In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9 and 10, to prevent collision between the first and second frames 11 and 12, the fastener 15 further includes a sleeve 153, the sleeve 153 being sleeved outside the bolt 151, the sleeve 153 being located between the first and second frames 11 and 12. In one embodiment, at least a portion of side gusset 21 can be folded inwardly to reduce the perimeter of side gusset 21. Since at least part of the side wall 21 can be folded inwards, it is not necessary to provide a cover of various specifications, and it is possible to apply the side wall to frames of different sizes (for example, a large-sized frame and a small-sized frame), thereby reducing the complexity of the production process and the cost of the consumer.
For example, referring to fig. 20, the cover 2 is covered on a large-sized frame, and the side wall portion 21 can be wrapped around the outer peripheral side of the frame; referring to fig. 22, when the cover 2 is covered on the small-sized frame, at least part of the side gusset 21 is bent inwardly so that the circumference of the side gusset 21 is reduced to accommodate the circumference of the small-sized frame, thereby being wrapped around the outer circumferential side of the small-sized frame.
The material of the outer cover 2 is flexible material, such as cloth, so that the outer cover 2 is covered behind the bedstead 1, and the side wall part 21 can be wrapped on the outer periphery side of the bedstead 1.
It should be understood that the different sizes of the bedframe 1 mean that the circumferences of the bedframes 1 are different, either in width or in length, or in both width and length. The large-size frame has a first circumference, the small-size frame has a second circumference, and the first circumference is larger than the second circumference, and in normal cases, when the outer cover 2 is covered on the large-size frame, the effect that the side wall 21 is wrapped around the outer circumference of the frame can be achieved without bending at least part of the side wall 21. When the cover 2 is covered on the small-sized frame, at least part of the side surrounding portion 21 is bent inward so that the circumference of the side surrounding portion 21 is reduced to fit the circumference of the small-sized frame, thereby being wrapped around the outer circumferential side of the small-sized frame.
When the bed frame is a small-sized bed frame, the first frame body and the second frame body are arranged side by side, a small gap is reserved between the first frame body and the second frame body, and after at least part of the side wall part is inwards bent, the bent part can be arranged between the gaps.
In one embodiment, the side gusset 21 is a flexible loop structure, the height of which in the arrow direction Z is greater than the height of the frame 1, as shown in fig. 15, and at least part of the loop edge of the flexible loop structure is provided with a tightening member to enable the outer peripheral side of the frame 1 to be wrapped inside the flexible loop structure.
It should be understood that the flexible annular structure in this embodiment means that the side wall portion 21 has a circumferentially closed space instead of a flexible band. The contour of the closed space is not defined before the cover is provided on the frame 1, but after the cover is provided on the frame 1, the contour of the closed space is adapted to the contour of the outer peripheral side of the frame 1.
As an example, referring to fig. 15, the flexible ring-shaped structure has a first ring-shaped edge 211 and a second ring-shaped edge 212, the first ring-shaped edge 211 is located above the upper surface of the frame 1 when the side wall portion 21 is wrapped around the outer peripheral side of the frame 1, the second ring-shaped edge 212 is located below the lower surface of the frame 1, and the first ring-shaped edge 211 and the second ring-shaped edge 212 are provided with tightening members (not shown) to wrap the upper and lower edges of the frame 1 inside the side wall portion 21 and prevent the side wall portion 21 from sliding off the frame 1.
Illustratively, the tightening member may be an elastic or a drawstring.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 18, to prevent the side wall portion 21 from sliding off the frame 1, the cover 2 further includes a top cover portion 22, wherein the top cover portion 22 is connected to the side wall portion 21, and the top cover portion 22 is provided with an opening 220, and the opening 220 corresponds to a bendable portion of the side wall portion 21.
In this embodiment, the top cover 22 is connected to the first annular edge 211 of the side wall 21, and the tightening member may be disposed only on the second annular edge 212.
Through set up opening 220 on top cap portion 22, can leave the space of dodging, when side wall portion 21 inwards buckles, can not fold top cap portion 22 to can not influence the roughness of top cap portion, guarantee that the appearance is pleasing to the eye. At the same time, the bending operation is facilitated at the opening 220.
The material of the top cover portion 22 may be flexible. Alternatively, the top cover part is made of the same material as the side wall part 21; in other embodiments, the top cover portion is made of a material different from the side wall portion, specifically, the top cover portion is made of a nonwoven fabric, and the side wall portion is made of jacquard fabric.
Illustratively, the top cover portion 22 may be sewn to the side gusset portion 21.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 18, the top cover part 22 includes a first top cover part 221 and a second top cover part 222, the first top cover part 221 and the second top cover part 222 are disposed at intervals in the width direction of the side wall part 21, and a space between the first top cover part 221 and the second top cover part 222 forms an opening 220 to enable the portion of the side wall part 21 corresponding to the width of the frame 1 to be bent inward.
