As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides a pacemaker implantation postoperative exercise garment (hereinafter referred to as postoperative exercise garment 100), which relates to the technical field of postoperative care and is mainly used for being worn by a pacemaker implantation operation patient.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the height direction of the postoperative exercise suit 100 is defined as a first direction, the length direction of the postoperative exercise suit 100 is defined as a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. It is to be understood that the above definitions are merely provided to facilitate understanding of the relative positional relationship of the various portions of the post-operative exercise garment 100 and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
As shown in connection with fig. 1 and 2, the postoperative exercise suit 100 mainly includes: a garment 120 and a panel 110.
Wherein, the garment body 120 comprises a garment body 121 and sleeves 122, the sleeves 122 are connected with the garment body 121, the cloth 110 is provided with a first side 111 and a second side 112, one end of the first side 111 is connected with one end of the second side 112, the first side 111 is detachably connected with the garment body 121, the second side 112 is detachably connected with the sleeves 122, thereby realizing the detachable connection of the cloth 110 and the garment body 120, and the included angle theta formed by the first side 111 and the second side 112 satisfies the relation: θ is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees.
Illustratively, the first side 111 is connected to the body 121 by a zipper or a buckle, and the second side 112 is connected to the sleeve 122 by a zipper or a buckle, which both enable the detachable connection of the panel 110 to the body 120, thereby facilitating replacement of the panel 110.
In this embodiment, the included angle θ formed by the first side 111 and the second side 112 may be set to 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 60 °, 65 °, 70 °, 80 °, 90 °, 100 °, 120 °, and so on.
Among the prior art, postoperative exercise clothes includes clothing body and elasticity stretching strap, and elasticity stretching strap connects between the coat-sleeve and the clothing body of clothing body, and after the patient dresses postoperative exercise clothes, elasticity stretching strap can provide resistance for the activity of upper limbs to supplementary patient carries out rehabilitation training. However, the patient has different movement angles when moving the upper limb up and down, is easy to overactive, namely the risk of improper movement exists, and meanwhile, the patient has psychological worry, low movement will and is unfavorable for the rehabilitation of the body.
According to the postoperative exercise suit 100 provided by the embodiment, by arranging the cloth piece 110 detachably connected with the clothing body 120, the included angle θ formed by the first side edge 111 and the second side edge 112 of the cloth piece 110 is 30 ° to 120 °, so that the movable angle range of the upper limb on the operative side can be limited, the upper limb of the patient can only move at a preset angle within 30 ° to 120 °, for example, when the preset angle is 30 °, the movable angle range of the upper limb on the operative side of the patient is 0 ° to 30 °, when the preset angle is 45 °, the movable angle range of the upper limb on the operative side of the patient is 0 ° to 45 °, when the preset angle is 60 °, the movable angle range of the upper limb on the operative side of the patient is 0 ° to 60 °, and when the preset angle is 120 °.
Through the design, the phenomenon of improper upper limb movement of a patient during rehabilitation training can be effectively avoided, psychological worries of the patient are lightened, and the patient is helped to recover faster.
In addition, since the cloth 110 is detachably connected with the clothes body 120, medical staff can conveniently replace the cloth 110 with different included angles theta, so that the patient can move the upper limb in a specific angle range, the consistency of the upper limb movement range is ensured, for example, in the initial postoperative rehabilitation stage, the cloth 110 with the included angle theta of 30 degrees is used, and the movement range of the upper limb on the operative side of the patient is 0-30 degrees. In the middle stage of postoperative rehabilitation training, the cloth 110 with the included angle theta of 60 degrees is used, and in the later stage of postoperative rehabilitation training, the cloth 110 with the included angle theta of 120 degrees is used, so that a patient can perform rehabilitation training in stages, and the rehabilitation of the body is facilitated.
Further, the included angle θ formed by the first side 111 and the second side 112 satisfies the relationship: θ is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
Illustratively, the included angle θ formed by the first side edge 111 and the second side edge 112 may be set to 45 °, 60 °, or 90 °, and the corresponding range of motion of the upper limb of the patient is 0 ° to 45 °, 0 ° to 60 °, 0 ° to 90 °.
It can be appreciated that by setting the cloth 110 satisfying the above relation, the upper limb of the patient can only move at a preset angle within the range of not more than 45 ° to 90 °, and through practical use, when the upper limb movement range of the patient does not exceed a preset angle within the range of 45 ° to 90 °, the pain on the operation side caused by improper movement can be effectively relieved, psychological concern of the patient is relieved, and the body is helped to recover faster.
Illustratively, when the preset angle is 60 °, the range of motion of the patient's operatively-side upper limb is 0 ° to 60 °. When the preset angle is 90 degrees, the movement range of the upper limb on the operation side of the patient is 0 to 90 degrees.
