The second outer ring segment 222 is disposed on one side (the rear side as shown in fig. 29) of the first outer ring segment 221 away from the limit flange 2211, and the second outer ring segment 222 gradually extends in a direction away from the first outer ring segment 221 (the front-to-rear direction as shown in fig. 29) toward a direction away from the center of the air guiding outer ring 22 (the inside-to-outside direction as shown in fig. 29), that is, the second outer ring segment 222 may form a horn shape, and the second outer ring segment 222 faces the center of the air conditioner 1000, so as to be beneficial to guiding the air flow in the air conditioner 1000 to flow into the air outlet 101, improving the air output of the air outlet 101, and further improving the air supply capability of the air outlet device 100.
As shown in fig. 29, the limit flange 2211 may have a guide hole 2212, and the air deflector assembly 40 may have a guide member 513, or of course, the limit flange 2211 may have a guide member 513, and the air deflector assembly 40 may have a guide hole 2212, where the guide member 513 is in plug-in fit with the guide hole 2212, so as to achieve mutual approaching or mutual separating of the air deflector assembly 10 and the air deflector assembly 40.
In addition, the edge of the guiding hole 2212 is provided with a circle of annular boss 2213, the annular boss 2213 can improve the structural strength of the guiding hole 2212, and meanwhile, after the guiding piece 513 is in plug-in fit with the guiding hole 2212, the annular boss 2213 can improve the limiting effect on the guiding piece 513 and improve the stability of relative movement of the guiding plate assembly 40 and the guiding ring assembly 10.
The mounting seat 21 is disposed in the wind-guiding outer ring 22, and the mounting seat 21 is connected to the wind-guiding outer ring 22 through a first connection rib 201, specifically, an outer end (an outer end as shown in fig. 29) of the first connection rib 201 is connected to the first outer ring segment 221, and an inner end (an inner end as shown in fig. 29) of the first connection rib 201 is connected to an outer circumferential surface of the mounting seat 21.
As shown in fig. 30, the fan blades 31 are located at one side (the rear side as shown in fig. 30) of the first connection rib 201 facing away from the air deflection assembly 40, so that the occupation of the inner space of the air deflection assembly 10 can be reduced, and the installation of the fan blades 31 and the fan blade motor 32 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 29 and 30, the mounting seat 21 defines a mounting cavity 211, one side (the rear side as shown in fig. 29) of the mounting cavity 211 away from the air deflector assembly 40 is open, so that the driving assembly is convenient to mount, the bottom wall of the mounting cavity 211 is provided with an avoidance hole 212, and the movable rack 5211 of the air deflector assembly 40 can penetrate through the avoidance hole 212 to be matched with the driving assembly, so that the space can be saved; the driving assembly can drive the movable rack 5211 to move so as to drive the air deflector assembly 40 to approach or depart from the air deflector assembly 10, so as to open or close the second air guide opening 402.
As shown in fig. 7 and 29, the air deflection assembly 40 has the mounting member 52, the mounting member 52 is located at the middle of the air deflection assembly 40, the mounting member 52 has the positioning posts 522, the mounting seat 21 has the positioning holes 213, or the mounting member 52 may have the positioning holes 213, the mounting seat 21 may have the positioning posts 522, and the positioning posts 522 are slidably engaged with the positioning holes 213, so that the positioning effect on the mounting member 52 can be improved and the rotation of the mounting member 52 can be prevented on the basis of the sliding of the mounting member 52 relative to the mounting seat 21.
As shown in fig. 29, the outer peripheral wall of the mounting seat 21 is provided with a wire passing groove 214, the wire passing groove 214 is used for placing a cable, and the wire passing groove 214 is communicated with the mounting cavity 211, so that on one hand, the cable can be hidden, the product wiring is neat, the maintenance is convenient, and on the other hand, the driving assembly in the mounting cavity 211 can be powered, so that the driving assembly works normally.
As shown in fig. 31, the air guide ring assembly 10 further includes: the fan blade motor 32 can be mounted on the wind guide ring 20 by the fixing pieces 33, and compared with the motor fixing support arranged on the mounting seat 21, the fan blade motor 32 can be directly connected with the mounting seat 21, so that space can be saved.
