All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, in an embodiment of the present utility model, an electronic mouth sprayer for convenient use includes a main body 10, a liquid bin 20, an atomizing assembly 30, a power supply assembly 50 and a control assembly 60 are disposed in the main body 10, the liquid bin 20 is filled with a liquid to be atomized, the atomizing assembly 30 is used for atomizing and spraying the liquid to be atomized, the power supply assembly 50 provides operation power for the atomizing assembly 30 and the control assembly 60, and the control assembly 60 is used for driving and managing operation of the atomizing assembly 30; the control assembly 60 is provided with a circuit board 61, a control chip (not shown in the figure) and an induction circuit (not shown in the figure), and the power assembly 50, the atomizing assembly 30, the control chip and the induction circuit are respectively and electrically connected to the circuit board 61; the outside of the main body 10 is provided with a conductive shell 13, the atomization assembly 30 is provided with a conductive atomization cap 32, the induction circuit is provided with a conductive square 64 and a conductive terminal 65, the conductive square 64 is electrically connected with the shell 13 so as to provide power for the shell 13 and connect the shell 13 into the induction circuit, and the conductive terminal 65 is electrically connected with the atomization cap 32 so as to provide power for the atomization cap 32 and connect the atomization cap 32 into the induction circuit; the control chip drives the atomizing assembly 30 to operate correspondingly according to the conduction state of the sensing circuit.
Specifically, first, an electronic oral sprayer is generally provided with a control switch for controlling the opening of the oral sprayer so as to atomize the liquid in the oral sprayer to form a water mist, and the water mist is sprayed into the oral cavity to perform corresponding treatments on the oral cavity, such as freshening breath, relieving symptoms and the like. Unlike conventional humidification sprayers, the requirements for spraying time are higher. Humidification sprayers are generally used for supplementing water to the surrounding environment or the surface skin, relatively do not need very accurate spraying time, and even some humidifiers which use a common water source as liquid to be atomized can be opened for a long time. However, electronic oral nebulizers are relatively expensive due to the limited volume of liquid within them, and generally are liquids having specific components, and waste should be avoided as much as possible. The opening time of the mouth sprayer is important, and it is preferable that the spraying function of the mouth sprayer is started after the discharge opening 34 of the atomizing cap 32 is placed at the corresponding portion of the mouth. However, the traditional switch is easy to cause misoperation such as advanced operation or delayed operation due to manual control of a user, and the situations of wasting liquid or wasting time and the like occur.
Secondly, the control chip opens the atomizing assembly 30 when detecting that the sensing circuit is in a conducting state by arranging the corresponding sensing circuit, so that liquid is atomized into water mist to be sprayed out; when the control chip detects that the sensing circuit is in a non-conducting state, the atomizing assembly 30 is turned off, and water mist is not sprayed. It will be appreciated that the time for continuously turning on the atomizing assembly 30 may be limited, for example, after five seconds of continuously turning on the atomizing assembly 30, the control chip may stop the atomizing assembly 30 from being turned on even if the sensing circuit is still in the on state. The accident situation is prevented, and the sensing circuit is in an incorrect conduction state, so that the water mist is continuously sprayed. The control chip can realize corresponding operation processing of the existing products in the prior art, so that the control chip can process the instructions. For example, an MC32F7073 singlechip, which is an existing product in the prior art, is used, and is an 8-bit Flash universal MCU with high performance and low power consumption.
The sensing circuit is preferably configured such that the atomizing cover 32 contacting the skin of the mouth and the housing 13 contacting the skin of the hand are connected to the sensing circuit, respectively, so that the user holds the housing 13 of the mouth sprayer and moves the mouth sprayer to a position close to the mouth, and the atomizing cover 32 contacts the skin of the mouth, whereby the sensing circuit can be electrically circulated, and the control chip can turn on the atomizing assembly 30 to perform the atomizing operation according to the on state of the electrically circulated circuit, thereby atomizing the liquid in the mouth sprayer into mist, and discharging the mist into the oral cavity. Therefore, the spray opening time of the mouth sprayer can be accurately controlled, so that the mouth sprayer can spray water mist into the oral cavity at proper time, and the situation of wasting liquid is avoided.
Again, preferably, the portion of the atomizing cover 32 corresponding to the conductive terminal 65 may further be provided with a second magnetic member 16, where the second magnetic member 16 is fixedly connected to the atomizing cover 32 and forms an adsorption connection with the conductive terminal 65, so that the atomizing cover 32 better forms an abutment with the conductive terminal 65, thereby forming an electrical connection. Preferably, the second magnetic member 16 may be in contact with the conductive terminal 65 or in contact with the atomizing cover 32, and therefore the second magnetic member 16 may be a conductive metal magnetic member having a magnetic force, so that the conductive terminal 65 may be adsorbed, or the atomizing cover 32 and the conductive terminal 65 may be directly and electrically connected.

Specifically, after the outer cover 11 is fastened to the atomization cap 32, the atomization cap 32 can be protected, so that the atomization cap 32 is kept clean when not in use. In addition, the second magnetic element 16 provided on the atomization cap 32 can also form magnetic attraction with the first magnetic element 12 on the outer cap 11, so that the outer cap 11 can be further and better fixed on the main body 10. Moreover, the first hall switch 62 can also monitor the pull-out condition of the outer cap 11 by sensing the first magnetic member 12. If the outer cap 11 is not pulled out, the first hall switch 62 detects the presence of the first magnetic member 12, and at this time, the atomizing assembly 30 of the opening injector cannot be opened, thereby preventing erroneous operation caused by erroneous pressing of the push button switch 66 while in the pack. The atomizing assembly 30 can be operated only if the first hall switch 62 detects that the first magnetic member 12 is away, i.e., the outer cap 11 has been pulled out.

