The first aspect of the present application provides a lower vehicle body structure 10, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the lower vehicle body structure 10 provided by the present application, and fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic structural view of a region a in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower body structure 10 includes a lower body 11, and the lower body 11 constitutes a main structural portion of the lower body structure 10.
The lower body 11 may include a front body 111 and a rear body 112, the front body 111 being located at the front of the lower body structure 10, the rear body 112 being located at the rear of the lower body structure 10, and the top of the front body 111 being provided with a cabin or the like. The front body 111 and the rear body 112 may be formed separately, and after the front body 111 and the rear body 112 are formed, the front body 111 and the rear body 112 are further assembled to form the overall frame of the lower body structure 10.
The lower body structure 10 is further provided with a rocker 12, the rocker 12 being provided on one side of the lower body 11. The rocker 12 is provided on one side of the lower vehicle body 11 in the width direction thereof, and the number of the rocker 12 may be two, so that the two rocker 12 are provided on both sides of the lower vehicle body 11 in the width direction, respectively. It will be appreciated that by the provision of the rocker 12, the rocker 12 is made an important stiffening beam in the lower body structure 10, ensuring the stability of the lower body structure 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower body structure 10 further includes a floor 13, the floor 13 being provided on the lower body 11, the floor 13 being located on one side of the rocker 12. The floor 13 is provided in a plate shape, and the floor 13 may be laid on top of the lower body 11, so that a seat or the like of the vehicle may be provided on the floor 13. The floor 13 is located on one side of the threshold 12, i.e. the floor 13 is located on one side of the threshold 12 perpendicular to its length, in which case the threshold 12 is also located on one side of the floor 13. When the number of the rocker 12 is two, the floor 13 is located between the two rocker 12.
In combination with the above, when the lower body 11 includes the front body 111 and the rear body 112, the floor panel 13 is provided between the front body 111 and the rear body 112, and the rocker 12 is provided on one side of the floor panel 13, the front body 111, and the rear body 112. In combination with the arrangement of the floor 13 and the threshold 12, in some embodiments, the floor 13 may be arranged on the lower vehicle body 11 first, that is, the floor 13 may be arranged between the front vehicle body 111 and the rear vehicle body 112 first, and then the threshold 12 may be arranged on one side of the floor 13, so as to complete the assembly between the floor 13 and the threshold 12.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the floor 13, the rocker 12 and the connecting member 14 in a combined state, fig. 4 is a right side view of the structure shown in fig. 3, fig. 5 is a sectional view of the structure shown in fig. 3 along a sectional line A-A, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a part of the structure of the middle section in fig. 5, and fig. 7 is a schematic view of a split structure of the section shown in fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 3-7, the lower body structure 10 further includes a connector 14, the connector 14 being used to connect the floor 13 to the threshold 12. After the floor 13 and the threshold 12 are fixed in position, the threshold 12 and the floor 13 may be further connected and fixed by a connecting piece 14.
Specifically, the connecting piece 14 is provided with a first connecting plate 141 and a second connecting plate 142, the side walls of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 are connected with each other, the first connecting plate 141 is used for being in fit connection with the side wall of the threshold 12 close to the floor 13, and the second connecting plate 142 is used for being in fit connection with the floor 13, so that the relative fixation between the threshold 12 and the floor 13 is realized. The first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 can be integrally formed, so as to ensure the structural stability of the connecting member 14 and facilitate the manufacture of the connecting member 14. The side wall of the first connecting plate 141 far away from the second connecting plate 142 can be in fit connection with the side wall of the threshold 12 close to the floor 13, and the top wall or the bottom wall of the second connecting plate 142 can be in fit connection with the floor 13. After the first connecting plate 141 is attached to the threshold 12, connection may be achieved by welding, and after the second connecting plate 142 is attached to the floor 13, connection may also be achieved by welding.
It should be understood that a raised portion is generally disposed on a side of the existing threshold 12 near the floor 13, and when the threshold 12 is fixed to the floor 13, the raised portion of the threshold 12 directly abuts against the floor 13, thereby achieving further fixation. Based on the connection in this way, due to the problems of installation accuracy and the like of the threshold 12 in the installation process, a certain floating exists at the relative height between the threshold 12 and the floor 13, a certain gap exists between the bottom wall of the protruding portion of the threshold 12 and the floor 13 in the vertical direction, that is, an interference phenomenon occurs, and further welding and fixing between the threshold 12 and the floor 13 are affected.
According to the lower vehicle body structure 10 provided by the application, the threshold 12 is connected through the first connecting plate 141 by the arrangement of the connecting piece 14, and the floor 13 is connected through the second connecting plate 142, so that the threshold 12 and the floor 13 are connected. In such an application scenario, a good fixation between the threshold 12 and the floor 13 can be achieved by the connection 14, even if for some reason the relative height between the threshold 12 and the floor 13 has a certain float.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the first and second connection plates 141 and 142 are perpendicular to each other, the first connection plate 141 extends vertically to be abutted against the side wall of the threshold 12, and the second connection plate 142 extends horizontally to be abutted against the floor 13. It should be appreciated that by arranging the first connecting plate 141 perpendicular to the second connecting plate 142, relatively less space can be taken up when the connecting member 14 is arranged at the connection between the rocker 12 and the floor 13. Of course, in other embodiments, the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 may not be perpendicular, and an angle other than ninety degrees may exist between the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142.
