In the process of transportation or carrying and the like of household appliances, the problem of deformation of the outer package caused by bottom collision exists. When the product is packaged, the bottom of the household appliance can be protected by placing foam at the bottom of the household appliance as the base 40. When the household appliance collides or falls, the requirements on the strength of the diagonal part and the strength of the edge part are high, but the foam base is poor in buffering performance when coping with the angular fall and the edge fall, and the foam base is possibly damaged when being packed or pulled.

Taking a household appliance as an example of a refrigerator, a foam base is generally adopted as an external package of the refrigerator. The middle part of the refrigerator base is hollowed, and a bottom bracket capable of wrapping the whole bottom surface and the bottom edges and corners of the base is additionally arranged at the bottom of the refrigerator base, and the bottom bracket is made of a hollow plate, a polyethylene film and other materials; or a bottom frame structure is added to the bottom of the base 40, but both of the bottom frames have weaker protection against the corners of the base.

As shown in connection with fig. 1-7, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a shoe for a home appliance capable of improving the protection performance against corners of a base 40.

The bottom of the base comprises a first corner 41 and a second corner 42, and the first corner 41 is connected with the second corner 42 and the joint forms a bottom corner 43.

As shown in connection with fig. 1, the disclosed embodiment provides a shoe for a home appliance, including a first corner bead 10, a second corner bead 20, and a corner bead connector 30; the first corner bead 10 is provided with a first connection 11; the second corner bead 20 is provided with a second connection 21; the corner protector 30 is provided with a first connection fitting portion 31 connectable with the first connection portion 11 and a second connection fitting portion 32 connectable with the second connection portion 21; wherein, the first connection portion 11 is connected with the first connection mating portion 31 to connect the first corner bead 10 with the corner bead connector 30, and the second connection portion 21 is connected with the second connection mating portion 32 to connect the second corner bead 20 with the corner bead connector 30.

By adopting the shoe for the household appliance provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the first connecting part 11 is connected with the first connecting matching part 31, and the second connecting part 21 is connected with the second connecting matching part 32, so that the first corner bead 10 and the second corner bead 20 of the shoe are connected through the corner bead connecting piece 30. Thus, the protection performance of the corner of the base can be enhanced through the corner protection connecting piece 30, the impact of the corner drop to the base 40 is effectively slowed down, the impact force is dispersed, and the corner drop buffering performance of the base to the base 40 is improved. In addition, the use of the corner protector connecting piece 30 can enhance the connection firmness between the first corner protector strip 10 and the second corner protector strip 20, so that the bottom support is more stable in use, the corner drop resistance and the edge drop resistance of the base 40 are improved, the damage to the household appliance caused by foam collapse in the corner drop and edge drop processes is improved, and the protection effect to the bottom of the household appliance is effectively improved.

Alternatively, the first connection part 11 is detachably connected with the first connection fitting part 31; the second connection portion 21 is detachably connected to the second connection fitting portion 32.

The corner protector connection 30 is detachably connected to the first corner protector strip 10 and the second corner protector strip 20, respectively. The first corner bead 10, the second corner bead 20 and the corner bead connecting piece 30 are connected and combined to be used as a shoe, and the shoe is stored or transported in a disassembled state. In this way, storage or transport space can be saved.

Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a base assembly for a home appliance, including a base 40 and the above-mentioned base for a home appliance, the base being disposed at the bottom of the base 40.

The base assembly for a household appliance provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, because of including the shoe for a household appliance described in any one of the above embodiments, has all the beneficial effects of the shoe for a household appliance described in any one of the above embodiments, and is not described herein.

Taking a household appliance base assembly as an example, the base 40 is made of a foamed polystyrene/foamed polystyrene polyethylene mixture/foamed polypropylene foam material, a hollowed-out position of the base 40 is sealed by a plugging part 45, the thickness of the plugging part 45 is 6-30mm, and the position of the plugging part 45 is lifted to be high in order to prevent the plugging part 45 from being damaged. The bottom of base 40 sets up the collet, and the collet parcel live the bottom edges and corners and the base angle of base 40, can improve the anti angle of base 40 and fall and the arris performance of falling, keeps original compressive strength, can reduce cost.

Optionally, the base 40 is attached to the shoe by bonding. The base 40 is bonded to the shoe using tape or glue to secure the shoe to the base 40.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a household appliance, which comprises a household appliance main body and the base component for the household appliance, wherein the base component is arranged at the bottom of the household appliance main body.

