A foot fixing arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the guide handle is formed by a guide screw having a threaded bore in the expansion member, the guide screw being fixedly connected to the expansion member in the threaded bore, the shank of the guide screw passing through the kidney-shaped bore.

A foundation fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said base comprises a foundation connection portion and a foundation connection portion, said expansion member being provided on said foundation connection portion, said foundation connection portion being provided with a foundation fixing structure for connection with a foundation at the bottom of the apparatus; the foundation connection part and the ground foot connection part are staggered along the axial direction of the fixed column.
