Illustratively, a wine taking pipe, a first connector 80, a wine outlet control electromagnetic valve 120, a second connector 90 and a gas control electromagnetic valve 103 are installed in the accommodating space. The shape of the base 10 is not limited herein, and may be square, circular, or polygonal, and the shape of the corresponding housing 130 may be rectangular, cylindrical, or polygonal. Referring to fig. 5, another embodiment of the present utility model provides a wine taking device, which includes a base 10, a needle tube 70, a wine outlet tube 60 and a gas supply device, wherein the base 10 has a wine outlet channel 15 and a gas delivery channel, and the wine outlet channel 15 is provided with a mouth 13; the upper end of the needle tube 70 is communicated with the lower end of the wine outlet channel 15, and the needle tube 70 is vertically extended and arranged for penetrating the cork 40 of the wine bottle 50 from top to bottom; one end of the wine outlet pipe 60 passes through the mouth part 13 of the wine outlet channel 15 to form a wine outlet, the periphery of the wine outlet pipe 60 is sealed with the mouth part 13 of the wine outlet channel 15, the other end of the wine outlet pipe 60 passes through the needle tube 70 to extend into the wine bottle 50, the outer diameter of the wine outlet pipe 60 is smaller than the inner diameter of the needle tube 70 to form an air flow channel 14 between the needle tube 70 and the wine outlet pipe 60, and the air flow channel 14 is communicated with the air transmission channel; the air supply device is connected with the air transmission channel, so that the air supply device inputs air into the wine bottle 50 through the air flow channel 14, specifically, the periphery of the wine outlet pipe 60 is in airtight connection with the mouth 13 of the wine outlet channel 15 through the first connector 80, and the wine outlet pipe 140 is communicated with the wine outlet pipe 60, so that wine is led into a container such as a wine glass, a packaging bag and the like which a user wants to contain wine through the wine taking pipe.
It can be seen that, in the wine taking device of this embodiment, the cork 40 of the wine bottle 50 is pierced from top to bottom through the needle tube 70 to form a preset pipeline on the cork 40, then the wine outlet tube 60 is pierced in the needle tube 70 and extends to the bottom of the wine bottle 50, so as to be suitable for wine bottles 50 with different heights, the wine in the wine bottle 50 can be taken out basically completely, so that no waste is caused, the wine bottle 50 does not need to be tilted or inverted in the process of taking wine, the length of the needle tube 70 does not need to be long, so that the cork 40 can be pierced, further the needle tube 70 is prevented from being bent in use, the cork 40 is convenient to pierce easily, the use is very convenient, the external air is conveyed into the wine bottle 50 through the air flow channel 14, the air pressure in the wine bottle 50 is increased, the red wine can be pressed into the wine outlet tube 60, so that the red wine flows out along the wine outlet tube 60, the wine taking process is completed, and the wine in the wine bottle 50 is forced to be led out to a container for a user to want to contain wine, such as a container for filling wine, a wine cup, and the process of taking wine bottle 50 is convenient and the wine taking process is easy.
It should be noted that the embodiment shown in fig. 5 is a preferred solution of a further improvement of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the embodiment shown in fig. 5 is provided with the air flow channel 14 between the needle tube 70 and the wine outlet tube 60 for inputting air into the wine bottle 50, and further, the air flow channel 14 replaces the second needle tube 30 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, so that the use of the second needle tube 30 is saved, the cost is reduced, and only one needle tube 70 is needed in the embodiment, so that the use operation is more convenient and the user experience is better when the cork 40 of the wine bottle 50 is pierced.
In an alternative embodiment, the wine outlet channel 15 extends vertically to the base 10, the first connector 80 is mounted at the mouth 13 of the wine outlet channel 15, the periphery of the wine outlet tube 60 is connected with the mouth 13 of the wine outlet channel 15 in an airtight manner through the first connector 80, so as to avoid air leakage inside the wine bottle 50 along the air flow channel 14 and further from the gap between the wine outlet tube 60 and the mouth 13 of the wine outlet channel 15 in the process of taking wine, and the needle tube 70 is detachably mounted at the lower end of the wine outlet channel 15, and of course, the needle tube 70 and the base 10 can also be integrally formed. The gas transmission channel is communicated with the gas flow channel 14 through the wine outlet channel 15. External air is delivered to the interior of the wine bottle 50 through the air flow channel 14. The air supply device can suck air in the wine bottle 50 through the air flow channel 14 so that external air can enter the wine bottle 50 through the wine outlet pipe 60 and fully contact with wine liquid for automatic sobering. The gas transmission channel is communicated with the gas flow channel 14 through the wine outlet channel 15.
The structure of the needle tube 70 is similar to that of the first needle tube 20 and the second needle tube 30 of the above embodiment, specifically, the needle tube 70 includes a needle tube body and a needle head detachably mounted on the needle tube body, the needle head is blocked at the mouth of the needle tube 70 in the process that the needle tube 70 pierces the cork 40 from top to bottom, after the needle tube 70 pierces the cork 40, the wine outlet tube 60 is penetrated through the needle tube 70 so that the needle head can be separated from the needle tube 70, and the wine outlet tube 60 extends into the wine bottle 50 after penetrating through the mouth of the needle tube 70. The lower end of the needle tube body is extended to form a tip so that the needle tube body can pierce the cork 40 from top to bottom through the tip, and a nozzle is opened at one side or end of the needle tube body to allow the wine outlet tube 60 to pass through and extend into the wine bottle 50.
Specifically, the needle tube 70 is a hard needle tube 70, so that the cork 40 of the wine bottle 50 can be pierced, the wine outlet tube 60 is a wine outlet hose, preferably a soft rubber tube is made of polyethylene material, and compared with the wine outlet tube 60 made of rigid material, the wine outlet tube 60 made of flexible material is more convenient to carry, is easy to cut according to wine bottles 50 with various heights in the market, has higher universality, and the tail end of the wine outlet hose can be bent when extending into the bottle bottom of the wine bottle 50, so that residual wine at the bottle bottom can be taken out better, and in addition, the wine outlet tube 60 made of polyethylene material is not dissolved in the wine, does not need to be reused, and is convenient and sanitary to clean. Specifically, the needle cannula 70 may be made of stainless steel, wherein the outer surface of the needle cannula 70 may be smooth, such as coated, to facilitate penetration of the cork 40, and further, the needle is made of a rigid material, specifically stainless steel or ceramic.