As shown in fig. 31, the outer periphery of the fan blade motor 32 is provided with a mounting boss 321, the mounting boss 321 may have a clamping groove 3211, the fixing member 33 may have a clamping block 3311, or the mounting boss 321 may have a clamping block 3311, the fixing member 33 may have a clamping groove 3211, and the clamping block 3311 is in clamping fit with the clamping groove 3211, so as to realize connection between the fan blade motor 32 and the fixing member 33.
As shown in fig. 31, the mounting boss 321 may define a slot 331, the fixing member 33 may be in plug-in fit with the slot 331, or the fixing member 33 may define a slot 331, the mounting boss 321 may be in plug-in fit with the slot 331, and then when the mounting boss 321 is inserted into the slot 331, the clamping block 3311 is in clamping fit with the clamping groove 3211, so that the connection effect of the fan blade motor 32 and the fixing member 33 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 31, the fixing member 33 may have a positioning hole 215, the mounting base 21 may have a positioning boss 332, or the fixing member 33 may have a positioning boss 332, the mounting base 21 may have a positioning hole 215, and the positioning boss 332 is in plug-in fit with the positioning hole 215, so as to realize connection between the fixing member 33 and the mounting base 21, and further realize fixed connection between the fan blade motor 32 and the mounting base 21.
As shown in fig. 30 and 31, the fixing member 33 is connected with the mounting seat 21 through a fastener, and the fastener may be a screw or a bolt, so that the connection effect of the fixing member 33 and the mounting seat 21 can be improved, and further the stability of the fan blade motor 32 can be improved, preventing the fan blade motor 32 from separating from the mounting seat 21 when the fan blade 31 rotates at a high speed, and being beneficial to improving the supply wind speed of the air outlet device 100.
The fixing member 33 has a through hole 333, the mount 21 has a mating hole, and the fixing member 33 and the mount 21 are fixedly connected by a fastener penetrating the through hole 333 and the mating hole.
In some examples, the fixing member 33 may be a rubber material member, and the rubber surface has adsorptivity and buffering property, so that the connection effect between the fan motor 32 and the mounting seat 21 can be improved, meanwhile, the transmission of the vibration of the fan motor 32 is reduced, the working noise is reduced, part of the fixing member 33 may also be a rubber material member, for example, an inner core of the fixing member 33 is a plastic member or a metal member, and a layer of rubber is wrapped around the periphery of the fixing member 33, so that the structural strength of the fixing member 33 can be improved on the basis of noise reduction.
As shown in fig. 30, one side (the rear side as shown in fig. 30) of the fan blade motor 32, which is away from the mounting seat 21, is provided with an output shaft, and the output shaft is inserted into a special-shaped shaft hole in the middle of the fan blade 31, so that the fan blade motor 32 is matched with the fan blade 31, and the transmission effect between the fan blade motor 32 and the fan blade 31 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the air deflection assembly 40 includes an air deflection bracket 50, a rotating member 60, and air deflection bars 70.
The air guiding bracket 50 defines a first air guiding opening 401 and a second air guiding opening 402, the rotating member 60 is installed in the air guiding bracket 50, the air guiding strip 70 is arranged at the second air guiding opening 402, the air guiding strip 70 is movably connected with the air guiding bracket 50 and the rotating member 60, and the air guiding strip 70 is used for opening and closing the second air guiding opening 402.
As shown in fig. 28, the air guide bracket 50 includes a bracket body 51 and a mounting piece 52, the bracket body 51 is formed in a ring shape, and the mounting piece 52 is located inside the bracket body 51.
