In the related art, the dehairing instrument is usually required to be connected with an additional auxiliary head to convert emergent light so as to adapt to dehairing requirements of various different parts, but after the dehairing instrument is connected with the auxiliary head, the control on the emergent light is lacking, and the safety is insufficient. In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a depilatory device, which avoids uncontrolled emergent light caused by the fact that the depilatory device senses the auxiliary head when the auxiliary head is assembled, and improves the safety of the depilatory device.
The following describes the technical scheme of the embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an epilator assembly provided in an embodiment of the application includes an epilator 100 and an attachment 200, the attachment 200 being detachably mounted to the epilator 100.
The depilating apparatus 100 includes a housing provided with a first light outlet 121, a light transmitting member 130 (shown in fig. 3) is mounted at the first light outlet 121, the light transmitting member 130 transmits outgoing light generated by the depilating apparatus 100, the housing has a mounting structure for detachably mounting an auxiliary head 200, the auxiliary head 200 has a second light outlet 211 corresponding to the first light outlet 121, and an inductive magnetic member 220 is disposed on the auxiliary head 200;
the reed switch 140 is arranged in the shell and corresponds to the induction magnetic piece 220;
the control unit is connected with the reed switch 140, and is configured to receive the induction signal of the reed switch 140, and determine whether to install the accessory head 200 according to the induction signal.
According to the depilatory assembly provided by the embodiment of the application, the reed pipe 140 is arranged on the depilatory instrument 100, and when the accessory head 200 is assembled on the depilatory instrument 100, the reed pipe 140 can send an induction signal to the control unit after inducing the magnetic field of the induction magnetic piece 220.
The depilatory instrument 100 can judge whether the auxiliary head 200 is installed according to the sensing signal of the reed switch 140, and can recognize whether the auxiliary head 200 is attached to the skin, when the auxiliary head 200 is judged to be installed and attached to the skin, light can be emitted when the lighting key of the depilatory instrument 100 is pressed or light can be continuously emitted in the continuous beating mode, and the situation that the emergent light is uncontrolled due to the fact that the depilatory instrument senses the auxiliary head when the auxiliary head is assembled can be avoided, and the safety of the depilatory instrument can be improved.
Compared with the related art, the reed switch 140 of the embodiment of the application is easy to install, the wiring structure is simplified, and the energy consumption and the cost are lower.
The outgoing light is emitted by a light source part 180 (shown in fig. 9) in the epilation instrument 100, the light transmitting member 130 is arranged on one side of the light source part 180 facing the first light outlet 121, the outgoing light is strong pulse light with a special wavelength, and the outgoing light irradiates the skin of a human body after passing through the light transmitting member 130, so that hair follicles can be destroyed and an epilation effect can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the transparent member 130 is made of a crystalline material, and the transparent member 130 can cool the skin when contacting the skin, so as to reduce the burning sensation of the skin caused by the emitted light. The light-transmitting member 130 may be, for example, sapphire, K9 glass, or crystal glass, but is not limited thereto, and any crystal material having light-transmitting and cold-compress functions may be used.
In this embodiment, the housing of the epilation device 100 includes a first working end 120 (shown in fig. 1), a first light outlet 121 and a mounting structure are disposed at the first working end 120, and the mounting structure can be detachably connected with the auxiliary head 200, so that the auxiliary head 200 (different) can be selectively and additionally mounted on the epilation device 100 to achieve different epilation functions, and meanwhile, when the auxiliary head 200 is mounted on the epilation device 100, the reed switch 1140 can sense the inductive magnetic element 220 on the auxiliary head 200, so that the epilation device 100 can control the emergent light through the sensing signal of the reed switch 140.
In the drawings of the present application, the reed switch has a square structure, but in general, the reed switch has a cylindrical shape.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments, a mounting bracket 150 is disposed in the housing, the light-transmitting member 130 is fixed to the mounting bracket 150, for example, the light-transmitting member 130 is detachably and fixedly mounted in a receiving groove formed by the bracket, and an end of the light-transmitting member 130 away from the light source component 180 extends into the first light outlet 121.
In this embodiment, an accommodating space for accommodating the reed switch 140 is formed between the housing and the mounting bracket 150. It can be appreciated that, during design, the mounting bracket 150 will generally form a free space with the inner wall surface of the housing, so that the application can effectively utilize the free space inside the housing, such as directly arranging the reed switch 140 in the free space or slightly adjusting the housing or the mounting bracket 150 to increase the free space, thereby reducing the production cost.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the housing includes a main housing 110 and an end cover 122 connected to the main housing 110, an inner side of the accessory head 200 may be covered on an outer side of the end cover 122, and a first light outlet 121 is formed in the end cover 122, so that a receiving space for receiving the reed switch 140 is formed between the end cover 122 and the mounting bracket 150.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the transparent member 130 is rectangular, and four receiving spaces are respectively formed in the housing corresponding to the four sides of the rectangle, and the reed switch 140 is received in any one of the receiving spaces.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the shape of the magnetic induction element 220 on the attachment 200 may be matched with that of the reed pipe 140, for example, the magnetic induction element 220 may be provided in a long strip shape, and when the attachment 200 is mounted on the epilation instrument 100, the magnetic induction element 220 is just opposite to the reed pipe 140, and the magnetic induction element 220 has a set distance from the reed pipe 140 and is parallel to the reed pipe 140, so that when the reed pipe 140 is in the magnetic field range of the magnetic induction element 220 (as shown by a dotted line a in fig. 5).
