In some embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion 5 includes the extension limiting plate 52 and the first connecting block 51, where the single slide 4 and the shelf 3 are connected by at least two connecting portions 5, one of the connecting portions 5 is disposed near the door body 23, and the other connecting portion 5 is disposed away from the door body 23.
It should be noted that, one layer frame 3 is provided with one or more slide ways 4, and the slide ways 4 are arranged left and right. The slide 4 is connected with the layer frame 3 through at least two connecting parts 5, so that the front part and the rear part of the layer frame 3 are connected with the layer frame 3, and the connection between the layer frame 3 and the slide 4 is firmer.
In some embodiments of the application, the ramp 4 includes rollers 43, a front end stop 44, a rear end stop 45, and a separator bar 46.
The roller 43 is located in the centre of the gravity slide 4. The front end stopper 44 is connected to one end of the roller 43 near the door body 23. The rear end blocking portion 45 is connected to an end of the roller 43 remote from the door body 23. The separation strip 46 is connected to the side of the roller 43 extending in the longitudinal direction of the tank 1, and the separation strip 46 extends at least partially above the roller 43.
The number of rollers 43 is plural, the plural rollers 43 are arranged in the front-rear direction, the single roller 43 has a cylindrical structure, and the beverage is placed on the rollers 43 so that the beverage can slide along the rollers 43. The shapes of the rollers 43 are the same, and the rollers 43 arranged front and back are aligned, so that the arrangement mode of the rollers 43 is more attractive, and the beverage can slide in the front and back arrangement areas of the rollers 43 more conveniently.
The front end blocking portion 44 is connected to the front side of the roller 43 closest to the door body 23, the front end blocking portion 44 is capable of blocking the roller 43 from moving toward the door body 23, and the rear end blocking portion 45 is connected to the rear side of the roller 43 furthest from the door body 23 to block the roller 43 from moving toward the rear side. In some embodiments, the front end stops 44 and the rear end stops 45 are connected identically, mounted on the front and rear sides of the roller 43, respectively.
The slideway 4 further comprises a blocking strip connected to the left and right sides of the roller 43 to block the roller 43 from moving towards the left and right sides, a separating strip 46 connected to one side of the blocking strip, and a separating strip 46 for blocking the beverage from moving towards the outside of the separating strip 46.
In some embodiments of the present application, the separation strip 46 includes a first blocking edge 461 and a second blocking edge 462, the second blocking edge 462 is connected to the bottom end of the first blocking edge 461, a first extending side 463 and a second extending side 464 are disposed in an included angle formed by the first blocking edge 461 and the second blocking edge 462, and the first blocking edge 461, the second blocking edge 462, the first extending side 463 and the second extending side 464 jointly define a cavity 465.
The separation strip 46 is an aluminum strip, and the separation strip 46 of the aluminum strip comprises four sides: the first blocking edge 461, the second blocking edge 462, the first extending side 463 and the second extending side 464, the first blocking edge 461 extends to a height higher than the highest point of the roller 43 so that the beverage on the roller 43 can be blocked by the first blocking edge 461 when moving toward the outside of the partition strip 46.
The second blocking edge 462 extends in the left-right direction so that the second blocking edge 462 can be connected to the bottom of the blocking strip on the side of the roller 43.
A first angular region is formed between the first barrier edge 461 and the second barrier edge 462.
The first barrier edge 461, the second barrier edge 462, the first extension side 463 and the second extension side 464 together enclose a cavity 465, which can reduce the weight of the separator strip 46, while the cavity 465 reserves the deformation amount of the separator strip 46.
The width of the first extending side 463 and the second extending side 464 is smaller than the width of the first blocking edge 461 extending in the up-down direction, so that the cavity 465 cannot completely cover the first included angle area, and thus other space of the first included angle area which is not occupied by the cavity 465 can be used for placing articles, increasing the space for storing articles on the slide 4.
In some embodiments of the present application, the refrigerator 100 further includes a limit bar 6, where the limit bar 6 is connected to one end of the slide 4 near the door 23 and one end near the back plate of the case 1, and the limit bar 6 includes: the first limiting stop edge 61 and the second limiting stop edge 62 are provided with a first limiting side edge 63 in an included angle formed by the first limiting stop edge 61 and the second limiting stop edge 62, and the extending directions of the first limiting side edge 63 and the second limiting stop edge 62 are the same.
The stopper 6 can restrict the movement of the slide 4 toward the door 23, and when the number of slides 4 is n, the width of the stopper 6 extending in the left-right direction is not smaller than the sum of the widths of the front end stoppers 44 of the n slides 4 extending in the left-right direction.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first installation space 42 is provided at a side of the front end blocking portion 44 or the rear end blocking portion 45 remote from the top plate 21.
Correspondingly, the single slideway 4 corresponds to two limiting parts, one of which is arranged in the first installation space 42 in the front end blocking part 44, and the other of which is arranged in the first installation space 42 in the rear end blocking part, so that the front part and the rear part of the slideway 4 are connected with the layer frame 3 through the connecting part 5, and the connection between the slideway 4 and the layer frame 3 is firmer.
In some embodiments of the present application, the stop bar 6 further includes a protrusion 64 connected to the second stop bar blocking edge 62, the protrusion 64 extending along the height of the case 1.
The front end of the slideway 4, which is close to the door body 23, is provided with a mounting concave part which is connected with the bulge 64 in a matching way, and the bulge 64 is connected in the mounting concave part.
Specifically, the front end portion of the sliding way 4, which is close to the door body 23, is provided with a front end blocking portion 44, and the mounting recess portion is arranged on the front end blocking portion 44, and is matched with the protrusion 64 on the second limit stop edge 62 through the mounting recess portion on the front end blocking portion 44, so that the front end blocking portion 44 can be fixedly connected with the second limit stop edge 62.
The rear end part of the slideway 4, which is close to the backboard of the box body 1, is provided with a mounting concave part which is connected with the bulge 64 in a matching way, and the bulge 64 is connected in the mounting concave part.
Specifically, the rear end portion of the sliding way 4, which is close to the door body 23, is provided with a rear end blocking portion 45, the mounting recess portion is arranged on the rear end blocking portion 45, and the mounting recess portion on the rear end blocking portion 45 is matched with the protrusion 64 on the second limiting stop edge 62, so that the rear end blocking portion 45 can be fixedly connected with the second limiting stop edge 62.
In some embodiments of the present application, the bottom surface of the slideway 4 is provided with at least four extending plates 41 extending along the height direction, the four extending plates 41 enclose a first installation space 42, and the connecting part 5 is connected in the first installation space 42, so that the moving direction of the extending plates 41 is limited by the connecting part 5.
Specifically, the bottom surface of the slide 4 is provided with a mesh plate extending in the height direction, and the mesh plate includes a plurality of extending plates 41 extending in the up-down direction, and the plurality of extending plates 41 are staggered with each other.