At this time, the side wall of the rocker 12 adjacent to the floor 13 may extend in the vertical direction so that the first connecting plate 141 is attached to the side wall of the rocker 12. The floor 13 extends in a horizontal direction so that the top wall or the bottom wall of the floor 13 of the second connection plate 142 is abutted. By extending the side wall of the threshold 12 close to the floor 13 in the vertical direction, a good fitting effect is provided between the vertically extending first connecting plate 141 and the side wall of the threshold 12; by arranging the floor 13 to extend in a horizontal direction, on the one hand, the flatness of the floor 13 is ensured, and on the other hand, a good fit between the second connecting plate 142 and the floor 13 is achieved.
In some embodiments, the first and second connection plates 141 and 142 are connected by an arc-shaped connection plate (not shown), the top wall of which is connected to the bottom wall of the first connection plate 141, and the bottom wall of which is connected to the side wall of the second connection plate 142. The arc-shaped connecting plate is used for realizing connection between the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142, but the arc-shaped connecting plate can be integrally formed with the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142, so that the stability of the structure of the connecting piece 14 is ensured. The top wall of the arc-shaped connecting plate may face the vertical direction and be connected with the first connecting plate 141 extending vertically, and the bottom wall of the arc-shaped connecting plate may face the horizontal direction and be connected with the second connecting plate 142 extending horizontally.
Specifically, the length direction of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 coincides with the front-rear direction of the lower vehicle body 11, and the length of the first connecting plate 141 is equal to the length of the second connecting plate 142. It should be understood that the longitudinal direction of the rocker 12 coincides with the front-rear direction of the lower vehicle body 11, in order to ensure a good connection effect between the rocker 12 and the floor 13, the longitudinal direction of the connecting member 14 coincides with the front-rear direction of the lower vehicle body 11, i.e., the longitudinal direction of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 coincides with the front-rear direction of the lower vehicle body 11.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to ensure that the connecting member 14 has a good connecting effect, in some embodiments, the lengths of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 are equal to the length of the side wall of the floor 13 near the threshold 12, and the lengths of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 are smaller than the length of the threshold 12. It should be appreciated that the length of the side wall of the floor 13 adjacent to the threshold 12 is smaller than the length of the threshold 12, and that the length of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 is set to be equal to the length of the side wall of the floor 13 adjacent to the threshold 12, so that the side wall of the floor 13 adjacent to the threshold 12 can be well fixed to the threshold 12 by the connecting member 14. By setting the lengths of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 to be smaller than the length of the threshold 12, it is possible to avoid waste of material and occupation of space caused by setting the connecting member 14 too long.
In fig. 7, the width of the first connecting plate 141 and the width of the second connecting plate 142 may be equal, and the top of the first connecting plate 141 is lower than the top of the threshold 12. It should be understood that the width directions of the first and second connection plates 141 and 142 are perpendicular to the vehicle front-rear direction, and that the connection members 14 are easily manufactured and molded when the widths of the first and second connection plates 141 and 142 are set to be equal. By setting the top of the first connecting plate 141 lower than the top of the rocker 12, the first connecting plate 141 does not affect the arrangement of the top structure of the rocker 12.
Because of the angle between the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142, in order to ensure the structural stability of the connecting member 14, in some embodiments, the connecting member 14 is further provided with a reinforcing rib (not shown). The reinforcing ribs extend at sides of the first and second connection plates 141 and 142 that are close to each other such that the reinforcing ribs connect the first and second connection plates 141 and 142, respectively.
It should be appreciated that the reinforcing rib portion is disposed on the side wall of the first connecting plate 141 away from the threshold 12, and the other portion of the reinforcing rib is disposed on the side wall of the second connecting plate 142 close to the first connecting plate 141, so that the reinforcing rib performs a good reinforcing function between the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142.
In some embodiments, the reinforcing ribs are in a strip structure protruding relative to the surfaces of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142, and the length extension direction of the reinforcing ribs is perpendicular to the directions of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142. The number of the reinforcing ribs may be plural, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs may be arranged along the length direction of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 at intervals, so that a good reinforcing effect is achieved through the plurality of reinforcing ribs, so as to ensure the stability of the structure of the connecting piece 14.
A second aspect of the application provides a vehicle comprising a lower body structure 10 as in any of the embodiments described above. At this time, the vehicle includes: a lower vehicle body 11; a rocker 12 provided on one side of the lower vehicle body 11; a floor 13 provided on the lower vehicle body 11, the floor 13 being located on one side of the rocker 12; the connecting piece 14 is provided with a first connecting plate 141 and a second connecting plate 142, the side walls of the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 are connected with each other, the first connecting plate 141 is used for being in fit connection with the side wall of the threshold 12, which is close to the floor 13, and the second connecting plate 142 is used for being in fit connection with the floor 13, so that the relative fixation between the threshold 12 and the floor 13 is realized.
In summary, by providing the connecting piece 14, the problem of assembling due to interference can be solved, so that the door sill 12 and the floor 13 can be assembled in place, and the welding quality can be improved.
The foregoing description is only of the optional embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all the modifications of the equivalent structures described in the specification and drawings of the present application or the direct/indirect application of the present application to other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present application.
