The fixed slot 34 plays the function of stepping down on the one hand, avoids the second fixed part 754 protruding on the top end of the door body 30 to influence the whole installation of the storage cabinet 100, and on the other hand, the fixed slot 34 provides a limiting function for the second fixed part 754, so that the convenience of positioning between the decorative door 20 and the door body 30 is further improved.
In order to solve the problem that there is a slight misalignment between the door body 30 and the decorative door 20 after the decorative door 20 is mounted on the door body 30, the first fixing portion 752 may be rotated with respect to the decorative door 20 when the first connecting member 76 is not fastened, so that the surface of the second fixing portion 754 is substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the fixing groove 34, thereby ensuring that the second connecting member 77 can be smoothly mounted on the door body 30.
When the decorative door 20 is mounted, the decorative door body 30 is attached, the first buckle set 72 and the second buckle set 74 are engaged, and the second fixing portion 754 is inserted into the fixing groove 34. The first fixing portion 752 is rotated relative to the decorative door 20 until the second fixing portion 754 is substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the fixing groove 34, then the first connecting member 76 is tightened to fix the first fixing portion 752, and finally the second connecting member 77 is fixed to the door body 30, thereby completing the installation of the decorative door 20.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the second fixing portion 754 is further provided with an adjustment groove 7541, the adjustment groove 7541 is extended along the width direction of the door body 30, and the adjustment groove 7541 penetrates the second fixing portion 754 along the thickness direction of the second fixing portion 754. The second connecting piece 77 is inserted into the adjusting groove 7541 and is connected to the door body 30 by screw threads. The top end of the door body 30 is provided with a screw hole engaged with the second connecting member 77, and the screw hole communicates with the adjustment groove 7541. The second connector 77 is adjustably mated with the adjustment slot 7541. The adjusting groove 7541 is arranged to enable the second connecting piece 77 to be matched and connected with the threaded hole on the door body 30 through the adjusting groove 7541 even if the position of the second fixing portion 754 relative to the door body 30 changes, so that the adaptability of the fixing piece 75 is improved.
It should be understood that "an element is stacked on another element" in this specification, and it should be understood that the two may be stacked in direct contact, or indirectly (e.g., when there is a intervening element therebetween), such as that the intervening element may be stacked on the other element, and that the element may be stacked on the intervening element, thereby "on the other element. In the present embodiment, the first fixing portion 752 is indirectly stacked on the decorative door 20, and the second fixing portion 754 is indirectly stacked on the bottom wall of the fixing groove 34.
Referring again to fig. 11, in particular, in the present embodiment, the connecting assembly 70 may further include a first spacer 78 and a second spacer 79, the first spacer 78 is stacked between the first fixing portion 752 and the decorative door 20, and the second spacer 79 is stacked between the second fixing portion 754 and the bottom wall of the fixing slot 34. The first gasket 78 and the second gasket 79 compensate for the connection of the door body 30 and the decorative door 20, and even if the door body 30 is deformed after foaming, the door body 30 and the decorative door 20 are not misaligned at the top and bottom ends. The specific number of the first gasket 78 and the second gasket 79 is not limited in this specification, and the number of the first gasket 78 and the second gasket 79 can be adjusted according to the influence of the deformation amount generated by the foaming of the door body 30 on the position between the door body 30 and the decorative door 20, thereby ensuring the stability of the installation of the decorative door 20.
The present specification does not limit the specific number of the fixing members 75, for example, the number of the fixing members 75 may be set to one, and the fixing members 75 are provided at the middle of the door body 30 to improve stability; alternatively, the number of the fixing pieces 75 may be plural, and the plurality of fixing pieces 75 may be arranged at intervals in the width direction of the door body 30. In the present embodiment, two fixing members 75 are provided, and the two fixing members 75 are disposed at intervals in the width direction of the door body 30 and are disposed substantially symmetrically with respect to the center line of the door body 30. The two fixing members 75 improve the stability of the installation between the door body 30 and the decorative door 20 and further improve the convenience of alignment at the time of the installation.
When the locker 100 and the decorative door 20 provided by the application are assembled, the decorative door 20 is attached close to the door body 30, the first buckle group 72 and the second buckle group 74 are clamped and matched, the first buckle 721 is clamped in the first limiting space 723, and the second buckle 741 is clamped in the second limiting space 743. The first fastener 721 and the second fastener 741 are interlocked, thereby forming a firm and reliable locking system, which is simple and quick to install and firm to connect.
The first hasp set 72 and the second hasp set 74 are adopted to confirm and primarily fix the position of the decorative door 20, and then the fixing piece 75 is adopted to secondarily fix and position the door body 30 and the decorative door 20, so that the stability of connection is high, the installation time is greatly saved, and the installation efficiency is improved.
