A Tablet computer, also called a laptop (Tablet Personal Computer, tablet PC), is a small, portable personal computer with a touch screen as a basic input device.
As known from the background art, in the daily carrying and use process of the user, the tablet personal computer is inevitably subject to shaking or impact to a certain extent, especially an industrial tablet personal computer, which is an industrial control computer specially used in the industry, so that the industrial tablet personal computer is inevitably subjected to more severe use scenes and uncontrollable problem situations in the use process.
In general, an equipment component located inside a tablet pc is generally fixed by adopting an adhesive manner, for example, an indicator light module for displaying a current working state of the tablet pc or a current mode of the corresponding component, that is, by adopting an internal adhesive or dispensing manner. However, the equipment component is difficult to accurately position with the tablet personal computer in such a way, the assembly difficulty is high, the requirement on assembly personnel is relatively high, the assembly is inconvenient, if the use environment is relatively bad, or when the equipment is greatly rocked or impacted, the equipment component is easy to be positioned in the equipment to loose and fall off, and along with the increase of the use time of the tablet personal computer, the adhesive strength of the equipment component is also reduced after the internal temperature of the equipment is increased, so that the installation stability of the equipment component is poor, and finally, the equipment component is inconvenient to detach in such a way, so that the requirement of component maintenance or replacement is difficult to be met. For this purpose, the present embodiment provides the following embodiments.
In this embodiment, the electronic device includes, but is not limited to, the tablet computer, the tablet display device and other electronic devices having an image display function or not having an image display function, and in addition, the electronic device may be portable as a tablet computer or not being portable as a desktop display. The light panel 30 may be understood as a substrate on which a light source assembly (such as an LED light bead) is disposed, or other light source components capable of providing a light emitting function, and the structure thereof may be, but not limited to, a plate structure, or may be designed into other irregular structural forms.
The lamp panel fixing structure changes the structure of the electronic equipment to which the lamp panel fixing structure is applied, and optimizes the assembly structure between equipment components such as the lamp panel 30 and the electronic equipment, so that a series of problems that the equipment components are difficult to detach and accurately mount, the mounting stability of the components is poor, the components are easy to loosen and fall off and the like are solved.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the lamp panel fixing structure includes a frame 10 in an electronic device, wherein the frame 10 is used as a supporting main body of the electronic device, the portable electronic device can adopt a plastic frame 10 with smaller weight, and the frame 10 can be processed by extrusion, injection molding, 3D printing and other processes; in the application of the table-type device with relatively large body size and weight, the frame 10 may be a section frame 10 (which may be formed by extrusion) or a sheet metal frame 10 (which may be formed by bending, rolling, stamping, etc.), so as to ensure that the structural strength thereof can meet the requirements of the electronic device.
The frame 10 can serve as a supporting body of the electronic device, provide a mounting position of the device housing, and also provide a certain protection function for device components located inside the electronic device, and specifically, the frame 10 may be integrally disposed so as to define a mounting space 11, and the device components can be disposed in the mounting space 11 while being mounted in the device housing.
In one embodiment, the frame 10 may be integrally formed, and the frame 10 is configured to be a frame body similar to a ring structure, so that the enclosed area forms the installation space 11.
In another embodiment, the whole structure of the frame 10 may be formed by connecting frame sections formed by multiple sections in a split manner, for example, in the case of a frame body structure in which the whole frame 10 is rectangular, the whole frame 10 may be divided into four frame sections, and the four frame sections are sequentially connected to form the installation space 11.
For the purpose of facilitating a more complete understanding of the present solution, in the present utility model, for the lamp panel fixing structure, the side of the frame 10 near the inside of the installation space 11 is the inner side thereof, whereas the side of the frame 10 far from the inside of the installation space 11 is the outer side thereof; in the structure described later, the side of the panel 20 close to the installation space 11 (i.e., the side of the panel 20 close to the back plate 60) is the rear side thereof, the side of the panel 20 away from the installation space 11 is the front side thereof, the side of the back plate 60 close to the installation space 11 (i.e., the side of the back plate 60 close to the panel 20) is the front side thereof, and the side of the back plate 60 away from the installation space 11 is the rear side thereof.
