The multifunctional air fryer according to claim 7, wherein said valve cover is provided with elastic claws extending downward, a plurality of elastic claws are annularly spaced apart and enclose an installation space with an open bottom end, and the valve core is installed from the bottom end of the installation space.

The multifunctional air fryer of claim 1, wherein said head comprises a top plate, said top plate has a mounting hole, a wall of said mounting hole has a mounting groove, and a side surface of the outer circumference of said valve seat has a spacing rib, said spacing rib is screwed with said mounting groove.
10. The air fryer of claim 9, wherein one of said spacing ribs and mounting slots has a spacing bump and the other one has a spacing groove, the spacing bump engaging the spacing groove after the valve seat is in place to prevent accidental removal of the valve seat from the top plate.
