As shown in fig. 10, 13 and 15, the cover 23 covers the top opening of each filter module 11, in this embodiment, the cover 23 includes a plurality of first covers 231 and at least one second cover 232, each first cover 231 has two cover frames 2311 and two connecting rods 2312, the two cover frames 2311 are disposed parallel to each other, the two connecting rods 2312 are respectively connected to the two cover frames 2311, one cover frame 2311 is clamped between the inner side filter assembly 112 of one filter unit 10 adjacent to the mounting frame 22 and the connecting strut 222, the other cover frame 2311 is clamped between the inner side filter assembly 112 of the adjacent filter unit 10 and the inner side filter assembly 112 of the other filter unit 10 relative to the connecting strut 222, the second cover 232 is located between the plurality of first covers 231, the second cover 232 is clamped between the first inner side filter screen 112a of any adjacent filter unit 10 and the second inner side filter screen 112b of the other filter unit 10, besides positioning the adjacent filter unit 10, the other cover frame 2311 can be prevented from directly entering the filter module 11 through the connecting strut 221 and can be detached from the top opening (the top opening of the filter module 23).
Therefore, in the structural design of the filtering unit 10 in the filtering box 100, the filtering material amplifying module 12 can increase the volume of the internal space of the filtering unit 10, so as to amplify the filling amount of the filtering material 1 in the filtering unit 10, and in addition, the filtering box 100 can increase the filtering surface area and the cross-sectional area of the gas passing through, so as to reduce the pressure loss, further improve the filtering efficiency of the filtering box 100, prolong the service life of the filtering units 10, and achieve the purpose of saving the replacement cost of the filtering units 10.

Claims (11)

1. A filter unit comprising:
The filter module is provided with an outer filter assembly and an inner filter assembly, and the outer filter assembly and the inner filter assembly are arranged at intervals to form a filter space; and
The filter material amplification module is combined with one of the outer side filter assembly and the inner side filter assembly in the filter module, and an expansion space is formed in the filter material amplification module corresponding to the filter module and is communicated with the filter space.
2. The filter unit of claim 1, wherein the filter media expansion module comprises at least a first expansion portion and at least a second expansion portion, the first expansion portion being integrally formed on the outer filter element, the second expansion portion being integrally formed on the inner filter element.
3. The filter unit of claim 2, wherein the outer filter element has an outer filter surface, the inner filter element has an inner filter surface, the first and second amplification parts are coupled to the outer filter surface and the inner filter surface, respectively, in a concave-convex configuration, and the expansion space is formed between the first and second amplification parts.
4. A filter unit according to claim 3, wherein the first amplification part has a convex section protruding outwardly with respect to the outer filter surface, and the first amplification part forms a receptacle inside the convex section, and the second amplification part has a concave section recessed into the receptacle with respect to the inner filter surface toward the convex section of the first amplification part.
5. A filter unit according to claim 3, wherein the outer filter surface has two first side ends on both sides thereof, and a first flat end is provided on the outer filter surface to connect the two first side ends, the first amplification section is formed on the outer filter surface in correspondence with the extending direction of the first flat end to connect the two first side ends, and the outer filter surface is divided by the first amplification section to form a plurality of outer filter sections on both sides of the first amplification section; the two sides of the inner filter surface are provided with two second side ends, the inner filter surface is provided with a second straight end which is connected with the two second side ends, the second amplifying part is formed on the inner filter surface by connecting the two second side ends in the extending direction of the second straight end, and a plurality of inner filter sections are formed on the two sides of the second amplifying part by separating the second amplifying part, wherein the inner filter sections and the outer filter sections face each other.
6. The filter unit of claim 5, wherein the first amplification part has two first coupling sections corresponding to two first side ends on the same side as the outer filter surface, and the second amplification part has two second coupling sections corresponding to two second side ends on the same side as the inner filter surface, and the two first coupling sections and the two second coupling sections are abutted against each other.
7. The filter unit of claim 5, wherein the outer filter assembly comprises a first outer screen and a second outer screen, wherein one end of the first outer screen is combined with one end of the second outer screen, and the first outer screen and the second outer screen are respectively inclined outwards to form an open slot; the inner filter assembly is accommodated in the open groove of the outer filter assembly, the inner filter assembly comprises a first inner filter screen and a second inner filter screen, one end of the first inner filter screen is combined with one end of the second inner filter screen, and the first inner filter screen and the second inner filter screen respectively correspond to the first outer filter screen and the second outer filter screen and incline outwards, so that a first filter space is formed between the first outer filter screen and the first inner filter screen, and a second filter space is formed between the second outer filter screen and the second inner filter screen.

The filter unit of claim 7, wherein the outer filter assembly comprises a base screen, two sides of the base screen being respectively coupled to the first outer screen and the second outer screen; the inner side filter component comprises a connecting filter screen, the connecting filter screen faces the base filter screen, two sides of the connecting filter screen are respectively combined with the first inner side filter screen and the second inner side filter screen, a communication space is formed between the connecting filter screen and the base filter screen, and the first filter space and the second filter space are mutually communicated through the communication space.
9. A filtration tank comprising:
At least one filter unit according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a filter module and a filter material amplification module, the filter module having an outer filter element and an inner filter element, the outer filter element being spaced apart from the inner filter element to form a filter space between the outer filter element and the inner filter element; the filter material amplification module is combined with one of the outer side filter assembly and the inner side filter assembly in the filter module, and an expansion space which is communicated with the filter space is arranged in the filter material amplification module corresponding to the filter module; and
The fixing unit comprises a plurality of fixing side frames and a mounting frame, each two fixing side frames are respectively assembled on two sides of the filter module to fix the outer side filter assembly and the inner side filter assembly, the mounting frame is provided with a mounting space, and the mounting frame is connected with the plurality of fixing side frames so that the filter unit is fixed in the mounting space of the mounting frame through the plurality of fixing side frames.
10. The filter box of claim 9, wherein each two fixed side frames are respectively fixed on two sides of the outer filter assembly, and each fixed side frame comprises a positioning plate, and the positioning plate has a flange which abuts against the outer filter assembly.
11. The filter housing of claim 9, wherein said mounting frame has two mounting struts, said filter elements being plural and adjacent and juxtaposed between said two mounting struts, each said filter element being secured to said two mounting struts by two securing side frames.