However, in order to take care of the conventional usage habits of the user, a corresponding button switch 66 may be provided, so that the mouth sprayer may be turned on and off correspondingly by the button switch 66. Such as double clicking on the push button switch 66 while maintaining the hold down condition, the mouth sprayer begins to spray water mist. The holding state of the push button switch 66 is then released, i.e., the discharge of the mist is stopped. Preferably, a corresponding function of stopping the timing may be provided, such as stopping the continuous discharge of the water mist after the holding state of the mouth sprayer is continued for five seconds, even if the holding state of the push button switch 66 is maintained. Thus preventing accidents or stopping spraying when the user forgets to release the push button switch 66. It will be appreciated that the push-button switch 66 may be a touch switch, and the double-click and press operations described above may be performed by holding the touch state after two light touches of the touch switch without releasing, so as to achieve the function of turning on the atomizing assembly 30 described above.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, in order to remind the user, a vibration plate 67 may be further disposed on the control unit 60, where the vibration plate 67 is fixedly connected to the support 14 and electrically connected to the circuit board 61, and the vibration plate 67 is used for vibration prompt when the atomizing plate 31 is started.
As shown in fig. 7, the bottom of the liquid bin 20 opposite to the other end inserted into one end of the guide post 21 is provided with a fourth magnetic member 27, and the circuit board 61 is provided with a second hall switch 63 at a position corresponding to the fourth magnetic member 27, and the second hall switch 63 is used for detecting whether the liquid bin 20 is inserted. The third magnetic element 17 is disposed on the portion of the support 14 corresponding to the fourth magnetic element 27, and the third magnetic element 17 is used for adsorbing the fourth magnetic element 27, so that the liquid bin 20 is firmly adsorbed in the accommodating cavity 15.
Specifically, in order to alert the user, a second hall switch 63 may be further provided, and when the liquid cartridge 20 is not inserted into the accommodating chamber 15, or when the liquid cartridge 20 is not inserted correctly, the second hall switch 63 thereof cannot detect the fourth magnetic member 27. Thus, when a user places the mouth sprayer in the mouth for use, or by pressing the push button switch 66, the control chip may control the corresponding light to alert, such as the corresponding light displaying red. The light may be a single indicator lamp or an annular indicator lamp provided on the push button switch 66 or the touch switch. While the external charging device charges the battery 51 through the charging terminal 52, the indicator lamp may also display the corresponding state of charge.
In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 7, there is further provided an electronic mouth sprayer, including a control assembly 60, an atomizing assembly 30 and a liquid bin 20, wherein the liquid bin 20 is filled with a liquid to be atomized, the atomizing assembly 30 is used for atomizing and spraying the liquid to be atomized, and the control assembly 60 is used for driving the atomizing assembly 30 to operate; the control assembly 60 is provided with a circuit board 61 and a radio frequency identification coil 70, the radio frequency identification coil 70 is electrically connected to the circuit board 61, and an identification sticker is attached to the outer wall of the liquid bin 20; the control assembly 60 drives operation of the atomizing assembly 30 based on the parameters of the identification decal read by the radio frequency identification coil 70.

It will be appreciated that the identification decal is subsequently applied to the outer surface of the manufactured fluid cartridge 20 by pre-entering the corresponding parameters of the identification decal into the control chip at the time of manufacture. When a user inserts the liquid bin 20 into the accommodating cavity 15 during use, the radio frequency identification coil 70 can transmit the read parameters of the identification sticker to the control chip, and the control chip can judge whether the used liquid bin 20 is a genuine product according to the preset corresponding parameters, so that the anti-counterfeiting effect on the liquid bin 20 is achieved, and the health risk brought by using a poor product by the user is avoided. In addition, a corresponding alert function may be provided, such as alerting the user by means of a continuous shock or continuous flashing light when the rfid coil 70 recognizes that the inserted fluid cartridge 20 is an undesirable product.
When in use, a user firstly clamps the liquid bin 20 onto the atomization assembly 30, then inserts the liquid bin 20 into the accommodating cavity 15, and enables the third magnetic piece 17 on the bracket 14 to form an adsorption effect on the fourth magnetic piece 27 at the bottom of the liquid bin 20, so that the liquid bin 20 can be firmly clamped into the accommodating cavity 15. At the same time, the second hall switch 63 on the circuit board 61 can also detect that the liquid bin 20 has been inserted correctly, and can start to be used. Meanwhile, the radio frequency identification coil 70 can also identify the inserted liquid bin 20, so that the unqualified liquid bin 20 is prevented from being used.
The user then pulls out the outer cap 11 to expose the atomizing cap 32 of the atomizing assembly 30, and the first hall switch 62 detects that the outer cap 11 has been pulled out, so that the control chip can control the atomizing assembly 30 to perform a corresponding opening operation. Then the user holds the shell 13 of the mouth sprayer again, moves the mouth sprayer nearby the mouth, makes the atomizing lid 32 contact with mouth skin to through shell 13, hand skin, mouth skin and atomizing lid 32, form the electric loop, make the induction circuit reach the conducting state, control chip begins to control atomizing subassembly 30 and carries out the atomizing operation promptly, can spout water smoke from the ejection port 34 of atomizing lid 32 afterwards, makes the water smoke can directly spout into user's oral cavity in, has avoided extravagant liquid's problem when opening in advance.
After use, the user can remove the mouth sprayer from contact with the mouth skin, thereby stopping spraying. Or the spraying time reaches the preset time, and the mouth sprayer automatically stops spraying. The user may also use the push button switch 66 to turn on or off the spray, which will not be described in detail herein.
