 110 provided above itself, thereby preventing the tray 110 from being deformed by being downwardly concaved.