The household appliance provided by the embodiment of the disclosure includes the base assembly for a household appliance described in the above embodiment, so that the household appliance has all the beneficial effects of the base assembly for a household appliance in the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the embodiment of the present disclosure performs a simulation experiment on the edge drop resistance of the shoe for a refrigerator by setting a comparative experiment. The embodiment places the bottom of the refrigerator with a foam base, and the bottom of the base 40 is provided with a paper shoe. Comparative example only the bottom of the refrigerator was placed with the foam base. And comparing the rear edge drop simulation effect of the refrigerator with that of the comparative example. As shown in fig. 9, in the time-dependent change of the deformation amount of the ridge portion of the base 40, when the deformation amount of the base 40 starts to change, the maximum deformation amount of the base 40 in the embodiment is smaller than the maximum deformation amount of the base 40 in the comparative example throughout the change period. As shown in fig. 10, the total deformable amount of the edge portion of the base 40 is 10mm, and when the refrigerator finally completes the drop test, the maximum deformation of the base 40 in the embodiment is smaller than the maximum deformation of the base 40 in the comparative example, so that the deformation of the base 40 in the edge drop is effectively reduced, and the edge drop resistance of the base 40 is improved.

1. A shoe for a household appliance, comprising:

The first corner bead is provided with a first connecting part;

The second corner bead is provided with a second connecting part;

The corner protector connecting piece is provided with a first connecting matching part capable of being connected with the first connecting part and a second connecting matching part capable of being connected with the second connecting part;

The first connecting part is connected with the first connecting matching part so that the first corner protection strip is connected with the corner protection connecting piece, and the second connecting part is connected with the second connecting matching part so that the second corner protection strip is connected with the corner protection connecting piece.

2. The shoe for a household appliance according to claim 1, wherein,

The first connecting part is detachably connected with the first connecting matching part; the second connecting part is detachably connected with the second connecting matching part.

3. The shoe for a household appliance according to claim 1, wherein,

The first connecting part comprises a first inserting part arranged on the first corner bead strip, and the first connecting matching part comprises a first inserting matching part which is arranged on the corner bead connecting piece and can be inserted with the first inserting part; and/or

The second connecting portion comprises a second inserting portion arranged on the second corner protection strip, and the second connecting matching portion comprises a second inserting matching portion which is arranged on the corner protection connecting piece and can be inserted with the second inserting portion.

4. The shoe for a home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the corner protector connection comprises:

The first connecting plate is provided with a first connecting matching part;

The second connecting plate is connected with the first connecting plate, a folding angle is formed at the connecting position, and the second connecting matching part is arranged on the second connecting plate.

5. The shoe for a household appliance according to claim 4, wherein,

The first corner bead comprises:

A first guard plate;

The second guard plate is connected with the first guard plate and is positioned on the inner side of the first guard plate;

The first connection plate includes:

the first sub-connecting plate corresponds to the first guard plate;

The second sub-connecting plate is connected with the first sub-connecting plate and is positioned at the inner side of the first sub-connecting plate so that the second sub-connecting plate corresponds to the second guard plate;

the first guard plate and/or the second guard plate are/is provided with a first connecting part, and the first sub-connecting plate and/or the second sub-connecting plate are/is correspondingly provided with a first connecting matching part.

The second corner bead comprises:

A third guard plate;

the fourth guard plate is connected with the third guard plate and is positioned on the inner side of the third guard plate;

The second connection plate includes:

the third sub-connecting plate corresponds to the third guard plate;

the fourth sub-connecting plate is connected with the third sub-connecting plate and is positioned at the inner side of the third sub-connecting plate so that the fourth sub-connecting plate corresponds to the fourth guard plate;

The third guard plate and/or the fourth guard plate are/is provided with a second connecting part, and the third sub-connecting plate and/or the fourth sub-connecting plate are/is correspondingly provided with a second connecting matching part.

7. The shoe for a household appliance according to claim 1, wherein,

The first connecting part is provided with a first limiting structure, and the first connecting matching part is provided with a first limiting matching structure so that the first connecting part is limited on the first connecting matching part;

The second connecting portion is provided with a second limiting structure, and the second connecting matching portion is provided with a second limiting matching structure, so that the second connecting portion is limited to the second connecting matching portion.

8. A shoe for a household appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein,

At least one of the first corner bead strip, the second corner bead strip and the corner bead connecting piece is made of plastic materials.

The shoe for home appliances claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, provided at the bottom of the base.

A home appliance main body;

The base assembly for a home appliance according to claim 9, disposed at a bottom of a home appliance body.
