Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the hair straightening comb 1 further includes a switch assembly 18 and a control assembly 19, wherein the control assembly 19 is electrically connected to the switch assembly 18 and the heater 16, respectively, and can control the heater 16 to be turned on or off manually or to implement other control procedures.
It will be appreciated that by the design of the switch assembly 18, a user can control the heater 16 to be turned on or off manually or to implement other control programs by the switch signal sent by the switch assembly 18, which is convenient for the user to use to enhance the user experience.
Further, the first clamping plate 10 is made of a heat conducting material. Further, in the working state of the hair straightening comb 1, the surface temperature of the first comb teeth 13 of the first clamping plate 10 is higher than the surface temperature of the second clamping plate 11, and the surface temperature of the first comb teeth 13 of the first clamping plate 10 is at least 50-150 ℃ higher than the surface temperature of the second clamping plate 11.
It will be appreciated that the hair straightening comb according to the present application can reduce the risk of overheating of hair while achieving heating of hair, and can maintain the temperatures of the first clamping plate 10, the first comb teeth 13 and the second clamping plate surface more stably, thereby better controlling the heating degree of hair and avoiding damage to hair, compared to the hair straightening comb 1 having two clamping plates with high temperatures. In addition, the user can select the direction of the hair to be more biased to the first clamping plate 10 or the second clamping plate 11 by himself, so that the temperature can be adjusted without repeating the control panel, and the user can select two different temperatures to shape and straighten the hair. And the design that the temperature between the two clamping plates is at least 50-150 ℃ higher can prevent hair damage caused by overhigh temperature while meeting the requirement of heating the hair.
Alternatively, when the steam straightening comb 1 is in an operating state, the surface temperature of the comb teeth of the first splint 10 is 50-150 ℃ higher than the surface temperature of the second splint 11, more specifically, the surface temperature of the comb teeth of the first splint 10 is approximately 135-245 ℃, and the surface temperature of the second splint 11 is approximately 50-150 ℃. Preferably, the surface temperature of the comb teeth of the first clamping plate 10 is 135-245 ℃, and the surface temperature of the second clamping plate 11 is approximately 50-150 ℃.
Specifically, the first splint 10 and the second splint 11 are respectively provided with a heater, when the steam straightening comb 1 is in an operating state, the heater 16 in the first splint 10 heats the first comb teeth 13 to straighten the hair, and simultaneously can conduct heat to the first splint 10, so that the surface temperature of the first splint 10 is increased, the heat loss of the heater can be further prevented from sufficiently heating the first comb teeth 13 to straighten the hair, while the heat of one part of the lower heater 17 in the second splint 11 can promote the steam box 151 to generate steam, and the heat of the other part of the lower heater 17 can also be directly conducted to the second splint outer shell, and because a gap exists between the steam generating device 15 and the second splint 11 is made of plastic material with small heat conductivity, the heat generated by the lower heater 17 in the second splint 11 can be reduced to be conducted to the second splint 11, so that the surface temperature of the second splint 11 is relatively low, and the phenomenon that the scalp can be scalded can be reduced while the second splint 11 can provide a certain effect of heating hair. Thus, there is a significant difference in the surface temperatures of the two splints. In addition, in order to prevent scalding, a heat insulation cotton or other heat insulation structure can be preset between the shell 111 and the steam box 151 so as to reduce the temperature rise of the shell 111 and prevent scalding during use, thereby further preventing heat loss of the lower heater 17 and fully heating the steam box 151 so as to ensure stable steam output.
It will also be appreciated that the lower heater 17 in the second clamping plate 11 may be controlled to be turned on or off in response to a single key switch.
Further, the housing 111 includes an upper housing 111 and a lower housing 111 that are detachably connected or integrally formed.
Optionally, the housing 111 is made of PET or PPS/PBT.
It can be appreciated that the housing 111 is made of PET, PPS, or PBT, which has a better high temperature resistance and can withstand long-term use at high temperatures.

