As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the tapered second fixing section 22 may play a guiding role when the bushing fixing head 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 11, so that the bushing fixing head 20 is more conveniently inserted into the mounting hole 11, and meanwhile, the axial moving distance of the bushing fixing head 20 in the mounting hole 11 may be limited by the cooperation of the tapered second fixing section 22 and the second mounting section.
According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the outer circumferential surface of the bushing-fixing head 20 is provided with a guide rib 23 extending in the axial direction of the mounting hole 11, and the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 11 is provided with a guide groove adapted to the guide rib 23.
That is, as shown in fig. 4, the outer circumferential surface of the bush fixing head 20 is provided with one or more guide ribs 23, the guide ribs 23 extend in the axial direction of the mounting hole 11, the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 11 is provided with guide grooves adapted to the number and shape of the guide ribs 23, and the bush fixing head 20 can be guided in the axial direction of the mounting hole 11 by the guide ribs 23 being engaged with the guide grooves while restricting the rotation of the bush fixing head 20 about the axis of the bush fixing head 20.
In some embodiments of the utility model, one side of the mounting hole 11 is provided with a mounting groove 14 open in its radial direction, the mounting groove 14 being adapted for the pull wire to extend into.
In other words, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in order to facilitate passing the wire through the mounting hole 11, a mounting groove 14 opened in a radial direction thereof may be provided at one side of the mounting hole 11 such that the mounting groove 14 is formed in an open-loop structure, and the width of the mounting groove 14 is substantially the same as the diameter of the wire 200 such that the wire 200 may directly extend into the mounting hole 11 from the mounting hole, for convenience of use by a user, and assembly efficiency may be improved.
According to one embodiment of the utility model, one side of the base 10 is provided with a recess 15 communicating with the clamping groove.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a groove 15 is formed on one side of the base 10, and the groove 15 and the clamping groove can drive the clamping section 32 to disengage from the clamping groove from the groove 15 when the bushing fixing head 20 is disassembled, so that the bushing fixing head 20 is more convenient to disassemble.
In summary, according to the pull wire bushing fixing assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present utility model, the elastic clamping portion 30 is provided on one of the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 11 and the outer circumferential surface of the bushing fixing head 20, the mating portion 12 is provided on the other of the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 11 and the bushing fixing head 20, and when the bushing fixing head 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 11 during mounting, after the bushing fixing head 20 is inserted into the set position, the elastic clamping portion 30 automatically cooperates with the mating portion 12 to fix the bushing fixing head 20, so that the operation is simple and the mounting is convenient; and because the elastic clamping part 30 can generate certain elastic deformation, the precision requirements on the mounting hole 11 and the matching part 12 are lower, and the production and the processing are convenient.
The embodiment of the utility model also provides a vehicle door, which comprises the stay wire bushing fixing assembly 100 described in any embodiment, further comprises a stay wire 200, a bushing 210 and a zipper head 220, wherein the bushing fixing head 20 is arranged at one end of the bushing 220, one end of the stay wire 200 passes through the bushing 210 and the bushing fixing head 20 to be connected with the zipper head 220, and the zipper head 220 is connected with a door lock of the vehicle door. Since the wire-drawing bushing fixing assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the utility model can solve the problem that the conventional wire-drawing bushing fixing assembly is inconvenient to assemble, the vehicle door of the embodiment of the utility model also has the advantage of being convenient to assemble, and the embodiment is not repeated.
Embodiments of the present utility model also provide a vehicle including the wire bushing securing assembly 100 described in any of the above embodiments or the vehicle door described in any of the above embodiments.
While certain specific embodiments of the utility model have been described in detail by way of example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the utility model. The scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims.
