The fixing frame 100 of the weighing module 30 may be connected to the top plate of the housing 11 by fasteners such as screws, the pulley assembly 200 of the weighing module 30 may be connected to the end fixing member 12 by fasteners such as screws, and the strain members 300 are laterally disposed between the fixing frame 100 and the pulley assembly 200; the bottom plate of the housing 11 is provided with a relief hole through which the free end of the pulley assembly 200 may pass and be connected to the clothes hanger bracket 20.
In an example, the airing machine detects the deformation degree of the strain gauge through the detecting piece, then transmits the deformation degree signal to the main control board of the airing main body, and analyzes and processes the signal information through a preset program on the main control board to obtain the weight corresponding to the deformation degree of the strain gauge, thereby realizing the detection of the weight of the object to be aired on the airing bracket 20.
In addition, the airing machine can also realize the detection of the airing hanging state/ascending and descending state of the airing bracket 20 through the compression/extension state of the strain gauge. For example, when the clothes rack 20 is not used for hanging the clothes to be dried, the strain gauge is in an initial state and is neither compressed nor stretched; when the clothes to be dried are hung on the clothes drying bracket 20, the strain gauge is compressed, and the strain gauge is restored to the initial state after the clothes to be dried are taken down; when the clothes horse 20 encounters a stop during lifting or lowering, the strain gage is in an extended state.
In one example, the housing 11 of the clothes horse 10 includes a top plate and a frame having an open end for covering the open end of the frame to form a receiving space therebetween. The end mount 12 is disposed on the open end of the frame and the end of the weighing module 30 remote from the end mount 12 is secured to the top plate by fasteners such as screws/bolts.
In one example, the weighing modules 30 are provided in two and the end fixtures 12 are provided in two. Two end fixing pieces 12 are respectively arranged at both ends of the housing 11 in the longitudinal direction, and one weighing module 30 is provided corresponding to one end fixing piece 12. The free ends of the pulley assembly 200 of the weighing module 30 are respectively connected to both ends of the laundry rack 20 in the length direction, so that stability and reliability of the lifting process of the laundry rack 20 are improved.
In one example, the clothes drying bracket 20 is a square frame in which a plurality of cross beams are arranged at intervals, and the free ends of two weighing modules 30 are connected to two of the cross beams. One side of the square frame far away from the lifting device is provided with a plurality of clothes hooks for hanging clothes.
In one example, to further improve the lifting stability of the clothes drying bracket 20, two folding mechanisms 40 are further provided at both ends of the clothes drying machine in the length direction, and the folding mechanisms 40 are disposed between the clothes drying bracket 20 and the clothes drying main machine 10. For example, and without limitation, the folding mechanism 40 includes a plurality of folding tabs that are cross-hinged. When the clothes drying bracket 20 descends, the plurality of folding pieces are unfolded, so that the stretching and lengthening of the folding mechanism 40 are realized; when the clothes drying bracket 20 is lifted, the plurality of folding pieces are folded and folded, so that the folding mechanism 40 is stored and shortened.
In one possible embodiment, the end mount 12 includes a fixed portion 1201 and a U-shaped slot 1202, the fixed portion 1201 being connected to the housing 11, the U-shaped slot 1202 being connected to the fixed portion 1201, and the pulley assembly 200 being movably connected to the U-shaped slot 1202.
In this embodiment, the specific configuration of the end mount 12 is optimized. Specifically, the end mount 12 is configured as a combined member including at least a fixing portion 1201 and a U-shaped groove portion 1202, and the fixing portion 1201 is provided with a connection hole through which the fixing portion 1201 passes by a fastener such as a screw/bolt, thereby achieving connection fastening of the fixing portion 1201 and the housing 11. The U-shaped groove 1202 may be attached to the stationary portion 1201 by welding or adhesive or the like.
In one example, the stationary portion 1201 is an L-shaped plate-like structure including a transverse plate and a longitudinal plate that are vertically connected. The U-shaped groove 1202 is connected to the longitudinal plate, and the U-shaped groove 1202 and the transverse plate are respectively located at two sides of the longitudinal plate. The lateral plate is provided with a plurality of connection holes through which fasteners such as screws/bolts pass to fasten the lateral plate to the housing 11. The side of the longitudinal plate remote from the transverse plate is provided with a connecting edge which is provided on the same side of the longitudinal plate as the U-shaped slot 1202. The connection edge is provided with a connection hole through which a fastener such as a screw/bolt passes to connect and fasten the connection edge to the housing 11.
In one possible embodiment, the U-shaped slot 1202 is provided with a long waist hole 1203, and the weighing module 30 is movably connected to the U-shaped slot 1202 through the long waist hole 1203.
In this embodiment, the specific configuration of the U-shaped groove portion 1202 is optimized. Specifically, the weighing module 30 is disposed in the groove of the U-shaped groove 1202, and the weighing module 30 is fastened to the U-shaped groove 1202 by a fastener such as a screw or a bolt. In order to further improve the positional flexibility of the weighing module 30, through long waist holes 1203 are provided on both groove walls of the U-shaped groove 1202, and fasteners such as screws/bolts pass through the long waist holes 1203 to realize adjustable connection of the weighing module 30 and the U-shaped groove 1202. The length of the long waist hole 1203 enables the relative position of the weighing module 30 and the U-shaped groove 1202 to be adjusted according to actual needs.