The support body 51 includes a first support section 511 and a second support section 512, the second support section 512 is disposed on a side (a rear side as shown in fig. 28) of the first support section 511, which is close to the air guide ring assembly 10, wherein a guide member 513 is disposed on the support body 51, a portion of the first air guide opening 401 is disposed between two adjacent guide members 513, the guide member 513 may be disposed on the first support section 511, and the guide member 513 and the second support section 512 may be detachably connected, or the guide member 513 may be disposed on the second support section 512, and the guide member 513 and the first support section 511 may be detachably connected, so as to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
By utilizing the detachable design of the air guide bracket 50, the sectional installation between the air guide bracket 50 and the air guide ring assembly 10 can be realized, namely, the second bracket section 512 is firstly installed on the limit flange 2211 of the air guide ring assembly 10, and then the first bracket section 511 is fixedly connected with the second bracket section 512, so that the assembly of the air guide bracket 50 is completed, and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 10, the guide member 513 may form a guide plate, which may perform a guiding function on the air flow, and may be a flat plate, so as to improve the smoothness of the relative sliding between the air guiding bracket 50 and the air guiding ring assembly 10; the guide plate can also be an arc plate, so that the guide effect on the air flow of the supplied air can be improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the extending direction of the guide 513 is inclined to the radial direction (the inner and outer directions as shown in fig. 10) of the air guiding bracket 50, so that the guiding effect on the air flow of the air supply can be improved, the air flow of the air supply can be prevented from directly blowing the user, and the user experience can be improved.
As shown in fig. 28, the bracket body 51 defines an annular mounting groove 501, one side (the front side as shown in fig. 28) of the annular mounting groove 501 is provided with a limiting retainer ring 502, the rotating member 60 can be inserted into the annular mounting groove 501, and the rotating member 60 abuts against the limiting retainer ring 502, so that the limiting of the rotating member 60 can be realized, the rotating member 60 can be prevented from being disengaged from the bracket body 51 in the rotating process, and the rotating stability of the rotating member 60 is improved.
It will be appreciated that the other side (the rear side as shown in fig. 28) of the annular mounting groove 501 is open to facilitate the mounting of the rotary member 60, i.e., the rotary member 60 can be inserted into the annular mounting groove 501 from the rear side of the bracket body 51 to facilitate the operation.
As shown in fig. 14, the middle part of the rotating member 60 is provided with a mounting portion 63, the mounting portion 63 defines a mounting hole, the mounting member 52 has a mounting post 521, the mounting post 521 can penetrate the mounting hole, and the mounting member 52 is fixedly connected with the mounting portion 63 through a fastener, so that the rotating member 60 can synchronously move axially with the mounting member 52, and the mounting member 52 moves to drive the whole air deflector assembly 40 to approach or separate from the air deflector assembly 10.
As shown in fig. 13, in some examples, the fastener may be a clamp spring 601, the outer periphery of the mounting post 521 is provided with an annular clamping groove, the edge of the clamping groove forms a limiting rib 5212, the clamp spring 601 may be clamped in the clamping groove of the outer periphery of the mounting post 521, one side (the front side as shown in fig. 13) of the clamp spring 601 is abutted with the mounting portion 63, and the other side (the rear side as shown in fig. 13) of the clamp spring 601 is abutted with the limiting rib 5212 on the mounting post 521, so as to realize connection between the mounting piece 52 and the rotating piece 60, and the connection effect is good and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 7, the free end (the rear end as shown in fig. 7) of the mounting post 521 has a movable rack 5211, and the movable rack 5211 can be matched with the lifting driving assembly 81, that is, the movable rack 5211 is meshed with the first driving gear 812, so that the first driving motor 811 can drive the first driving gear 812 to rotate, so as to drive the mounting post 521 to move back and forth, and further drive the whole air deflector assembly 40 to move away from or close to the air deflector assembly 10.
Wherein, the air deflection assembly 40 is far away from the air deflection assembly 10, the first air deflection 401 can be opened so that the first air deflection 401 is communicated with the air outlet 101, and the air deflection assembly 40 is close to the air deflection assembly 10, and the first air deflection 401 can be closed.
In addition, the mounting post 521 may be a screw or a screw rod, and the mounting post 521 is in threaded engagement with the mounting portion 63, and the mounting post 521 is meshed with the first driving gear 812, so that the mounting portion 63 is fixed, the mounting post 521 rotates to drive the mounting member 52 and the whole air deflection assembly 40 to move, and the first driving motor 811 drives the first driving gear 812 to rotate, so as to drive the mounting post 521 to move back and forth, thereby driving the whole air deflection assembly 40 to move away from or close to the air deflection assembly 10.
As shown in fig. 13, the mounting portion 63 may be formed in a ring shape, and the outer circumference of the mounting portion 63 is connected with the rotating inner ring 62 through the third connecting rib 603, so that synchronous rotation of the rotating inner ring 62 and the mounting portion 63 can be achieved, and the structural strength of the mounting portion 63 can be improved, so that the mounting portion 63 is prevented from being damaged during the movement of the air deflection assembly 40.