5. A wine taking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said first connector is mounted to the mouth of said wine outlet passage, said needle cannula being in removable communication with said wine outlet passage.
6. The wine taking device according to claim 1, wherein the air supply device can suck air in the wine bottle through the air flow channel so that external air can enter the wine bottle through the wine outlet pipe and fully contact with wine liquid for automatic sobering.
7. The wine taking device according to claim 1, wherein the gas transmission channel is communicated with the gas flow channel through the wine outlet channel.

The wine taking device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the needle tube comprises a needle tube body and a needle head detachably mounted on the needle tube body, the needle head is blocked at a tube opening of the needle tube in the process that the needle tube pierces a cork from top to bottom, after the needle tube pierces the cork, the wine outlet tube penetrates the needle tube so that the needle head is separated from the needle tube, and the wine outlet tube extends into a wine bottle.
9. The wine taking device according to claim 1, wherein the needle tube is a hard needle tube and the wine outlet tube is a wine outlet hose.

14. The wine taking device according to claim 13, wherein detachable connection is adopted between the first mounting hole and the first needle tube and between the second mounting hole and the second needle tube respectively.
15. The wine taking device according to claim 13, wherein the periphery of the wine outlet pipe is connected with the first mounting hole through a first connector, and the upper end of the second needle tube is mounted in the second mounting hole through a second connector.
