Background
The traditional bathroom is formed by casting cast-in-place concrete, and meanwhile, the cast-in-place caisson structure is adopted. Compared with the traditional bathroom, the assembled integral bathroom has the advantages of high installation speed, less site construction waste, short construction period and the like, and is widely and widely applied.
Fabricated integrated toilets typically consist of a chassis, wall panels and ceilings. Wherein, the chassis is usually formed by SMC (sheet molding compound), aluminum honeycomb composite material, PU (polyurethane) foaming piece and glass fiber reinforced plastic; wallboard and ceilings are commonly made of color steel or aluminum honeycomb composite trim panels. The existing assembled integral bathroom has the following defects: 1) The chassis of the composite structure needs to be subjected to compression molding technology, the production technology is relatively complex, and the compression molding technology has large industrialization limitation. 2) The composite chassis is difficult to composite the surface decorative layers of ceramic tiles and the like, and meanwhile, the wallboard is not beneficial to pasting the surface decorative layers of ceramic tiles and the like, so that the defect that the surface decorative layers are easy to fall off exists.
The Chinese patent application with publication number of CN110528912A discloses a construction method of an integral bathroom, wherein a prefabricated chassis is arranged on a surface layer of a floor slab, an integrally formed reverse ridge is arranged on the edge of the chassis, a plurality of wallboards with stepped parts at the bottom are fixed on the chassis along the edge of the chassis, adjacent wallboards are connected with each other, ceramic tiles are respectively stuck on the inner side of the wallboards and the bottom surface of the chassis, and the chassis and the wallboards are foaming ceramic components. The ceramic tile comprises a wall ceramic tile and a bottom ceramic tile, longitudinal grooves are prefabricated on the wall board, and one side of the wall ceramic tile extends out of the side face of the wall board and is inserted into the groove of the adjacent other wall board to be fixed.
The concrete construction steps are as follows: 1) The surface layer of the floor slab is coated with ceramic tile glue, and a prefabricated chassis is arranged on the surface layer through the ceramic tile glue; 2) Coating waterproof glue on the splicing surface of the reverse ridge, coating waterproof glue on one side of all wallboards, sequentially mounting wallboards on the reverse ridge, and fixedly connecting adjacent wallboards; 3) After all the wallboards are installed, waterproof glue is coated on the inner side surfaces and the grooves of all the wallboards; 4) Attaching a wall tile to the inner side surface of one of the wallboards, wherein one side of the wall tile is flush with one side of the groove, and the other side of the wall tile is inserted into the groove of the adjacent other wallboard to be fixedly connected; 5) Repeating the step 4) until the inner side of the wallboard is fully covered with the wall tiles, then coating the tile glue on the top surface of the chassis, and attaching the bottom tiles.
Although the utility model can well prevent the falling of wall bricks and floor tiles and does not need a chassis with a composite structure, a large amount of waterproof glue is needed in the construction process, such as the step 1) needs to be used for leveling the ground and preventing water, the step 3) needs to coat waterproof glue on the inner side surfaces and grooves of all the wallboards, the construction cost is very high, and the next working procedure is generally needed after the waterproof glue is completely solidified, thus influencing the construction period. In addition, because the adjacent wallboards are fixedly connected through waterproof glue, when the two adjacent wallboards are of a butt joint structure, the wallboards are very easy to be influenced by external force due to the limit of the grooves, so that the waterproof failure of the butt joint gap is caused, and the waterproof effect is further influenced.

The extending height of the abutting portion 3-3/4-3 is lower than the thickness of the surface decoration layer. Therefore, the appearance is ensured, and after the surface decorative layer is adhered, the abutting part 3-3/4-3 is further sealed by waterproof glue, so that the waterproof effect of the joint is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, the fastening member 5 is formed by two upper and lower buckles 5-1/5-2 that are fixedly connected to each other in a lap joint manner, and the upper and lower buckles 5-1/5-2 are mutually matched through inclined surfaces. In some embodiments, the fastener 5 may also be a hinge.
In this embodiment, when the adjacent wall panels are flat panel splice (as shown in fig. 5) or inside corner splice (as shown in fig. 6), it is preferable that the first profile 3 and the second profile 4 are fastened by up-and-down snap fasteners, and when the adjacent wall panels are outside corner splice (as shown in fig. 7), it is preferable that the first profile 3 and the second profile 4 are fastened by hinges. In other embodiments, all can be designed for snap fastening, depending on the actual requirements.
The advantage of adopting the hasp fastening is that when the splicing is carried out, the upper hasp 5-1/5-2 and the lower hasp 5-1/5-2 are staggered, the male buckle 3-2 is buckled into the female buckle 4-2, then the adjacent wallboard is loosened, the fastening of the first section bar 3 and the second section bar 4 can be realized under the self gravity action of the adjacent wallboard, and the assembly is more convenient and quicker. Particularly, by combining the arrangement of the abutting parts 3-3/4-3, the displacement of the first section bar 3 and the second section bar 4 caused by external force can be effectively avoided in the assembly process and after the assembly is completed, so that the damage to the waterproof adhesive layer between the abutting surfaces of the first section bar 3 and the second section bar 4 is effectively avoided, and the waterproof effect is ensured.
Further, a glue injection channel 6 is further provided on the abutting surface of the first section bar 3 and the second section bar 4, and the glue injection channel 6 is vertically oriented and penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the first section bar 3 and the second section bar 4. Here, the provision of the glue injection channel 6 has the advantage that it is not only convenient to inject a water-proof glue on the abutment surfaces of the first and second profiles 3, 4, but also it is possible to achieve a better water-proof effect on the abutment seams of the first and second profiles 3, 4.
In this embodiment, the glue injection channel 6 is preferably formed by two strip-shaped grooves formed on the first section bar 3 and the second section bar 4 respectively, so that the glue injection and waterproof effects are optimal.
As shown in fig. 9, a ceiling mounting section 7 is fastened to the top of the wall plate 2, a flange 7-1 extending toward the inside of the bathroom is formed on the ceiling mounting section 7, and the ceiling 8 is supported by the flange 7-1.