The air deflection assembly 40 includes a plurality of air deflection strips 70, each air deflection strip 70 corresponds to a portion of the second air guide opening 402, the air deflection bracket 50 is matched with the air deflection ring assembly 10, the air deflection strips 70 are rotatably arranged on the air deflection bracket 50, and the second air guide opening 402 can be opened and closed by rotating the air deflection strips 70.
As shown in fig. 19-23, the first end (the inner end as shown in fig. 19) of the air guiding strip 70 is matched with the mounting piece 52, the second end (the outer end as shown in fig. 19) of the air guiding strip 70 is matched with the bracket body 51, so that the fixing effect on the air guiding strip 70 can be improved, and when the air guiding strip 70 is in the closed position, the air guiding strip 70 can fully shield the second air guiding hole 402, so that when the first air guiding hole 401 supplies air, the air flow in the air outlet device 100 leaks from the first air guiding hole 401, and the working power consumption and noise of the air outlet device 100 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 22, the bracket body 51 has a first fixing hole 5101, a first end (an outer end as shown in fig. 19) of the wind guide bar 70 has a first fixing shaft 701, the first fixing hole 5101 is used for mounting the first fixing shaft 701, and the first fixing hole 5101 is provided on the stopper ring 502 so that the rotation shaft 703 rotates around the first fixing shaft 701.
As shown in fig. 23, the mounting member 52 has a second fixing hole 5201, and a second end (an inner end as shown in fig. 19) of the wind guide bar 70 has a second fixing shaft 702, and the second fixing hole 5201 is used for mounting the second fixing shaft 702 so that the rotation shaft 703 rotates around the second fixing shaft 702.
As shown in fig. 22 and 23, a first end (an outer end as shown in fig. 21) of the air guide bar 70 is rotatably connected with the bracket body 51 through a first fixing shaft 701, and a second end (an inner end as shown in fig. 21) of the air guide bar 70 is rotatably connected with the mounting member 52 through a second fixing shaft 702, and a central axis m of the first fixing shaft 701 and a central axis m of the second fixing shaft 702 are collinear, so that the air guide bar 70 rotates around the first fixing shaft 701 and the central axis m of the second fixing shaft 702 to maximally open and close the second air guide opening 402.
As shown in fig. 21 to 23, the rotary member 60 includes a rotary outer ring 61 and a rotary inner ring 62, the wind guide bar 70 is engaged with the rotary outer ring 61, the rotary inner ring 62 is provided inside the rotary outer ring 61, and the rotary inner ring 62 is connected with the rotary outer ring 61 by a second connection rib 602, so that the rotary inner ring 62 and the rotary outer ring 61 can be rotated synchronously, and the inner circumference of the rotary inner ring 62 is provided with engaging teeth 621.
As shown in fig. 22, the rotating outer ring 61 has a limiting groove 611, the first end (the outer end as shown in fig. 19) of the air guiding strip 70 also has a rotating shaft 703, the rotating shaft 703 can be inserted into the limiting groove 611, and the air guiding strip 70 can be slidably matched with the limiting groove 611 through the rotating shaft 703, so that the rotating member 60 can rotate to drive the air guiding strip 70 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 22, the limiting groove 611 may form an arc groove, which may improve the guiding effect of the limiting groove 611 on the rotating shaft 703, so that the sliding of the rotating member 60 and the air guiding strip 70 is smoother, so as to improve the smoothness of the movement of the air guiding strip 70 between the open position and the closed position.
As shown in fig. 19 and 21, the first end (the outer end as shown in fig. 21) of the air guiding strip 70 is connected with the rotating member 60 through a rotating shaft 703, the rotating shaft 703 is located at one side of the first fixed shaft 701, and the central axis n of the rotating shaft 703 may be parallel to the central axis m of the first fixed shaft 701, so as to facilitate processing, or the central axis n of the rotating shaft 703 may have a certain inclination angle with the central axis m of the first fixed shaft 701, so as to facilitate sliding fit between the rotating shaft 703 and the limiting groove 611, and improve the smoothness of rotation of the air guiding strip 70.