The reed switch 140 includes a first contact 141 and a second contact 142, and when the reed switch 140 is within the magnetic field of the inductive magnetic element 220, the first contact 141 and the second contact 142 change from a separated state to a closed state, so that the reed switch 140 is turned on, and when the attachment 200 leaves the epilator 100, the first contact 141 and the second contact 142 change from a closed state to a separated state.
It will be appreciated that when the mounting position of the reed switch 140 on the epilating apparatus 100 is changed, the position of the magnetic induction element 220 on the attachment 200 may also be changed, so that the reed switch 140 is within the magnetic field range of the magnetic induction element 220.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, when the cross section of the light-transmitting member 130 is rectangular, the rectangle has a long side L1 and a short side L2 adjacent to the long side L1, and the reed switch 140 is disposed corresponding to the long side L1 of the rectangle, for example, may be parallel to the long side L1 of the rectangle. Alternatively, reed switch 140 is disposed corresponding to short side L2 of the rectangle, and may be parallel to short side L2 of the rectangle, for example.
In this embodiment, the reed switch 140 is fixed to the mounting bracket 150, or the reed switch 140 is fixed to the electrical connector 160 passing through the accommodating space.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, the epilation apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes a skin detection assembly (not shown), the skin detection assembly includes a detection module and a first sensing member 170, the first sensing member 170 is disposed near the first light outlet 121, for example, may be disposed around the light-transmitting member 130, the first sensing member 170 is connected to the detection module through an electrical connection 160, and the reed switch 140 is fixed to the electrical connection 160.
After the reed switch 140 is fixed on the electrical connector 160, the wires for connecting the reed switch 140 can be connected to the electrical connector 160, which is beneficial to simplifying the wiring structure and saving wires, thereby further reducing the cost.
The first sensing element 170 may be a capacitive sensing element applying capacitive touch sensing technology, and the detection module may include a capacitive touch circuit, where the capacitive sensing element may sense a conductor (such as human skin) to generate a capacitance change signal, so as to identify that the first light outlet 121 is attached to the skin, so that light can be emitted when the lighting key is pressed or light can be continuously emitted when the lighting key is in the continuous mode. The first sensing element 170 may be annular and disposed outside the light-transmitting element 130.
The electrical connector 160 may be an FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit, flexible circuit board), which has a certain width, and the reed switch 140 may be fixed on the surface of the FPC, so that the FPC has a supporting effect on the reed switch 140, and the installation stability of the reed switch 140 is improved.
In this embodiment, reed switch 140 is disposed on electrical connector 160 near first sensing member 170. Because the first sensing member 170 is fixed relative to the bracket or the transparent member 130, the stability of the portion of the FPC close to the first sensing member 170 is better, so that the mounting stability of the reed switch 140 can be further improved after the electrical connector 160 is fixed close to the first sensing member 170.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, a portion of the electrical connector 160 near the first sensing element 170 is bent and then connected to the first sensing element 170, the reed switch 140 is fixed at the bending portion 161, and the bending portion 161 is near the first sensing element 170, so that after the reed switch 140 is fixed near the bending portion 161, since the electrical connector 160 at the bending portion 161 is not easy to deform, a more stable support can be achieved for the reed switch 140.
Referring to fig. 7, when the cross section of the transparent member 130 is rectangular, the electrical connector 160 may be connected to the first sensing member 170 at a position corresponding to the long side L1 of the rectangle, and the reed switch 140 is fixed on the electrical connector 160, and the sensing magnetic member 220 is disposed at a position corresponding to the long side L1 of the rectangle on the sub-head 200.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, when reed switch 140 is disposed corresponding to a long side L1 of a rectangle, reed switch 140 may not be fixed to electric connector 160, but may be fixed to mounting bracket 150 in a receiving space on the other side opposite to electric connector 160, and thus, it is easier to mount reed switches 140 of different sizes due to a relatively larger receiving space on the other side opposite to electric connector 160.
In some embodiments, when reed switch 140 is disposed corresponding to the short side L2 of the rectangle, reed switch 140 can be fixed on mounting bracket 150, and inductive magnetic element 220 is disposed on sub-head 200 at a position corresponding to the short side L2 of the rectangle.
