Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present utility model. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the utility model may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a magnetic door device is applied to a self-service terminal, and the maintenance door is arranged on the back of the self-service terminal. The door apparatus includes: a frame 100, a door 200, and a rotator 300. One side of the door body 200 is mounted on the open face 110 of the frame body 100 through a rotating member 300, and the outer part of the other side of the door body 200 is overlapped with the surface of the frame body 100 to form a complete cambered surface; and the open surface 110 is provided with at least one magnetic member 130 embedded in the outer edge of the frame 100, and the inside of the other side of the door 200 is provided with a metal member 210 adapted to the magnetic member 130.
In a further embodiment, at least one fitting groove 120 is provided on an outer edge of the open face 110, and the fitting groove 120 may partially accommodate the magnetic member 130. The magnetic member 130 includes a counter bore strong magnet and a protective layer disposed outside the counter bore strong magnet. Because the middle part of the magnetic member 130 is provided with a circular hole, the magnetic member is mounted in the matching groove by rivets or screws. The protective layer may be an anti-wear coating or a metal shell, the anti-wear coating is a silicone oil type lubricant coated on the surface of the magnetic member 130, the metal shell is a sheet sleeve made of ferromagnetic material, and the sheet sleeve may at least cover the outer surface of the magnetic member 130. On the basis of ensuring the strong magnetic force of the magnetic piece 130, the slag dropping phenomenon generated by friction collision in the door opening and closing process is avoided by directly contacting the external metal piece 210 with the magnetic piece 130, and the service lives of the whole magnetic piece 130 and the door device are prolonged.
In a further embodiment, the metal member 210 is bent inward along the inside of the other side of the door body 200 to be approximately parallel to the door body 200. An elastic-like structure is formed, a certain damping effect is achieved, rigid collision between the door body 200 and the frame body 100 is avoided, and the service lives of the frame body 100 and the door body 200 are prolonged. The door body 200 and the metal piece 210 are formed by integrally bending ferromagnetic metal sheet metal parts, and the door body is high in structural stability, easy to process and low in cost.
In a further embodiment, the middle portion of the door body 200 is recessed inward to form the handle portion 140. The handle 140 is hidden inside the body, so that the external space is reduced, the user can conveniently open the handle, and the trouble caused by subsequent maintenance of the machine is avoided.
In a further embodiment, the rotating member 300 includes: the body portion 310, the first rotation shaft 320, the second rotation shaft 330, and the limit post 350. The body 310 is fan-shaped and is attached to the inner side of the side surface of the door 200; the first rotating shaft 320 is fixedly installed at or near the center of the circle of the body 310, passes through the side surface of the door body 200, and is rotatably installed on the open surface 110; the second rotating shaft 330 is fixedly installed at the inner side of the side surface of the door body 200, and passes through the installation hole 340 of the outer edge portion of the body portion 310; and the first shaft 320 and the second shaft 330 are not coaxial. The outer edge of the body 310 is further provided with a limiting post 350, and the limiting post 350 is located at a side far away from the mounting hole 340. When the door body 200 rotates along the open surface 110, the bottom portion of the door body 200 rotates into the frame body 100, which reduces the opening width of the door body 200 and facilitates the maintenance of the door in a narrow space.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical scheme of the magnetic door device, a brief description is made of the working principle of the magnetic door device: in the opening process, the user holds the handle 140 to overcome the adsorption force of the magnetic part 130 to the metal part 210, so that the door body 200 rotates along the first rotating shaft 320, meanwhile, under the driving of the second rotating shaft 330, the body 310 rotates along the second rotating shaft 330, and further drives the limiting post 350 to rotate, when the limiting post 350 abuts against the open face 110, the limiting of the whole door body 200 can be realized, the rear door is prevented from falling off and smashing a workbench, meanwhile, the opening amplitude of the maintenance door is reduced, the use of the maintenance door in a narrow space is facilitated, and the space of the whole self-service terminal is more compact and more convenient to use.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. The various possible combinations of the utility model are not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