The side walls of the air guide strips 70 are provided with matching surfaces, and two adjacent air guide strips 70 are in butt fit through the matching surfaces so as to close the second air guide opening 402, seal the second air guide opening 402 and prevent air leakage of the second air guide opening 402 when the first air guide opening 401 supplies air.
The sealing strips are arranged on the matching surfaces, and extend to the two ends (the inner end and the outer end as shown in fig. 19) of the air guide strip 70 along the side wall of the air guide strip 70, so that the sealing effect on the second air guide opening 402 can be improved.
The mating surface may form an inclined surface, so that on one hand, the adjacent two air guide strips 70 may be prevented from interfering with each other when rotating toward the closed position, and on the other hand, the contact area of the adjacent two air guide strips 70 when abutting against each other may be increased, so as to further improve the sealing effect on the second air guide opening 402.
As shown in fig. 19, the side walls of the air guide strips 70 are stepped, and the mating surfaces form a curved surface, so that the contact area between the adjacent two air guide strips 70 when they abut against each other is further increased, and the sealing effect on the second air guide opening 402 is improved.
The included angle between two adjacent air guide strips 70 is alpha, and alpha can be 4 degrees, 5 degrees, 6 degrees, 7 degrees and 8 degrees, so that the air guide strips 70 can fully close the second air guide opening 402 at the closing position based on the reduction of the air supply resistance of the second air guide opening 402, interference when the air guide strips 70 are active is avoided, and meanwhile air leakage of the second air guide opening 402 when the second air guide opening 402 is closed is prevented.
As shown in fig. 19, the wind guide bar 70 includes a body 71 and a connection boss 72, the body 71 is formed in a flat plate shape, the body 71 is used for opening and closing the second wind guide opening 402, the connection boss 72 protrudes from one side surface of the body 71, a fixed shaft is provided at one end (an outer end as shown in fig. 19) of the body 71, and a rotation shaft 703 is provided on the connection boss 72, so that a distance between a central axis n of the rotation shaft 703 and a central axis m of the fixed shaft can be increased, such that the rotation shaft 703 and the fixed shaft are located on different planes.
Because the first fixing hole 5101 and the limiting groove 611 are located on different planes, and the rotating shaft 703 and the fixing shaft are disposed on different planes, the air guide bar 70 can be fully rotated, so that the second air guide opening 402 can be fully opened in the opening position, and the resistance to air flow when the second air guide opening 402 is used for blowing air can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 19, the cross-sectional dimension of the body 71 is gradually increased along a direction away from the center of the air outlet 101 (a direction from inside to outside as shown in fig. 19), so that the plurality of air guide strips 70 cooperate with each other to fully close the second air guide opening 402 when in the closed position, thereby preventing air leakage of the second air guide opening 402 when the first air guide opening 401 supplies air.
The limiting retainer 502 of the air guiding support 50 can prevent the rotating member 60 from being separated from the air guiding support 50 forward, the mounting post 521 of the mounting member 52 is clamped with the rotating member 60 by the clamping spring 601, and the fixing shafts at two ends (inner and outer ends as shown in fig. 21) of the air guiding strip 70 are respectively connected with the air guiding support 50 and the mounting member 52, so that the rotating member 60 is prevented from being separated from the air guiding support 50 backward, and the limiting effect on the rotating member 60 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the driving assembly includes a lifting driving assembly 81, the lifting driving assembly 81 is used for driving the air deflector assembly 40 to move relative to the air guiding ring assembly 10, where the moving direction of the air deflector assembly 40 is the same as the extending direction of the center line of the air outlet 101, the first air guiding opening 401 is located at the periphery of the air guiding ring assembly 40, when the air deflector assembly 40 moves in the direction away from the air guiding ring assembly 10 (the direction from back to front as shown in fig. 3), the first air guiding opening 401 can be opened, and when the air deflector assembly 40 moves in the direction close to the air guiding ring assembly 10 (the direction from front to back as shown in fig. 3), the first air guiding opening 401 can be closed.