Further, referring to fig. 4 and 7, as another embodiment of the present utility model, the steam generating device 14 includes a lower heater 17, and the lower heater 17 is disposed between the steam box 151 and the steam hole 112.
It will be appreciated that the heat generated by the lower heater 17 heats the steam box 151 to cause the steam box 151 to generate steam, thereby acting to moisten hair. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 7, when the space is used as the steam channel 154, the space is a portion of the side of the lower heater 17 away from the steam box 151 in fig. 7, and the portion may be used as the steam channel 154. I.e. the protruding portion is in contact with the inner surface of the second clamping plate 11. In addition, as can be seen from fig. 7, the length of the steam channel 154 is longer, so that the steam box 151 can generate steam and then secondarily vaporize the steam, thereby improving the steam conversion efficiency.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the steam generating device 15 includes a water tank 153, a pump body device 152 and a steam tank 151 connected in this order, and the pump body device 152 sends water from the water tank 153 to the steam tank 151. The steam generating device 15 is a structure commonly used in the conventional hair straightening comb 1, and will not be described herein.
Further, the hair straightening comb 1 further comprises a control assembly 19, a first temperature sensor (not shown) disposed in the first clamping plate 10 and a second temperature sensor (not shown) disposed in the second clamping plate 11, wherein the control assembly 19 is electrically connected with the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first switch 1b, the heater 16, the lower heater 17 and the water pump, respectively. For example, when the steam straightening comb 1 is first opened, the default steam box 151 is opened, that is, when the first clamping plate 10 and the second clamping plate 11 are clamped, steam is discharged, after the clamping is opened, the steam function is closed when the user presses the first switch 1b for a short time, the lower heater 17 is opened when the steam key is pressed for a short time again to enable the steam box 151 to generate steam, when the user presses the first switch 1b for a long time, the continuous steam mode is entered, and when the user presses the first switch 1b for a long time again, the continuous steam mode is exited to close the steam function. That is, the lower heater 17 may be controlled to be turned on or off according to the switching signal sent from the first switch 1 b.
It will be appreciated that the steam box 151 of the present utility model may be used in a steam iron, sterilizer or the like structure in addition to the hair straightening comb 1.
As another implementation manner of this embodiment, the heaters in the two clamping plates may be controlled by the same switch, and may be set according to actual requirements.
Further, referring to fig. 9, as an implementation manner of the first embodiment of the present utility model, the hair straightening comb 1 further includes second comb teeth 1a, where the second comb teeth 1a are disposed opposite to the burn-proof comb teeth 14 in a crossing manner.
It should be noted that the second comb teeth 1a are made of plastic material, and the second comb teeth 1a are disposed around the edge of the second clamping plate 11. The second comb teeth 1a and the second clamping plate 11 can be integrally formed or detachably connected, and can be set according to actual requirements. In addition, the material of the second comb teeth 1a may be any one or a combination of several of plastic comb teeth, plastic comb teeth or plastic comb teeth covered with silica gel. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the material of the second comb teeth 1a is plastic.

The second comb teeth 1a and the first clamping plate 10 have a space therebetween, which can facilitate the hair straightening operation by using the second comb teeth 1a, and can sufficiently comb the hair during hair straightening to achieve better hair straightening effect.
Further, referring to fig. 10 and 11, as another implementation manner of the first embodiment of the present utility model, the hair straightening comb 1 further includes second comb teeth 1a, the second comb teeth 1a are disposed opposite to the burn-proof comb teeth 14 in a staggered manner, and the hair straightening comb 1 further includes second comb teeth 1a disposed around the steam holes 112.
As can be appreciated, the design that the second comb teeth 1a and the anti-scalding comb teeth 14 are arranged in a staggered and opposite manner can enable a user to increase the contact friction force between the second comb teeth 1a and hair when the second comb teeth 1a are used for brushing hair when the hair straightening comb 1 is used, and the steam of the steam channel 154 can be emitted towards the middle part of the hair straightening comb 1 when the steam hole 112 is arranged around the steam hole 112, so that the steam is not easy to be emitted to the periphery of the hair straightening comb 1, and further the phenomenon that the hair straightening comb 1 scalds the scalp when in use is avoided.

Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a second embodiment of the present utility model provides a steam straightening comb, which is different from the steam straightening comb of the first embodiment of the present utility model only in that: the first comb teeth 23 near the head are in contact with the surface of the second clamping plate 21, and a preset distance between the end of the first comb teeth 23 and the surface of the second clamping plate 21 facing the first comb teeth 23 increases gradually from the head toward the tail.
It should be noted that the first clamping plate 20 has a head portion and a tail portion opposite to each other, and the tail portion is a portion that is held close to the holder, and the head portion is an opposite end that is far from the tail portion.
It can be appreciated that, when the first clamping plate 20 and the second clamping plate 21 are in the closed state, the first comb teeth 23 near the head position first contact the plate surface of the second clamping plate 21, and this design can avoid the phenomenon that when the first clamping plate 20 and the second clamping plate 21 are in the closed state, the heads of the first clamping plate 20 and the second clamping plate 21 deform to open outwards and cannot be closed.

A hair straightening comb as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hair straightening comb further comprises a steam generating device, the second clamping plate comprises a shell body which is provided with a containing space in a limiting mode, and a space exists between the steam generating device and the inner surface of the shell body.

A hair straightening comb as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the steam holes are arranged opposite to the first comb teeth; or the steam holes are arranged opposite to gaps between two adjacent first comb teeth; or a plurality of steam holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the hair straightening comb, or the hair straightening comb further comprises a heater, wherein the heater is arranged on one surface, away from the steam holes, of the first comb teeth, or a heat conduction part is arranged between the heater and the first comb teeth.

A hair straightening comb as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the hair straightening comb further comprises a switch component and a control component, wherein the control component is respectively connected with the switch component and the heater in a signal mode and can control the heater to be turned on or turned off.