When reed pipe 140 is fixed to mounting bracket 150, the structure of mounting bracket 150 may be adaptively changed, for example, a limit groove for mounting reed pipe 140 is formed on mounting bracket 150, so as to further improve the mounting stability of reed pipe 140.
In this embodiment, when the reed switch 140 is fixed to the electrical connector 160 or the mounting bracket 150, the reed switch may be fixed to the electrical connector 160 or the mounting bracket 150 by an adhesive, or may be fixed to the electrical connector 160 or the mounting bracket 150 by a fixing member, including but not limited to a ring-shaped fixing member, a belt-shaped fixing member, or a buckle.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, the accessory head 200 includes a second working end 210, the second working end 210 is provided with a second light outlet 211, the second light outlet 211 is disposed at a position of the accessory head 200 corresponding to the light transmitting member 130, when the accessory head 200 is assembled to the epilator 100, the first light outlet 121 and the second light outlet 211 correspond to each other in a light outlet direction, and the light emitted from the light transmitting member 130 is emitted outwards through the second light outlet 211. The attachment 200 is further provided with a second sensing member, and when the attachment 200 is mounted on the epilator 100, the first sensing member 170 can sense the second sensing member, and can also sense the skin from which hair is to be removed.
When the attachment 200 is mounted on the epilating apparatus 100, on the one hand, the first sensing element 170 can sense the second sensing element, and on the other hand, the reed switch 140 recognizes the sensing magnetic element 220 and sends a signal to the control unit to determine that the attachment 200 is mounted, and at this time, although the first sensing element 170 can sense a capacitance change, the control unit can know that the change is caused by the mounting of the attachment, so that the epilating apparatus 100 does not emit light when receiving a key signal.
When the depilating apparatus 100 recognizes that the sub-head 200 is attached to the skin of the hair to be removed through the first sensing member 170 and the second sensing member, the user presses the polishing key of the depilating apparatus or when in the continuous polishing mode, the control unit of the depilating apparatus 100 controls the polishing system to polish, so that ineffective light emission caused when the sub-head is not contacted with the skin can be avoided, electric energy is saved, meanwhile, the safety of depilating is improved, and damage to an external object caused by the ineffective light emission is prevented.
When the second working end 210 of the auxiliary head 200 is not attached to the skin, the control unit does not control the lighting system to light, because the second sensing element is a conductor, although the first sensing element 170 and the second sensing element can sense; when the second working end 210 of the attachment 200 is attached to the skin, the capacitive touch circuit recognizes that the current changes/capacitance changes through the induction of the first induction element 170 and the second induction element, and then the control unit controls the polishing system to polish after the polishing key of the epilator 100 is pressed or in the continuous polishing mode; when the second working end 210 of the auxiliary head 200 is not attached to the skin, the capacitive touch circuit does not recognize that the current is changed, and the control unit does not control the lighting system to light.
The detection module has a first detection mode when the sub head is not assembled and a second detection mode when the sub head 200 is assembled; the sensitivity of the detection module in the first detection mode is smaller than that in the second detection mode; or, the signal quantity of the detection module in the first detection mode is larger than that in the second detection mode.
It can be understood that when the accessory head is installed, the detection module senses skin through the first sensing element and the second sensing element, if the detection mode of the detection module is not changed, the detection error is increased, and the sensitivity of the detection module in the first detection mode is smaller than that in the second detection mode; alternatively, the detection module may provide detection accuracy after fitting the accessory head with a greater signal amount in the first detection mode than in the second detection mode.
In the first detection mode, after the first working end 120 of the epilation instrument 100 is attached to the skin of the human body, the capacitive touch circuit receives the sensing signal of the first sensing element 170, and at this time, after the light-beating key on the epilation instrument 100 is pressed or in the continuous beating mode, the control unit can control the light-beating system to emit light; when the first working end 120 of the epilation apparatus 100 is not attached to the skin, the capacitive touch circuit does not receive the sensing signal of the first sensing element 170, and the control unit does not control the light emitting system to emit light.
In the second detection mode, on the one hand, since the attachment head 200 is provided with the second sensing member, and the first sensing member 170 and the second sensing member can sense, the epilation instrument 100 can recognize whether the second working end 210 of the attachment head 200 is attached to the skin through the second sensing member; on the other hand, after the reed switch 140 senses the inductive magnetic member 220 of the attachment 200, it sends an inductive signal to the control unit to confirm that the attachment 200 is mounted on the epilator 100.
In some embodiments, the epilation instrument 100 has a first light pattern when the sub-head 200 is not assembled and a second light pattern when the sub-head 200 is assembled, the light power or light frequency of the second light pattern being greater than the first light pattern. After such setting, not only can avoid emergent light uncontrolled, promote the security of appearance 100 that moults, moreover through with the response of appurtenance head 200, the control unit can adjust light power or light frequency, and then realizes multiple functions.
