The present invention is further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments and drawings. More details are elaborated in the following description to facilitate a full understanding of the present invention. However, the present invention can obviously be implemented in a variety of other ways different from the description. Those skilled in the art can make similar generalizations and deductions based on actual application situations without violating the connotation of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should not be limited by the content of this specific embodiment.

Fig. 1 shows an expanded stereogram of a razor storage box 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the utility model. The razor storage box 1 includes a cover portion 10 and a base portion 20, wherein the cover portion 10 is formed with a first storage compartment 31, and the base portion 20 is formed with a second storage compartment 32. The size and shape of the first storage compartment 31 are designed to store razors, while the second storage compartment 32 is designed to store the cutter heads of the razor. In a preferred embodiment, the size of the first storage compartment 31 is just enough to store one razor, and the second storage compartment 32 can store one or more cutter heads suitable for the razor. The cover portion 10 is detachably attached to the base portion 20.

As shown in FIG. 1 , the base portion 20 further includes a bracket 21 and a base 24. In the present invention, the bracket 21 and the base 24 are made of different materials, wherein the bracket 21 is made of an elastomeric material, specifically, the elastomeric material is silicone, and the base 24 can be made of plastic, and commonly used plastics include ABS. The bracket 21 is designed to hold or fix the razor in two scenarios of storage and use placement, and the base 24 is mainly used to accommodate the cutter head 61 and form a seating plane 251 suitable for being placed on a table. The bracket 21 and the base 24 are arranged side by side and interconnected to form an integral part. In a preferred embodiment, the bracket 21 and the base 24 are formed into an integral part during the injection molding process. In the integral part of the base portion 20, the side close to the cover portion 10 is the bracket 21, and the side away from the cover portion 10 is the base 24. When the cover portion 10 is attached to the base portion 20, the bracket 21 is fully inserted into the cover portion 10, and the base 24 is outside the cover portion 10.

In order to ensure that the cover part 10 will not be easily loosened after being covered on the base part 20, in a preferred embodiment, a snap-fitting recess may be provided in the inner surface of the cover part 10, and the base part 20 is provided with a snap-fitting protrusion detachably connected to the snap-fitting recess, wherein the snap-fitting recess is close to the opening edge of the cover part 10, and the snap-fitting protrusion is provided on the circumferential surface of the bracket 21. The cooperation between the cover part 10 and the base part 20 is not limited to this. In other alternative embodiments, a magnetic attraction member may be used to realize the connection between the cover part 10 and the base part 20, and the magnetic attraction member may be embedded in the cover part 10 and the base part 20.

FIG3 shows a perspective view of a bracket 21 of a base portion 20 according to a preferred embodiment of the utility model. The bracket 21 formed of an elastomeric material includes a retaining recess 22, which is arranged at a substantially middle position of the main body of the bracket 21, and is recessed from the side of the bracket 21 away from the base 24, and extends toward the base 24, and can extend to the base 24, or close to the base 24. The inner surface of the recess 22 has a shape that conforms to the handle of the razor to be retained. As shown in FIG7, when the razor 60 is stored or vertically retained, a section of the handle of the razor 60 away from the cutter head 61 is inserted into the retaining recess 22, and the inner surface of the retaining recess 22 envelops the outer surface of the section of the handle of the razor 60 to provide a retaining force. In a preferred embodiment, the bracket 21 is further provided with grooves 23 connected to the side surface 26 of the bracket 21 on opposite sides of the retaining recess 22, where the side surface 26 of the bracket 21 refers to the surface adjacent to the inner surface of the cover portion 10 after the bracket 21 is inserted into the cover portion 10. In this way, the groove 23 communicates with the holding recess 22 and divides the bracket 21 into a first bracket side and a second bracket side facing each other, and the first bracket side and the second bracket side are symmetrical about the holding recess 22 and the groove 23. When the bracket 21 is inserted into the cover part 10, the two opposite bracket sides are constrained by the inner surface of the cover part 10, clamping the handle to ensure that the shaver 60 is not easy to shake.

