The refrigeration unit as recited in claim 2 wherein said support assembly includes a connector having a recess extending in a width direction of said door body, said recess having a top wall and a bottom wall disposed opposite each other in a height direction of said door body, said bottom wall or said top wall of said recess being said first wall surface, said connector being mounted on a side of said door body facing away from said cabinet or said door panel.
11. The refrigeration appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 10 wherein said connection means further comprises a spacer connected to said adjustment assembly, said spacer being adapted to adjust the relative distance between said door panel and said door body in the thickness direction of said door body.
