Description
本实用新型涉及一种确保车床精度的车床。
车床在使用时，一般采用螺钉紧固在工作台上。车床的底部有四个或四个以上的定位孔，螺钉穿过这些孔与工作台连接。车床的精度在车床制造时已确定，但是当车床安装在工作台后，由于车床底部的变形，往往会引起床身导轨的扭曲，使车床精度下降，从而直接影响车床的使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防止扭曲而导致车床精度下降的车床。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：车床包括床身、床头箱等部件，在车床床身底部设置三个定位孔。这三个定位孔采用等腰三角形分布。这样，车床固定在工作台上后，定位所引起的床身变形相抵消，从而保证了车床精度不会下降。本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是本实用新型的示意图。
图2是车床的主视图。
如图所示，车床包括床身（1）、床头箱（2），三个定位孔（3）在床身（1）底部，其中一个在床身（1）底部的一侧，另外两个在另一侧。本实用新型具有结构简单、切实可行的特点，可广泛应用于各种车床。
