Description
Technical Field
The application relates to an oral cavity cleaning article, in particular to a multifunctional dental floss rod.
Background
The world health organization indicates that oral health not only affects chewing, nutrition, speaking, social interaction, but also affects appearance and social acceptance, which can be an important basis for general health and quality of life. Therefore, maintaining oral hygiene and cleaning of teeth are one of the health care issues that modern people place great importance on.
Toothbrushes are the most commonly used tool for cleaning teeth, but each tooth has five faces, and toothbrushes can only clean three of them, and the abutment between the remaining two adjacent teeth, and adequate cleaning cannot be accomplished with toothbrushes. The product that can effectively clean these two abutment surfaces is dental floss, which is the primary tool for cleaning the tooth abutment surfaces, not only preventing periodontal disease but also preventing tooth decay. However, the handling of dental floss is quite difficult, so most people are not willing to use dental floss, and dental floss sticks are appeared to solve the problem that dental floss is not easy to handle and use.
The construction of the dental floss stick basically comprises: the dental floss rod comprises a handle part, a dental floss supporting bow arranged at the head end of the handle part and dental floss with two ends fixed on the dental floss supporting bow, and two dental floss rods are arranged on the dental floss rod so as to improve the cleaning capability of the dental floss rod. The conventional flossing rod provides only the floss for cleaning the abutment surfaces of teeth, in other words, only has a cleaning function equivalent to that of floss, and in the subsequent development of the flossing rod, the distal end of the grip portion of the conventional flossing rod is designed in a tapered shape, so that the distal end of the grip portion of the flossing rod can be used as a toothpick, thereby increasing the function of the conventional flossing rod.
However, the present inventors considered that the dental floss stick having only the functions of dental floss and toothpick is still significantly insufficient in function, so that the present application has been completed through continuous thinking and research.