Illustratively, the first cover dome section 221 is rectangular in shape, the first cover dome section 221 having opposing first and second long sides, and opposing first and second short sides, wherein the first and second long sides are parallel to the arrow direction X, and the first and second short sides are parallel to the arrow direction Y. The first long side, the first short side and the second short side are all connected with the first annular edge 211 of the side wall 21; the second top cover portion 222 has opposite third and fourth long sides, and opposite third and fourth short sides, each of which is connected to the first annular edge 211 of the side wall portion 21, the second long side being substantially parallel to the fourth long side, the space between the second and fourth long sides forming the opening 220.
When it is necessary to bend the side gusset 21 inwardly to reduce the width, the portion of the side gusset 21 corresponding to the opening 220 may be bent.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 19 and 20, the housing 2 further includes a shielding portion 23, the shielding portion 23 being connected to the first cover dome portion 221, the shielding portion 23 being detachably connected to the second cover dome portion 222 to cover the opening 220.
Illustratively, the shielding portion 23 is integrally formed with the first top cover 221, and the shielding portion 23 can be lifted with respect to the side wall 21, so that when the shielding portion 23 is lifted, the opening 220 is exposed, and the side portion is bent inwards. When the shielding part 23 falls down, it can be detachably connected with the second top cover part 222, thereby covering the opening 220, and ensuring the beautiful appearance and consistency.
In one embodiment, the lower surface of the shielding portion 23 is provided with a connection portion 231, and the upper surface of the second top cover portion 222 is provided with a connection engagement portion 2221, and the connection engagement portion 2221 is engaged with the connection portion 231 to connect the shielding portion 23 with the second top cover portion 222.
The connection portion 231 and the connection mating portion 2221 may be, for example, a velcro, a snap fastener, or a magnetic component that attracts each other.
The connection portion 231 and the shielding portion 23 may be connected together by sewing or bonding, and the connection fitting portion 2221 and the second top cover portion 222 may be connected together by sewing or bonding.
Referring to fig. 21 and 22, after the portion of the side gusset 21 corresponding to the opening 220 is bent inward, the shielding portion 23 can be covered over the second top cover portion 222.
In one embodiment, the inner surface of the side frame 21 is provided with a fixing member for maintaining the fastened state of the side frame 21 such that the side frame 21 is wrapped around the outer circumferential side of the frame 1.
Specifically, after the side wall portion 21 is bent inwards, the side wall portion 21 needs to be fixed by a fixing piece, so that the side wall portion 21 is in a tightened state, and the side wall portion is conveniently and better wrapped on the outer peripheral side of the smaller-sized bedstead.
In one possible design, the fastening means comprises a strap connected to the frame 1 to pull the portion of the side gusset 21 beyond the frame 1 towards the interior of the frame 1.
For example, referring to fig. 23, the strap is in a ring shape, that is, the strap may be an annular strap 213, and the annular strap 213 may be sleeved at a set position of the frame 1, for example, the annular strap 213 may be sleeved on a butterfly bolt and a butterfly nut to pull the portion of the side wall 21 beyond the frame 1 toward the inside of the frame 1.
The number of the annular strips 213 may be one or more. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 16, the inner surface of side gusset 21 is symmetrically provided with two sets of annular strips 213, each set comprising two annular strips 213, the two annular strips 213 being spaced along the height of side gusset 21.
In other embodiments, each set includes four annular strips 213, with two annular strips 213 disposed at a position of side gusset 21 adjacent to first annular edge 211 and two other annular strips 213 disposed at a position of side gusset 21 adjacent to second annular edge 212. In this other embodiment, referring to fig. 24, the annular strip 213 may be a drawstring provided around the side wall 21, and the side wall 21 may be tightened by pulling the drawstring to wrap the outer peripheral side of the frame 1, and then the free end of the drawstring is sleeved on the wing nut.
It should be noted that, a set of annular strips 213 may also be provided on the inner surface of the side wall 21.
Of course, the strap may also comprise two straps which are tied to the support bar of the frame 1 for the purpose of pulling the portion of the side gusset 21 beyond the frame 1 towards the inside of the frame 1.
In another possible design, referring to fig. 17, the fixing member includes a first adhesive member 214a and a second adhesive member 214b, the first adhesive member 214a is connected to the portion of the side wall portion 21 that can be bent inward, the second adhesive member 214b is connected to the other portion of the side wall portion 21, and the first adhesive member 214a can be adhered to or separated from the second adhesive member 214 b. In this way, the side wall 21 itself can be fixed without the bed frame 1.
For example, the first adhesive 214a and the second adhesive 214b may be velcro.
The embodiment also provides a bed, which comprises the bed frame assembly provided by the embodiment.