With continued reference to fig. 1-4, the inner side of the frame 10 is provided with a slot opening communicated with the accommodating groove 12 of the mounting space 11, the accommodating groove 12 can provide a mounting position for equipment components, so that the equipment components can be relatively fixed with the frame 10 through the accommodating groove 12, the accommodating groove 12 can restrict and limit the equipment components assembled therein through the slot wall, the equipment components are not required to be mounted into the electronic equipment in a gluing mode or the like, the mounting difficulty of the equipment components is reduced, and meanwhile, the positioning precision of the equipment components in the electronic equipment can be correspondingly improved, so that the equipment components can be ensured to normally provide corresponding functions for users. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the accommodating groove 12 is formed on the inner side of the frame 10, that is, on the basis of the electronic equipment components, the accommodating groove 12 is formed by utilizing the original structure, so that the situation that components required for providing equipment component installation are additionally arranged in the electronic equipment, and thus the internal structure of the electronic equipment, the assembly of other equipment components, the whole size of the electronic equipment and the like are influenced is avoided.
In an embodiment, the accommodating groove 12 may be formed by subsequent processing after the frame 10 is processed and molded, for example, the accommodating groove 12 is cut by milling on the inner side of the frame 10 after the frame 10 is extruded and molded; in another embodiment, the receiving groove 12 may be formed together with the frame 10 during the processing and manufacturing process of the frame 10 through an integral molding process, for example, when the frame 10 is processed through injection molding, 3D printing, or the like, the receiving groove 12 may be directly formed in the frame 10 structure, so as to reduce the processing steps of the frame 10.
In addition to the above embodiment, the light panel fixing structure further includes a panel 20, where the panel 20 may be used as a device housing of the electronic device, and by mounting the panel 20 on the frame 10 and covering the first side of the mounting space 11, the first side of the electronic component of the electronic device is protected, and the mounting position of the device component of the electronic device in the mounting space 11 can also be provided. It should be noted that, in this example, the first side of the installation space 11 may be understood as the front side of the installation space 11, and of course, the panels 20 in this example may be disposed on two opposite sides of the frame 10, respectively, so as to cover the first side and the second side of the installation space 11, thereby completely sealing the installation space 11.
That is, the panel 20 is disposed on the frame 10, so that the equipment component can be protected by the panel 20, and in some embodiments, the panel 20 can also limit the equipment component mounted in the receiving slot 12, so as to improve the assembly stability and positioning accuracy between the equipment component and the frame 10.
In an embodiment, a positioning groove (not shown) extending along the frame 10 is disposed on a first side of the frame 10 near the first side, and a limiting side edge is protruding from an outer edge of the positioning groove of the frame 10, and a structure formed by surrounding the limiting side plate is matched with an outer edge structure of the panel 20, so that the panel 20 can be embedded in the positioning groove, and positioning of the panel on the frame 10 is realized through the limiting side edge. In addition, the device panel 20 and the frame 10 may be mounted and fixed by means of, for example, foam double faced adhesive tape, dispensing, screwing, clamping, ultrasonic welding, etc.
In addition to the above embodiments, the present embodiment specifically adopts the lamp panel 30 as the above-described equipment component for mounting in the housing groove 12, and the lamp panel 30 can be inserted into the housing groove 12 through the notch of the housing groove 12, and at the same time, the lamp panel 30 can be pulled out from the housing groove 12 through the notch, so as to achieve the detachment from the frame 10. In a specific application scenario, and when the light panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the light source assembly disposed on the light panel 30 may emit light through one or more components in the frame 10 located on the outer side and the panel 20 located on the front side and/or the rear side thereof, from which component the light specifically needs to be emitted, or the specific emitting direction, the angle range, and the like of the light may be selected according to the application of the electronic device and the user requirement, and only the light transmitting portion 211 corresponding to the light panel 30 may be disposed on the component that needs to emit light.