As shown in fig. 7, the elevation driving assembly 81 includes a first driving motor 811 and a first driving gear 812, the first driving motor 811 is provided on the air guide ring assembly 10, and the first driving motor 811 is connected with the first driving gear 812, the air guide plate assembly 40 has a movable rack 5211, and the movable rack 5211 is engaged with the first driving gear 812.
The first driving motor 811 can drive the first driving gear 812 to rotate so as to drive the movable rack 5211 to move, so that the whole air deflector assembly 40 is close to or far away from the air deflector assembly 10, and the first air guide opening 401 is opened and closed.
As shown in fig. 13, in some examples, the drive assembly includes a rotary drive assembly 82, the rotary drive assembly 82 includes a second drive motor 821 and a second drive gear 822, the second drive motor 821 is disposed on the mount 52, and the second drive motor 821 is connected with the second drive gear 822, the rotary member 60 has engagement teeth 621, the engagement teeth 621 being engaged with the second drive gear 822.
The second driving motor 821 can drive the second driving gear 822 to rotate so as to drive the engaging teeth 621 to move, so that the whole rotating member 60 rotates relative to the air guiding frame 50, and further drives the air guiding strip 70 to rotate between an open position and a closed position, so as to open and close the second air guiding opening 402.
When the rotating member 60 rotates, the mounting member 52 is in plug-in fit with the mounting seat 21 through the positioning post 522, so that the rotating member 60 rotates to easily drive the rotating shaft 703 of the air guiding strip 70 to rotate around the fixed shaft thereof, so that the air guiding strip 70 rotates between the open position and the closed position.
The air conditioner 1000 may have a first air outlet mode in which the air outlet device 100 supplies air forward and a long distance, and a second air outlet mode in which the air outlet device 100 supplies air outward without sense of wind.
In the shutdown state, the air guide plate assembly 40 and the air guide ring assembly 10 are attached to each other, the air guide ring assembly 10 shields the first air guide openings 401 on the air guide plate assembly 40, and the air guide strips 70 are rotated to the closed position to close the second air guide openings 402, so that the air supply of the air outlet device 100 is stopped.
As shown in fig. 6 and 33, the air conditioner 1000 enters the first air outlet mode from the off state, the rotary driving assembly 82 drives the rotary member 60 to rotate to drive the plurality of air guiding strips 70 to rotate to the open position, so that the second air guiding openings 402 and the air outlet 101 are communicated, the second air guiding openings 402 and the air outlet 101 are both opened towards the front side of the air conditioner 100, and then the air in the air conditioner 1000 can flow out forwards directly through the air outlet 101 and the second air guiding openings 402, so that the air outlet device 100 supplies air forwards for a long distance.
As shown in fig. 9 and 36, the air conditioner 1000 is switched from the first air outlet mode to the second air outlet mode, and the elevation driving assembly 81 drives the air deflection assembly 40 to move forward, so that the air deflection assembly 40 is far away from the air deflection ring assembly 10, to open the first air guide opening 401, and further, the first air guide opening 401 is communicated with the air outlet 101.
Meanwhile, the rotation driving assembly 82 drives the rotation member 60 to rotate so as to drive the plurality of air guide strips 70 to rotate to the closed position, the plurality of air guide strips 70 shield the second air guide opening 402, the second air guide opening 402 is closed, the first air guide opening 401 is opened to the outer side of the air conditioner 1000, and then air in the air conditioner 1000 needs to flow outwards through the air outlet 101 and the first air guide opening 401 in sequence, so that the air outlet device 100 supplies air to the outer side without wind sense.
In addition, the air conditioner 1000 enters the second air outlet mode from the shutdown state, the lifting driving assembly 81 drives the air deflector assembly 40 to move forwards, so that the air deflector assembly 40 is far away from the air deflector assembly 10, the first air guide opening 401 is opened, the first air guide opening 401 is communicated with the air outlet 101, the first air guide opening 401 is opened to the outer side of the air conditioner 1000, and then air in the air conditioner 1000 needs to flow outwards through the air outlet 101 and the first air guide opening 401 in sequence, so that the air outlet device 100 supplies air to the outer side without wind sense.
Other constructions and operations of the air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present utility model are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein. In the description of the utility model, a "first feature" or "second feature" may include one or more of such features. The vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the front-rear direction are defined by the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the front-rear direction in the drawing.
