In an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a deodorizing floor drain, as shown with reference to fig. 1, including: the water storage bucket 110 and the movable piece 120, the upper end and the lower end of the water storage bucket are respectively provided with a water inlet 111 and a water outlet 112, and the movable piece 120 is hinged to the lower part of the water storage bucket 110 and comprises a sealing plate 122 and a counterweight 121. The two sides of the hinge joint position of the movable piece 120 and the water storage bucket 110 are provided with sealing plates 122 at one side close to the water outlet 112, and a weight piece 121 at one side far away from the water outlet 112. The water flow of floor drain is discharged in a straight line, when water flows through the floor drain, the sealing plate 122 is turned downwards under pressure to be fully opened, so that the water flow is directly discharged downwards without obstruction, and when no water flow exists, the weight piece 121 moves downwards due to gravity to drive the sealing plate to turn upwards to seal the position of the water outlet 112, so that odor or sewage is prevented from polluting indoor air in a reverse flow manner.
In a specific example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water storage bucket 110 is provided with a first ceramic sealing part 210 near the lower end edge of the water outlet 112, and in particular, the first ceramic sealing part 210 is configured as an arc-shaped sealing ring, alternatively, the arc-shaped sealing ring may be formed by an arc edge and a straight edge, or be formed by an arc edge, the vertical section of the arc-shaped sealing ring is rectangular, the cross section of the arc-shaped sealing ring is completely matched with the shape of the water outlet 112, the arc-shaped sealing ring completely covers the bottom surface of the water outlet 112, alternatively, the first ceramic sealing part 210 may be fixed on the bottom surface of the water storage bucket 110 in a glue-fixing manner, and epoxy resin glue or other adhesives may be adopted. Sealing plate 122 is in direct contact with the first ceramic seal 210 when sealing plate 122 is closed at outlet 112. The end part of the water outlet 112 is made of ceramic material, so that the service life of the floor drain can be effectively prolonged.
In a specific example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the top surface of sealing plate 122 forms a joint end sealing water outlet 112, the joint end having a second ceramic sealing portion 220, in particular, the top surface edge of sealing plate 122 is provided with a stepped groove 201, the shape of sealing plate 122 is approximately matched with water outlet 112, the cross section of water outlet 112 is provided with a semi-arc surface, and sealing plate 122 is also provided with a semi-arc panel matched therewith, alternatively sealing plate 122 has a radius equal to or slightly larger than the semi-arc radius of water outlet 112. The top surface of the sealing plate 122 is a surface where the joint end is located, a step groove is formed along the semi-arc edge of the top surface of the sealing plate 122, the step groove 201 is in a semi-arc groove structure, the second ceramic sealing portion 220 is accommodated in the step groove 201, and optionally, the second ceramic sealing portion 220 can be fixed in the step groove 201 in a glue-fixing manner. The second ceramic sealing portion 220 is configured as an arc-shaped sealing strip, the vertical cross section of the arc-shaped sealing strip is rectangular, and the arc-shaped sealing strip is matched with the semi-arc-shaped groove structure. After the matching installation, the top surface of arc sealing strip and the top surface parallel and level of sealing plate 122 for sealing plate 122 constitutes the top surface level, no arch, in the floor drain use, this structure can make debris such as silt, hair smoothly slide down along with the rivers better, avoids piling up debris near the delivery port, influences the normal function of floor drain.
Specifically, in one example, when the movable member 120 rotatably covers the sealing plate 122 at the end of the water outlet 112, the first ceramic sealing portion 210 cooperates with the second ceramic sealing portion 220 to seal the water outlet 112. In an alternative example, when the sealing plate is closed to the outlet cover, the arcuate edge of the first ceramic sealing portion 210 abuts the arcuate sealing strip of the second ceramic sealing portion 220, and the straight edge of the first ceramic sealing portion 210 abuts the top surface of the sealing plate 122. The surfaces of the first ceramic sealing portion 210 and the second ceramic sealing portion 220 are configured as rough surfaces, and compared with the joint between smooth surfaces, the rough surfaces increase the friction force of the contact surface of the joint end, and when no water flows through, the joint end is tighter, so that the tightness of the water outlet 112 is ensured.
In one example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the outer sidewall of the water storage bucket 110 forms a avoiding groove 230, the avoiding groove 230 can accommodate the weight member 121, and when the sealing plate 122 is pressed to open downwards, the movable member 120 rotates to drive the weight member 121 to move into the avoiding groove 230. Avoiding the influence on the normal drainage of the floor drain due to the clamping of the weight piece 121 when the movable piece 120 drives the weight piece 121 and the sealing plate 122 to rotate. The counterweight 121 includes a counterweight, the movable member 120 is provided with a mounting groove 202, and the counterweight is disposed in the mounting groove 202. When water flows in the water outlet, the sealing plate 122 can be turned downwards due to the pressure generated by the water flow, the counter weight piece 121 can be accommodated in the avoidance groove 230, the sealing plate 122 is turned downwards to be completely opened, the maximum inclination angle of the turning of the sealing plate 122 is close to 90 degrees, the water flow can be discharged from the water outlet 112 at the lower end in a straight-line mode without obstruction, the flow speed of the water flow is increased, and the water discharge speed is faster.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the avoidance groove 230 further extends downward to provide a hinge member 113, where the avoidance groove includes a top wall and a side wall, and the hinge member 113 is formed by extending downward from the top wall against the side wall, the hinge member 113 is in a strip shape, a rotation hole 203 is provided at the lowermost portion of the hinge member 113, the movable member 120 has a rotation shaft 204, and an end portion of the rotation shaft 204 is in plug-in fit with the rotation hole 203, so as to realize rotational connection between the rotation shaft 204 and the hinge member 113.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the plane of the end face of the water outlet 112 is an inclined plane, the rotating shaft 204 is disposed at the highest position of the inclined plane, the weight 121 and the sealing plate 122 are disposed at two sides of the rotating shaft 204, the highest position of the sealing plate 122 is connected to the rotating shaft 204, the whole panel is distributed obliquely downwards, the lowest position of the weight 121 is connected to the rotating shaft 204, and the mounting groove 202 is inclined upwards from the lowest position. When no water flow exists, the whole panel of the sealing plate 122 is tightly attached to the edge of the water outlet 112 due to the gravity action of the balancing weight, the water outlet 112 is sealed, when the water flow exists in the water outlet, the pressure generated by the water flow can enable the sealing plate 122 to overturn downwards, the inclination angle of the whole panel relative to the horizontal plane is increased, the sealing plate 122 overturn downwards to the maximum inclination angle, the water flow can be smoothly discharged downwards, along with the reduction of the water flow until the water flow does not exist, and the inclination angle of the sealing plate 122 can be slowly reduced until the sealing state is restored to the sealing state with the water outlet 112 due to the gravity action of the balancing weight.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of a device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure.