In the lamp panel fixing structure provided in the above embodiment, the frame 10 is used as the main body of the lamp panel fixing structure, so that the lamp panel 30 can be stably restrained in the frame 10 by the accommodating groove 12, and in the process of assembling the lamp panel 30, a user can directly determine the specific installation position of the lamp panel 30 on the frame 10 through the accommodating groove 12, so that the assembling difficulty of the lamp panel 30, which is one of the equipment components, is greatly reduced, the requirement on an assembling person is relatively reduced, in addition, the accommodating groove 12 also serves as the positioning structure of the lamp panel 30 on the frame 10, so that the lamp panel 30 can be positioned on an electronic device, the positioning accuracy of the lamp panel 30 in the device is improved, and therefore, the light emitted by the lamp panel 30 can be accurately emitted through the frame 10 or the panel 20, and the light source component on the lamp panel 30 cannot deviate relatively from the light transmitting part 211 on the frame 10 and/or the panel 20, so that the brightness of the light emitted from the light transmitting part can meet the use requirement of the electronic device is ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, the lamp panel fixing structure according to the above embodiment further includes a limiting bracket 40, where the limiting bracket 40 is detachably disposed on the frame 10, the limiting bracket 40 is provided with a first limiting portion 421, where the first limiting portion 421 is located near a notch of the accommodating groove 12 in a case that the limiting bracket 40 is mounted on the frame 10, and the first limiting portion 421 is at least partially blocked at the notch of the accommodating groove 12, where it can be understood that in a mounting and dismounting direction of the lamp panel 30 in the accommodating groove 12, a win of the first limiting portion 421 is at least partially overlapped with a projection of the notch of the accommodating groove 12, so that the first limiting portion 421 can restrict a moving direction of the lamp panel 30 out of the accommodating groove 12 through the notch of the accommodating groove 12 in a case that the lamp panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12. The limiting support 40 is detachably connected with the frame 10, so that the lamp panel 30 can be detached from the accommodating groove 12 under the constraint that the limiting support 40 is lost, and the lamp panel 30 can be maintained or replaced conveniently.
In the above-mentioned scheme, when the light panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the accommodating groove 12 can be mutually matched through the groove wall and the limiting bracket 40 thereof to limit the light panel 30 on the frame 10, so that the light panel 30 is not easily loosened and separated due to the impact, shaking, temperature rise and other conditions of equipment, thereby enhancing the assembly stability of the light panel 30 in the electronic equipment, and in order to ensure the stability of the light panel 30 in the accommodating groove 12, when the light panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the groove wall of the accommodating groove 12 and the first limiting portion 421 are abutted against the surface of the light panel 30, thereby reducing the movable gap between the light panel 30 and the accommodating groove 12 or the limiting bracket 40. Of course, in other embodiments, a certain clearance may be provided between the groove wall of the accommodating groove 12 and the first limiting portion 421 and the lamp panel 30, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, when the light panel 30 is inserted into the receiving groove 12, the degree of freedom of movement of one side of the light panel 30 can be limited by the panel 20, and referring to fig. 1-6, a first opening 121 is formed on one side of the frame 10 near the panel 20 and is in communication with the receiving groove 12, so that when the light panel 30 is inserted into the receiving groove 12, a first surface (not shown) of the light panel 30 can be exposed from the first opening 121 to the outside of the frame 10. Here, in this embodiment, the first opening 121 communicating with the accommodating groove 12 is formed on the front side of the frame 10, so that materials required for processing the frame 10 can be saved, and thus, the production cost of the frame 10 is reduced, and meanwhile, the front side of the frame 10 located in the accommodating groove 12 does not need to be designed with a limiting structure for limiting the degree of freedom of the front side of the lamp panel 30, and the lamp panel 30 is limited by the panel 20, so that the thickness dimension of the frame 10 in the front-rear direction can be reduced to a certain extent, and therefore, the electronic device is kept light and thin in size, and portability of the electronic device is improved.
In this example, the panel 20 is completely shielded on the first side of the installation space 11 on the basis of the device housing of the seat electronic device, that is, in the case that the first opening 121 is formed on the front side of the bezel 10, the panel 20 also completely covers the first opening 121, and when the light panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the panel 20 is also shielded on the front side of the light panel 30 and abuts against the front side of the light panel 30, so as to restrict the degree of freedom of the front side of the light panel 30, and limit the light panel 30 from being separated from the accommodating groove 12 through the first opening 121.
Of course, in the above embodiment, a certain play may be formed between the rear side surface of the panel 20 and the front side surface of the lamp panel 30, and this also plays a role of restraining and limiting the lamp panel 30 within a certain range.
In the embodiment in which the first opening 121 is formed in the front side of the housing groove 12 in the above-described frame 10, the front side of the lamp panel 30 is not blocked by the frame 10, and the lamp panel 30 is positioned in the housing groove 12 in a state of facing the panel 20, so that in this embodiment, the lamp panel fixing structure can emit light through the panel 20. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the panel 20 may be provided with a light-transmitting portion 211, it is understood that the light transmittance of the panel 20 at the light-transmitting portion 211 is relatively high, so that light can pass through the panel 20 from the light-transmitting portion 211, and in order to allow the light-transmitting portion 211 to pass through more light emitted by the lamp panel 30, the light-transmitting portion 211 is disposed opposite to the accommodating groove 12 through the first opening 121, and it is understood that the light-transmitting portion 211, the first opening 121 and the accommodating groove 12 are connected in a straight line, and in the case that the lamp panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the light-transmitting portion 211 is configured such that the light emitted by the lamp panel 30 can be transmitted to the outside of the electronic device through the light-transmitting portion 211.
