In one embodiment, when the steering column 300 is pre-hung on the instrument panel beam body 100, the bolts of the steering column mounting structure 200 pass through the bolt holes of the fixing bracket of the steering column 300, so that the positioning of the steering column 300 is more accurate, and the fixing of the steering column 300 can be completed only by tightening the nuts of the bolts during the subsequent mounting.
The instrument panel cross member of the present application has two structures, and there are two types of steering columns 300 corresponding to the two structures, and a shaft hole matching the hinge shaft 500 is provided in the mounting portion of one type of steering column 300. The other steering column 300 is provided with a hooking opening matched with the hooking hook 600 and a clamping opening matched with the clamping protrusion 700 at the mounting part.

The instrument board beam is arranged on the vehicle, because the instrument board beam is provided with the steering column pre-hanging structure on the instrument board beam body 100, the instrument board beam body 100 is hung on the instrument board beam body 100 through the pre-hanging component and the positioning component because the steering column pre-hanging structure comprises the pre-hanging component and the positioning component, and the relative positions of the instrument board beam body 100 and the steering column 300 are limited through the positioning component, so that the steering column mounting structure 200 corresponds to the connecting part on the steering column 300, the positioning of the steering column 300 is realized, namely, the steering column pre-hanging structure plays a role of hanging and positioning the steering column 300, after the steering column 300 is pre-hung, the steering column 300 is fixed on the instrument board beam body 100 through each steering column mounting structure 200, compared with the prior art, the steering column 300 is directly fixed on the instrument board beam, when the steering column 300 is pre-hung on the instrument board beam body 100, the instrument board beam body is pre-hung and positioned, the steering column 300 is positioned, and then the instrument board beam is fixed on the instrument board beam body by one more than the instrument board beam body by one worker, and the number of the instrument board beam is not required to be fixed on the instrument board beam 300, compared with the prior art, and the number of the instrument board beam is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. The instrument board beam is characterized by comprising an instrument board beam body, a steering column pre-hanging structure and at least one steering column mounting structure;
The steering column mounting structure is arranged on the instrument board beam body;
The steering column pre-hanging structure comprises a pre-hanging component and a positioning component, wherein the pre-hanging component and the positioning component are both arranged on the instrument board beam body, the pre-hanging component is used for being hung on a mounting part on the steering column, the positioning component is used for limiting the relative position of the instrument board beam body and the steering column, so that the steering column mounting structure corresponds to a connecting part on the steering column, and the steering column mounting structure is used for being connected with the connecting part.
2. The instrument panel beam of claim 1, wherein the pre-hang assembly includes a hinge plate disposed on the instrument panel beam body and a hinge shaft passing through the hinge plate and the mounting portion in sequence to hinge the mounting portion to the hinge plate.

The instrument panel cross beam according to claim 2, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate, the hinge plate, the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are sequentially connected to form a U-shaped plate, the hinge shaft sequentially penetrates through the hinge plate, the mounting portion and the second limiting plate to hinge the mounting portion on the U-shaped plate, and two sides of the mounting portion are respectively abutted with the hinge plate and the second limiting plate.

The instrument panel cross beam of claim 3, further comprising a securing nut, wherein the hinge shaft is provided with threads that mate with the securing nut, the securing nut being threadably coupled to the hinge shaft to secure the mounting portion to the U-shaped plate when the steering column is hinged to the U-shaped plate.

The instrument panel cross beam of claim 1, wherein the number of steering column mounting structures is two, the steering column pre-hang structure and the two steering column mounting structures are distributed in a triangle, and the steering column pre-hang structure and the steering column mounting structures are respectively located at two opposite sides of the instrument panel cross beam body.
6. The instrument panel cross beam of claim 1, wherein the pre-hang assembly includes at least one hook secured to the instrument panel cross beam body for hooking with the mounting portion.
7. The instrument panel cross beam of claim 6, wherein the positioning assembly includes at least one snap tab secured to the instrument panel cross beam body for snap engagement with the mounting portion.
8. The instrument panel cross beam of claim 7, wherein the hook and the catch are located on opposite sides of the instrument panel cross beam body.
9. The instrument panel cross beam according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the steering column mounting structure is a bolt fixing assembly including a bolt and a fixing plate fixed to the instrument panel cross beam body, one end of the bolt being fixed to the fixing plate, the other end of the bolt being used to pass through the bolt hole of the connecting portion to fix the steering column to the instrument panel cross beam body.
10. A vehicle comprising a vehicle body, further comprising the dash cross-member according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the dash cross-member being provided on the vehicle body.
