In other preferred embodiments, the number of cushion pads may vary differently, such as one, two, three or more. In actual use, the number of cushion buffers 62 may be configured as desired. Preferably, the second magnetic member 64 is also a magnet.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the cushion pad 62 includes a sponge layer 621 and a cloth layer 622 connected to each other, and the cloth layer 622 is sleeved outside the sponge layer 621.
The cushion buffer 62 is in a strip shape, and a mounting hole 623 is provided in the middle of the cushion buffer 62 for the fixing belt 61 to pass through. It will be appreciated that mounting hole 623 is a clearance fit with strap 61, strap 61 passing through mounting hole 623 and cushion 62 being movable relative to strap 61. Wherein, the sponge layer 621 is annular columnar, and the abrasive cloth layer 622 is annular columnar. The sponge layer 621 forms the mounting hole 623. It will be appreciated that the sponge layer 621 is disposed internally to facilitate enhanced comfort of the cushion bumper 62. The cushion buffer 62 is provided with a second magnetic member 64, and the first magnetic member 63 is engaged with the second magnetic member 64. Preferably, the second magnetic member 64 is disposed within the sponge layer 621.
In this manner, cushion cushioning 62 is maintained while providing a level of comfort to the patient.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing band assembly 6 further includes a first strap 67 and a second strap 68, one end of the first strap 67 is connected to one end of the protective sheath 5 after passing through one of the strap fixing holes 12, one end of the second strap 68 is connected to one end of the protective sheath 5 after passing through the other strap fixing hole 12, and the other end of the first strap 67 is connected to the other end of the second strap 68.
The first strap 67 and the second strap 68 are made of rubber, so that the patient is comfortable to wear, and the elastic force is high, so that the length adjustment is suitable.
In this way, the tracheostomy tube 100 can be more conveniently fixed to the neck of the human body by providing two straps to be connected.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing band assembly 6 further includes a connection piece 69, the other end of the first strap 67 and the other end of the second strap 68 are connected by the connection piece 69, and the connection piece 69 includes a first magnetic attraction joint 691 and a second magnetic attraction joint 692; the other end of the first strap 67 is provided with a first magnetic connector 691, the other end of the second strap 68 is provided with a second magnetic connector 692, and the first magnetic connector 691 is matched with the second magnetic connector 692.
The first magnetic connector 691 and the second magnetic connector 692 are mutually matched through magnets, so that the first binding band 67 and the second binding band 68 can be easily separated, and the wearing and the dismounting are convenient.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing strap assembly 6 further includes an adjustment assembly including a first adjustment head 672 and a second adjustment head 682; one end of the first binding belt 67 is provided with more than two first adjusting holes 671, the first binding belt 67 is provided with a first adjusting head 672, and the first adjusting head 672 is used for being matched with one of the first adjusting holes 671 so as to adjust the length of the first binding belt 67; more than two second adjusting holes 681 are formed in one end of the second binding band 68, and second adjusting heads 682 are arranged on the second binding band 68, and the second adjusting heads 682 are used for being matched with one of the second adjusting holes 681 so as to adjust the length of the second binding band 68.
Wherein the first adjustment head 672 is identical in structure to the second adjustment head 682. Taking the first adjusting head 672 as an example, the first adjusting head 672 includes a connecting rod and a fixing head, the fixing head is in a hemispherical shape, and a planar end of the fixing head is connected with the first binding band 67 or the second binding band 68 through the connecting rod. It should be noted that the outer diameter of the fixing head is larger than the aperture of the adjusting hole, the outer diameter of the connecting rod is smaller than the aperture of the connecting hole, and the first adjusting head 672 is mounted on the outer surface of the fixing belt 61. In some preferred embodiments, the first adjustment head 672 is fixedly connected, and is made of rubber, so that the fixing head can be inserted into the connecting hole due to high elasticity of the rubber, and can be pulled out by a little force when being detached. Optionally, the matching positions of the adjusting heads on the first binding band 67 and the second binding band 68 and the adjusting holes should be consistent, so that the comfort of wearing by a patient is ensured, and the number and the interval of the adjusting holes can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Thus, the tightness of the fixing strap assembly 6 on the neck can be adjusted according to the neck condition of different patients through the adjusting assembly, so that the patient can feel more comfortable when using the tracheostomy tube 100.
According to some embodiments of the application, the protective sheath 5 is optionally integrally formed with the strap assembly 6. Thus, no extra connection is needed, the structure is firmer and more convenient in use.
According to some embodiments of the application, the protective sheath 5 is optionally a cortical protective sheath 5. Thus, the leather structure has certain flexibility, is durable and has long service life.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that while some embodiments herein include some features but not others included in other embodiments, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the application and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.

The protective sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the outer insertion tube and the cuff, one end of the protective sleeve is provided with the fixing band assembly, the fixing band assembly is matched with the binding band fixing hole, and the fixing band assembly is used for being bound on the neck of a human body so as to fix the protective sleeve and the tracheotomy sleeve.

3. The tracheostomy tube of claim 1, wherein the strap assembly comprises a strap and at least one cushion bumper;
The two ends of the fixing belt respectively penetrate through the binding belt fixing holes and then are connected with one end of the protective sleeve, at least one pad buffer piece is arranged on the fixing belt, and the pad buffer piece is in sliding connection with the fixing belt.

A tracheostomy tube as recited in claim 3, wherein the strap assembly further comprises a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member, the first magnetic member being disposed on the strap, the second magnetic member being disposed on the cushion member, the first magnetic member being magnetically coupled to the second magnetic member.
5. The tracheostomy tube of claim 3 or 4, wherein the cushion buffer comprises a sponge layer and a cloth layer connected to each other, the cloth layer being sleeved outside the sponge layer.

The tracheostomy tube of claim 1, wherein the strap assembly further comprises a first strap and a second strap, one end of the first strap passing through one of the strap attachment holes and then being connected to one end of the protective sheath, one end of the second strap passing through the other strap attachment hole and then being connected to one end of the protective sheath, and the other end of the first strap being adapted to be connected to the other end of the second strap.
7. The tracheostomy tube of claim 6, wherein the strap assembly further comprises a connector through which the other end of the first strap is connected to the other end of the second strap, the connector comprising a first magnetic connector and a second magnetic connector;
The other end of the first binding belt is provided with the first magnetic attraction joint, the other end of the second binding belt is provided with the second magnetic attraction joint, and the first magnetic attraction joint is matched with the second magnetic attraction joint.

9. The tracheostomy tube of claim 1, wherein said protective sheath is integrally formed with said strap assembly.
10. The tracheostomy tube of claim 1, wherein the protective sheath is a cortical protective sheath.