Of course, in a configuration different from the above embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 211 and the accommodating groove 12 may be provided in a staggered manner, so long as a passage through which light passes can be formed between the light-transmitting portion 211 and the first opening 121, so that light emitted from the lamp panel 30 located in the accommodating groove 12 can be emitted to the light-transmitting portion 211 through the passage.
In the embodiment where the light-transmitting portion 211 is opposite to the accommodating groove 12 through the first opening 121, in order to make the brightness of the light emitted by the light-transmitting portion 211 higher, the user can obtain the current working state of the electronic device or the current state of a certain functional module more easily through the light emitted by the lamp panel 30, and when the lamp panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the light source assembly disposed on the lamp panel 30 is opposite to the light-transmitting portion 211.
As can be appreciated from the above embodiments, the light-transmitting portion 211 may be formed according to different factors such as the structure and the material of the panel 20. For example, in the case where the panel 20 is made of a plastic plate (non-transparent plastic), a metal plate, or the like, which has a low light transmittance, the light transmitting portion 211 may be provided as a through hole opened in the panel 20 so that light can exit from the through hole to the outside of the panel 20; in the case where the panel 20 is made of a material having high transmittance such as acryl or glass, the light-transmitting portion 211 may be formed by the material characteristics of the panel 20 itself, that is, light can be directly emitted out of the panel 20 through the body of the panel 20.
Of course, in addition to the above-described embodiments, in the embodiment in which the light is emitted through the bezel 10 by the lamp panel 30, the present embodiment does not exclude the embodiment in which the bezel 10 is provided on the front side of the housing groove 12 with a stopper integrally formed with the bezel 10, so that the front side of the lamp panel 30 is shielded and restricted.
In the application of the lamp panel fixing structure in the electronic device, it can be understood that the lamp panel 30 needs a power supply in the electronic device, and the control unit is electrically connected to supply power to the lamp panel 30 through the power supply, so that the control unit and the like can control the specific states (such as on/off, illuminance, color and the like) of the lamp panel 30 according to the current working state of the electronic device or the corresponding functional module in the electronic device. In an embodiment, according to any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-6, a side of the frame 10 facing away from the panel 20 is provided with a second opening 122 communicating with the receiving groove 12, so that, when the light panel 30 is inserted into the receiving groove 12, at least a portion of the second surface 31 of the light panel 30 may be exposed from the second opening 122 to the outside of the frame 10. Here, the light panel 30 may be electrically connected to the connection line through the second surface 31, that is, the connection line for electrically connecting to the electronic device control unit and the power source may be connected to the light panel 30 through the second opening 122, so that the light panel 30 may be communicatively connected to the motherboard of the electronic device through the second opening 122, so as to avoid mutual interference between the connection line and the frame 10.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, the first surface and the second surface 31 of the light panel 30 are disposed opposite to each other, and when the light panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the first surface is located at the front side of the light panel 30, and the second surface 31 is opposite to the front side of the light panel 30, and the light source assembly of the light panel 30 can be disposed on the first surface of the light panel 30, so that the light can be emitted from the front side of the electronic device through the panel 20, the user can obtain the current state information of the device, and the connecting wire for connecting with the electronic device control unit and other components is connected with the second surface 31 of the light panel 30.
Similar to the effect that the first opening 121 is formed in the frame 10, the second opening 122 is formed in the frame 10, which can save materials required for processing the frame 10, thereby reducing the production cost of the frame 10.
In the present embodiment, since other equipment components corresponding to the functions of the electronic equipment are required to be disposed in the installation space 11, the frame 10 cannot be disposed on the rear side of the accommodating groove 12 too close to the limiting structure of the lamp panel 30 as the front side thereof, and if the limiting structure on the rear side of the lamp panel 30 is disposed on the rear side of the frame 10 (i.e., between the frame 10 and the back plate 60), the lamp panel 30 cannot be disposed on the limiting structure to ensure the stability of the lamp panel in the accommodating groove 12, and the arrangement mode also has the risk of mutual interference between the connecting wires and the limiting structure, thereby affecting the control of the electronic equipment on the lamp panel 30.
