The main purpose of the present application is to provide a television handling tool 100, which is intended to be compatible with televisions of various models. Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a television handling tool 100, which includes:
A base assembly 110;
A support bracket 120, the support bracket 120 being disposed on the base assembly 110 for supporting a back of the television;
A plurality of support blocks 130 configured to be detachably coupled to the bottom chassis 121 of the support bracket 120 and/or slidably coupled to the bottom chassis 121 of the support bracket 120 for supporting the bottom of the television.
In an embodiment of the present application, the handling tool 100 includes a base assembly 110, a support bracket 120, and a plurality of support blocks 130. The support bracket 120 is provided on the base assembly 110 for supporting the back of the television. A plurality of support blocks 130 are detachably coupled to the bottom chassis 121 of the support bracket 120 and/or slidably coupled to the bottom chassis 121 of the support bracket 120 for supporting the bottom of the tv. When the carrying tool 100 is required to carry a television, the supporting blocks 130 and/or the sliding supporting blocks 130 on the supporting bracket 120 are disassembled and assembled to adjust the spacing between the supporting blocks 130 so as to adapt to the bottom size of the television, and then the television is compatible with a plurality of televisions of different models.
In some embodiments, the support block 130 may be coupled to the chassis 121 by a threaded connection 150. The chassis 121 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes. The support blocks 130 are mounted to different screw holes according to the size of the tv, and the interval between the support blocks 130 satisfies the bottom of the support tv.
In some embodiments, the bottom frame 121 is provided with a bar-shaped groove, and the plurality of support blocks 130 are slidably engaged with the bar-shaped groove. The plurality of support blocks 130 are slid such that the interval between the support blocks 130 satisfies the bottom of the support television according to the size of the television.
As an alternative implementation of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the handling tool 100 has a length direction. The chassis 121 has a plurality of mounting portions spaced apart along a length direction thereof, and the plurality of support blocks 130 are configured to be detachably connected to the mounting portions in one-to-one correspondence. In this embodiment, the mounting portion may be a threaded mounting hole or a bar-shaped mounting groove 1211.
In the process of carrying the television, the mounting portions corresponding to the plurality of support blocks 130 are determined according to the length of the television, and then the plurality of support blocks 130 are mounted to the corresponding mounting portions one by one so as to be capable of supporting the bottom of the television.
As an alternative to the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the mounting portion includes a mounting groove 1211. The mounting groove 1211 extends in the length direction. The relative sliding between the connecting piece 150 and the groove wall achieves the purpose of adjusting the position of the supporting block 130 so as to adapt to the length of the television.
As shown in fig. 1, four mounting grooves 1211 are formed in the bottom chassis 121, and each mounting groove 1211 extends in the longitudinal direction. The mounting grooves 1211 are provided at intervals in the length direction. Each supporting block 130 is provided with a connecting hole. The connection hole is connected with the installation groove 1211 through the connection member 150. The connection member 150 is inserted into the installation groove 1211 through the connection hole, and the installation groove 1211 is slidably fitted. The length of the television is adapted to support the bottom of the television by the change of the relative positions between the four support blocks 130.
In some embodiments, the connection 150 may be a polished rod or may be partially configured with threads (the connection hole may be a threaded hole). In some embodiments, the end of the connecting member 150 may also be configured as a threaded section, and the groove bottom of the mounting groove 1211 is provided with a threaded hole, and the supporting block 130 may be locked by the cooperation of the connecting member 150 with the threaded hole at the groove bottom of the mounting groove 1211.
As an alternative implementation of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting block 130 has a first limiting surface 131 and a second limiting surface 132 that are disposed opposite to each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The chassis 121 has a first surface 1212 and a second surface 1213 disposed opposite to each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. When the connecting piece 150 is connected to the connecting hole and the mounting groove 1211, the first limiting surface 131 abuts against the first surface 1212, and the second limiting surface 132 abuts against the second surface 1213. In the embodiment, the two limiting surfaces of the support block 130 opposite to each other abut against the two surfaces of the chassis 121, respectively, so that the support block 130 mounted in the mounting groove 1211 can be position-adjusted only along the extending direction of the mounting groove 1211.