Claims (11)

1. A weighing module for a laundry dryer, the weighing module comprising:
the fixing frame is connected with a clothes airing host of the clothes airing machine;
The pulley assembly is connected to the clothes airing host, and the free end of the pulley assembly is used for being connected with a clothes airing bracket of the clothes airing machine;
the strain piece is connected between the fixing frame and the pulley assembly and deforms along with the weight of an object to be aired hung on the clothes airing bracket; and
And the detection piece is used for detecting the deformation degree of the strain piece.
2. The weighing module according to claim 1, wherein the fixing frame comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece used for enclosing with the first connecting piece to form a containing space, the first connecting piece is connected to the clothes airing host, and the second connecting piece is convexly arranged on the first connecting piece and extends towards the direction approaching to the strain piece; the strain piece is inserted into the accommodating space.
3. The weighing module of claim 2, wherein said first connector comprises a first connector plate and a second connector plate disposed at an angle, said first connector plate being connected to said main clothes drying unit, said second connector plate being disposed at an end of said second connector plate remote from said first connector plate.
4. The weighing module according to claim 2, wherein the second connecting member comprises a third connecting plate and a limiting plate, the third connecting plate and the limiting plate extend in the same direction, the accommodating space is formed by surrounding between the third connecting plate, the limiting plate and a part of the first connecting member, and the strain member is connected to the third connecting plate.

The weighing module of claim 1 wherein said pulley assembly comprises a pulley frame, a pulley, a rotational shaft, and a third connector, said pulley frame being coupled to said strain gauge, said pulley being rotatably coupled to said pulley frame by said rotational shaft, said third connector being disposed about said pulley, a free end of said third connector being coupled to said clothes hanger bracket.
6. The weighing module of claim 5 wherein said pulley frame comprises a fourth connector, a first side plate and a second side plate, said first side plate and said second side plate being disposed on opposite sides of said fourth connector, respectively, and said first side plate and said second side plate extending in the same direction from said fourth connector to form a relief notch between said first side plate and said second side plate; the pulley is rotatably connected between the first side plate and the second side plate through the rotating shaft, at least part of the pulley penetrates through the avoidance notch, and the strain piece is connected with the fourth connecting piece.
7. The weighing module of claim 6 wherein said pulley frame further comprises a stiffener disposed on a side of said fourth connector facing said relief notch.
8. The weighing module of claim 5 wherein said third connector is any one of a lanyard, chain or wire.
9. A laundry machine, characterized by comprising:
The clothes airing host comprises a shell and an end fixing piece connected with the shell;
A weighing module according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the mount of the weighing module being connected to the housing, the pulley assembly of the weighing module being connected to the end mount; and
The clothes drying bracket is connected to the pulley assembly and is positioned below the clothes drying host.
10. The machine of claim 9, wherein the end mount comprises a fixed portion and a U-shaped slot portion, the fixed portion is connected to the housing, the U-shaped slot portion is connected to the fixed portion, and the pulley assembly is movably connected to the U-shaped slot portion.
11. The airing machine according to claim 10, wherein a long waist hole is formed in the U-shaped groove portion, and the weighing module is movably connected to the U-shaped groove portion through the long waist hole.