For the above reasons, referring to fig. 6, the lamp panel fixing structure of the present embodiment is further provided with a second limiting portion 123 located at the second opening 122, the second limiting portion 123 is configured to limit the lamp panel 30 from being separated from the accommodating groove 12 through the second opening 122, and the second limiting portion 123 is disposed at the second opening 122, so that the second limiting portion 123 can be located at a position relatively close to the second surface 31 of the lamp panel 30, so that the second limiting portion 123 can limit the movement freedom of the lamp panel 30 in the rear side direction by abutting against the second surface 31, ensuring that the lamp panel 30 has good stability in the accommodating groove 12, and in addition, the second limiting portion 123 can also define the assembly position of the lamp panel 30 in the rear side direction, in combination with the panel 20 to restrict the assembly position of the front side direction of the lamp panel 30, the panel 20 and the second limiting part 123 are respectively abutted against the first surface and the second surface 31 of the lamp panel 30, the groove wall and the first limiting part 421 at the periphery of the accommodating groove 12 are respectively abutted against the edge of each plate of the lamp panel 30, and limit is provided for the horizontal direction of the groove wall and the first limiting part 421, so that the positioning precision of the lamp panel 30 in the electronic device is higher, the lamp panel 30 can be positioned at the installation position by directly inserting the lamp panel 30 into the accommodating groove 12 through the notch of the accommodating groove 12 by a user, and the assembly process does not need manual alignment and other operations, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of products, improving the reassembling efficiency and ensuring that each assembly can meet the assembly requirement of the electronic device when the disassembly, maintenance and replacement.
As an alternative to the above embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 6, the second limiting portion 123 is convexly disposed on the side of the accommodating groove 12 away from the panel 20, specifically, the second limiting portion 123 is convexly disposed toward the center direction of the second opening 122, so as to form a step structure for blocking the rear side (the second side) of the lamp panel 30 on the side of the accommodating groove 12 away from the panel 20 (i.e. the rear side of the accommodating groove 12), and it should be understood that the protruding step structure and the frame 10 may be disposed as an integral piece, i.e. integrally formed by injection molding, 3D printing, etc., or may be processed on the processed frame 10 by a material reduction (such as milling, cutting, etc.) or an additive (such as welding, bonding, etc.).
In a further aspect of the above embodiment, the second limiting portion 123 is disposed along the mouth of the second opening 122, so that when the lamp panel 30 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, most of the edges of the lamp panel 30 located on the second surface 31 can abut against the second limiting portion 123, or are disposed opposite to the second limiting portion 123, for example, the structure of the lamp panel 30 is substantially rectangular, the structure of the groove of the accommodating groove 12 is matched with the structure of the lamp panel 30, and the second limiting portion 123 can abut against three edges of the lamp panel 30 and the fourth edge of the lamp panel 30 is not abutted by the second limiting portion 123 due to the notch of the accommodating groove 12 on the basis that the second limiting portion 123 is disposed along the mouth of the second opening 122. Through the arrangement, on the premise that the second opening 122 is formed in the rear side of the accommodating groove 12 of the frame 10, the contact area between the second limiting part 123 and the lamp panel 30 is increased, so that the stability of the lamp panel 30 in the accommodating groove 12 is improved, and the condition that the lamp panel 30 is inclined relative to the accommodating groove 12 due to unbalanced acting force acting on the lamp panel 30 by the second limiting part 123 and normal use of the lamp panel 30 is affected is avoided.
As can be seen from the description that the second opening 122 provides the connection line to pass through, the second limiting portion 123 is disposed along the opening edge of the second opening 122, so that interference between the second limiting portion 123 and the connection line located in the second opening 122 is avoided, and stable connection between the lamp panel 30 and the electronic device control unit is ensured.
As an embodiment of the solution that the second opening 122 communicating with the accommodating groove 12 is formed on a side (the rear side of the frame 10) of the frame 10 away from the panel 20, the second limiting portion 123 may be disposed on the rear side of the accommodating groove 12 when the second opening 122 is not formed in the frame 10, that is, the side of the frame 10, which is located on the side of the accommodating groove 12 away from the panel 20, is further provided with the second limiting portion 123, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the freedom of movement of the light panel 30 toward the side away from the panel 20. Similar to the above embodiment in which the light panel 30 is restricted from the movable degrees of freedom in the front direction by the panel 20, the second stopper structure may be provided on the rear side of the housing groove 12 so as to be in contact with the second surface 31, and may be engaged with the panel 20 to restrict the movable degrees of freedom of the light panel 30 in the front-rear direction.
