The invention has the advantages that the two lifting welding frames for conveying and positioning the battery cell tray share one welding frame, thereby saving the space occupied by automatic apparatuses. Simple structure, no maintenance difficulty. Meanwhile, as the two trays are lifted and welded to be connected with the electrical equipment by the drag chain, the two trays can be lifted and lowered simultaneously and assembled in actual production, the problem of uneven weight distribution possibly caused by sharing a welding frame by the double welding frames is solved, and the safety and stability are improved.
