Specifically, in using the device, tissue is first placed on the surface of the carrier web 300, and then the carrier web 300 is installed into the wash tank 200. The driving pump 400 is activated, and the driving pump 400 pumps the water in the water storage tank 100 to the inner wall of the washing tank 200 until the distance between the tissue and the bottom of the washing tank 200 is approximately equal to the distance between the tissue and the water level. The flow regulator 500 is then activated and the drain flow is controlled by the flow regulator 500 such that the pump flow is equal to the drain flow and the wash is continued for 12-24 hours.
The tissue washing device provided by the application adopts the driving pump 400 and the flow regulator 500, so that the pumping flow and the drainage flow are consistent, and further the tissue can be washed by using running water, and the washing effect is good. And, through the cooperation with water storage tank 100, in the washing process, need not the experimenter trade water or moisturizing, the washing is convenient, helps improving the convenience of using. In addition, since the pump 400 is driven to pump water to the inner wall of the washing tank 200, the water flow can be prevented from flowing to the tissue, the impact force of the water flow on the tissue can be effectively reduced, and the tissue can be effectively protected, compared with the related art in which the water tap is used for washing. Since the distance between the tissue and the bottom of the wash tank 200 is approximately equal to the distance between the tissue and the water level, the impact of the water flow on the tissue can be reduced as well.
Optionally, the carrying net 300 is configured as a metal net, and the mesh size of the metal net is adjustable.
By the arrangement, the corresponding carrying net 300 can be selected according to the size of the organization, which is beneficial to improving the application range of the device.

The controller is configured to turn on the drive pump 400 when the liquid level reaches a first preset threshold and is further configured to turn off the drive pump 400 when the liquid level reaches a second preset threshold. The controller is configured to control the flow regulator 500 to reduce the drain flow when the liquid level reaches a first preset threshold, and is further configured to increase the drain flow when the liquid level reaches a second preset threshold.
In this embodiment, the liquid level of the first preset threshold is lower than the liquid level of the second preset threshold.
Specifically, in the actual application process, when the consistency of the pumping flow rate and the drainage flow rate cannot be ensured, there are the following two cases. One is that the pumping flow is greater than the draining flow, which may cause the water level in the wash tank 200 to gradually rise and even overflow. The other is that the pumping flow is less than the draining flow, which results in a gradual drop in the water level in the wash tank 200 until the water cannot submerge the tissue.
More specifically, when the pumping flow is greater than the drain flow, the water level gradually rises until the water level rises to a second preset threshold. At this time, the controller controls the driving pump 400 to be turned off, and the driving pump 400 stops pumping water into the wash tank 200; at the same time, the controller controls the flow regulator 500 to increase the drainage flow, so that the drainage of the wash tank 200 can be accelerated.
