According to the embodiment of the application, in the process of assembling the mounting plate 2 and the housing 1, the mounting plate 2 moves into the accommodating groove 11, the first clamping part 14 and the second clamping part 25 approach each other, then the first inclined plane 141 and the second inclined plane 251 are mutually extruded and relatively slide under the continuous movement of the mounting plate 2 relative to the housing 1, after the first inclined plane 141 is pressed, the position of the first clamping part 14 is fixed or slightly deviates due to the fact that the first clamping part 14 is arranged on the housing 1, after the second inclined plane 251 is pressed, the supporting part 24 where the second clamping part 25 is positioned is elastically deformed, the supporting part 24 bends towards the center of the mounting plate 2, after the first inclined plane 141 and the second inclined plane 251 finish the relative sliding, the supporting part 24 is deformed, at the moment, one surface of the mounting plate 2, which is provided with the waterproof mounting groove 21, is abutted against the top of the accommodating groove 11, and the first clamping surface 142 and the second clamping surface 252 are abutted against, thus the assembly of the mounting plate 2 and the housing 1 is completed.

Accordingly, a second transition plane 253 is disposed between the second inclined plane 251 and the second clamping surface 252 of the second clamping portion 25, so that the structure and shape of the second clamping portion 25 are matched with those of the first clamping portion 14, and only different points exist between the position of the first clamping surface 142 opposite to the first inclined plane 141 and the position of the second clamping surface 252 opposite to the second inclined plane 251, so that the first inclined plane 141 and the second inclined plane 251 slide relatively, so that the structure and effect of the second clamping portion 25 will not be repeated herein.
In another embodiment, the structures and shapes of the first clamping portion 14 and the second clamping portion 25 may be other forms, for example, the matching of the circular protrusion and the circular groove, the matching of the boss and the clamping hole may all achieve the same technical effects as the above features, which are not specifically shown in the drawings.
In some examples of the application, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 9, the mounting plate 2 is provided on its peripheral side with a relief groove 26 adapted to the first engagement portion 14.
According to the embodiment of the application, the relief groove 26 is formed on the peripheral side of the mounting plate 2, and is symmetrically distributed along the length and width of the mounting plate 2, the supporting portion 24 is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the relief groove 26, one surface of the supporting portion 24 provided with the second clamping portion 25 is flush with the bottom of the relief groove 26, the width of the relief groove 26 is the same as the width of the supporting portion 24, and the depth of the relief groove 26 is the same as the height of the first clamping portion 14, so that the first clamping portion 14 can be completely accommodated and pass through the relief groove 26, the relief groove 26 can accurately avoid the first clamping portion 14 during assembly, and the first clamping portion 14 is prevented from contacting the mounting plate 2 and extruding and rubbing with the mounting plate 2 during assembly to cause difficult assembly. In addition, when the mounting plate 2 is assembled to the housing 1, the relief groove 26 can also play a guiding role, so as to align the first clamping portion 14 and the second clamping portion 25, and enable the first clamping portion 14 and the second clamping portion 25 to realize clamping smoothly.
In some examples of the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the housing 1 is provided with a second avoidance hole 13, and the mounting plate 2 is further provided with a light-transmitting portion 27, and a part of the light-transmitting portion 27 is located in the second avoidance hole 13.
Based on the above embodiment of the present application, the second avoidance holes 13 are formed on the top of the accommodating groove 11 like the first avoidance holes 12, and the second avoidance holes 13 are arranged at a position corresponding to the light-transmitting portion 27 on one side of the first avoidance holes 12 at intervals, and the light-transmitting portion 27 is arranged so that the display light source below the mounting plate 2 passes through the mounting plate 2, so that the user can obtain the display information. When the mounting plate 2 is assembled into the accommodating groove 11, the light-transmitting part 27 is correspondingly inserted into the second avoiding hole 13 and is tightly matched with the second avoiding hole 13 under the matching of the first clamping part 14 and the second clamping part 25, so that the waterproof and dustproof effects are also realized. Of course, the mounting plate 2 can be integrally formed by transparent materials, so that the difficulty in manufacturing caused by different materials of all parts of the mounting plate 2 is avoided, and the production and the manufacturing are facilitated.

In some examples of the present application, referring to fig. 5, 7, 10 and 11, a protrusion 28 is provided on a side of the mounting plate 2 facing away from the key 3, the protrusion 28 corresponds to a position of the waterproof mounting groove 21, and the waterproof mounting groove 21 is partially opened to the protrusion 28.
According to the embodiment of the application, the protruding part 28 can thicken the position of the mounting plate 2 corresponding to the waterproof mounting groove 21, so that the structural strength of the mounting plate 2 is improved, the problems of breakage or bending and the like caused by the reduction of the structural strength of the mounting plate 2 at the waterproof mounting groove 21 are prevented, meanwhile, the consumed material for integrally thickening the mounting plate 2 is saved, and the volume and the manufacturing cost of the mounting plate 2 are reduced.
In addition, the setting of bulge 28 can also provide the processing space for the seting up of waterproof mounting groove 21 to increase the volume of waterproof mounting groove 21, can increase the volume of mount table 31, first annular boss 33 and second annular boss 22 correspondingly, thereby increase mount table 31 and waterproof mounting groove 21's area of contact and first annular boss 33 and second annular boss 22's area of contact is favorable to improving the installation stability and the waterproof dustproof effect of button 3 on mounting panel 2.

Based on the embodiment of the application, the digital display meter with the key fixing assembly is convenient for assembling the digital display meter, and improves the assembling stability of the mounting plate 2 in the digital display meter, thereby improving the waterproof and dustproof effects of the keys 3 of the digital display meter, avoiding the factors such as dust, water and the like from entering the digital display meter from the keys 3, damaging the circuit board 5 matched with the keys 3, and improving the safety of the digital display meter.