In the bed provided in this embodiment, due to the use of the bed frame assembly provided in this embodiment, the inner surface of the portion of the side wall portion 21 corresponding to the end support member 13 can be attached to the flat surface 131a, and the end support member 13 can co-act with the end surfaces of the first frame body 11 and the second frame body 12, so as to sufficiently support the outer cover 2, prevent the phenomena of sagging, wrinkling, etc. of the outer cover 2, and ensure that the appearance of the bed is more attractive.
In addition, the outer cover 2 with various specifications does not need to be provided, so that the complexity of production and processing is reduced, and the cost of consumers is also reduced.
In one embodiment, the bed further comprises support feet, which can be mounted under the frame 1.
In one embodiment, the bed further comprises a mattress, which is placed above the bed frame 1.

Claims (18)
1. The bed frame is characterized by comprising a first frame body, a second frame body and an end support piece, wherein the end support piece is detachably connected with the first frame body and the second frame body; the bed frame is provided with two end surfaces which are oppositely arranged along the length direction; the end supports have a planar surface on one side of one end surface of the frame facing away from the other end surface, or the planar surface is coplanar with the end surface of the frame.
2. The bed frame of claim 1, wherein the end support comprises a bar-shaped plate structure, a first catch and a second catch, the first catch and the second catch each fixedly mounted to the same side of the bar-shaped plate structure, the flat surface being a surface of the bar-shaped plate structure facing away from the first catch and the second catch; the first buckle is connected with the frame of the first frame body in a clamping mode in the width direction, and the second buckle is connected with the frame of the second frame body in a clamping mode in the width direction.
3. The bed frame according to claim 2, wherein the first buckle and the second buckle each comprise a connection section, a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm, the connection section is fixedly connected with the bar-shaped plate-shaped structure, and the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm are oppositely arranged at two ends of the connection section to form a clamping space.
4. The bed frame of claim 3, wherein the first clamp arm is provided with a first flange and the second clamp arm is provided with a second flange, a space between the first flange and the second flange forming a flare.

The bed frame of claim 1, wherein the end support comprises a U-shaped plate-like structure comprising a first connection plate, a second connection plate, and a support plate, the first connection plate and the second connection plate being disposed opposite ends of the support plate, the planar surface being a surface of the support plate facing away from the first connection plate and the second connection plate; the first connecting plate is provided with the third buckle, the second connecting plate is provided with the fourth buckle, the third buckle with the length direction's of first support frame joint, the fourth buckle with the length direction's of second support frame joint.
6. The frame according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first frame body is connectable with the second frame body by a fastener in a state that the end support is separated from the first frame body and the second frame body.
7. The bed frame according to claim 6, wherein the fastening member comprises a bolt and a nut, the first frame body and the second frame body are each provided with a through hole, and the bolt is inserted through the through hole and is screwed with the nut.
8. The bed frame of claim 7, wherein the fastener further comprises a sleeve, the sleeve being positioned over the exterior of the bolt, the sleeve being positioned between the first frame body and the second frame body.
9. The bed frame assembly of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising an outer cover and a bed frame of any one of claims 1 to 8, the outer cover comprising a side gusset portion that wraps around the outer peripheral side of the bed frame, the inner surface of the portion of the side gusset portion corresponding to the end support conforming to the planar surface.
10. The bed frame assembly of claim 9 wherein at least a portion of the side gusset portion is capable of being folded inwardly to reduce the circumference of the side gusset portion.
11. The bed frame assembly of claim 10, wherein the outer cover further comprises a cover portion connected to the side wall portion, the cover portion being provided with an opening corresponding to the bendable portion of the side wall portion.
12. The bed frame assembly of claim 11 wherein the top cover sections include first and second top cover sections spaced apart along a width of the side wall sections, the space between the first and second top cover sections forming the opening to enable inward flexing of a portion of the side wall sections corresponding to the width of the bed frame.
13. The bed frame assembly of claim 12, wherein the outer cover further comprises a cover portion connected to the first cover portion, the cover portion being removably connected to the second cover portion to cover the opening.
14. The bed frame assembly of claim 13, wherein the lower surface of the cover portion is provided with a connection portion and the upper surface of the second top cover portion is provided with a connection mating portion that mates with the connection portion to connect the cover portion with the second top cover portion.
15. The bed frame assembly according to claim 9, wherein the side wall portion is a flexible annular structure having a height greater than the height of the bed frame, at least a portion of the annular edge of the flexible annular structure being provided with a tightening member to enable the peripheral side of the bed frame to be wrapped within the flexible annular structure.
16. The bed frame assembly according to any one of claims 9 to 15, wherein the inner surface of the side frame section is provided with a fixing member for maintaining the tightened state of the side frame section so that the side frame section is wrapped around the outer peripheral side of the bed frame.
17. The frame assembly according to claim 16, wherein the securing member comprises a strap connected to the frame to pull the portion of the side gusset beyond the frame toward the interior of the frame;