The size of the bracket 21 in the length direction of the storage box 1 (the extension direction of the handle as shown in FIG. 7 ) preferably accounts for about 1/3-1/4 of the length of the handle of the stored razor. If the bracket 21 is too short, it is not conducive to providing a holding force, and if it is too long, it is inconvenient to use. The bracket 21 structure according to the utility model is suitable for inserting razors of different styles. The handles of these razors may have different shapes, but by utilizing the elasticity of the bracket 21 material itself and the flexibility of the two sides of the bracket 21 arranged facing each other, the holding recess 22 can adaptively receive the handles of these razors with different shapes, and can reliably keep the razor 60 in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 7, which is particularly suitable for placing the razor in a humid environment such as a toilet to accelerate drainage, keep the razor as dry as possible, and reduce the growth of bacteria.

Preferably, the side surface 26 of the bracket 21 matches the shape of the corresponding inner surface of the cover portion 10. When the cover portion 10 is installed on the base portion 20 and the bracket 21 is received as a whole in the first accommodating chamber 31 of the cover portion 10, the side surface 26 of the bracket 21 contacts the inner surface of the cover portion, thereby substantially eliminating the deformable space between the bracket 21 and the cover portion 10, and helping to prevent the shaver in the first accommodating chamber 31 from shaking during movement.

As shown in Fig. 1, a second storage bin 32 is formed in the base 24 of the base portion 20, which is generally used to accommodate a replacement cutter head 61. In a preferred embodiment, the opening of the second storage bin 32 is arranged on the side of the base 24 opposite to the bracket 21, and a cover 25 for closing the opening is provided on the opening.

FIG6 shows a three-dimensional view of the cover 25 of the second storage bin 32. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a side surface of the cover 25 provides a seating plane 251 of the base 24. In order to increase the friction of the seating plane 251 relative to the placement plane so that the storage box 1 can be placed more firmly on the plane, the seating plane 251 of the cover 25 can be additionally treated with some anti-slip treatments, such as an anti-slip sheet can be added to the plane 251 or an anti-slip texture can be processed. In addition, a hinge 252 is provided on one side edge of the cover 25. In a preferred embodiment, the hinge 252 is made of silicone, and the cover 25 is connected to the body of the base 24 through the hinge 252. In order to enhance the sealing performance of the cover 25, a sealing ring 253 is also provided on the edge of the cover 25 to prevent moisture and dust from affecting the stored cutter heads in the second storage bin 32.

FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of a tool bit storage rack 50 disposed in the cavity of the base 24, and FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the tool bit storage rack 50. The tool bit storage rack 50 is an integral part formed by integral molding, and the internal cavity of the tool bit storage rack 50 is designed according to the size of the tool bit 61 to provide a second accommodating bin 32. As shown in FIG. 5, the tool bit storage rack 50 includes a pair of first cantilever-shaped engaging members 51 extending from the opening edge of the storage rack 50, and a snap-fitting portion is formed inside the base 24. The storage rack 50 engages with the snap-fitting portion through the first cantilever-shaped engaging members 51, so that the storage rack 50 is fixed in the cavity formed by the base 24, and a gap is left between the outer wall surface of the tool bit storage rack 50 and the inner wall surface of the base 24. In other alternative embodiments, the snap-fitting structure for attaching the storage rack 50 to the base 24 can also be set at other positions, or the storage rack 50 can be fixed to the base 24 by bonding or magnetic attraction.

On the other hand, in order to limit the shaking of the cutter head 61 in the second accommodating compartment 32, especially to prevent the cutter head from being damaged due to shaking when stored for travel, the cutter head storage rack 50 also includes a pair of second cantilever clamping members 52 for clamping the cutter head. The second cantilever clamping members 52 are integrally arranged on the opposite side walls of the cutter head storage rack 50, and the fixed end of the second cantilever clamping member 52 is close to the bottom wall of the storage rack 50. A protrusion 521 suitable for clamping the edge of the cutter head is formed on the free end of the cantilever. The two surfaces of the protrusion 521 facing the bottom wall of the storage rack 50 and the back-to-bottom wall form inclined surfaces to facilitate the insertion and removal of the blade 61.

In addition, the cutter bit storage rack 50 includes a stop portion 53, which is preferably integrally formed on the bottom wall of the storage rack 50 or the side wall adjacent to the bottom wall, so that after the cutter bit 61 is placed in the cutter bit storage rack 50, the inner bottom surface of the cutter bit storage rack 50 does not contact the cutter bit 61 stored therein, but leaves a certain gap.

When it is necessary to use the blade heads in the blade head storage rack 50, there is no need to manually take out the blade from the second storage bin. The user only needs to insert the blade handle of the razor directly into the second storage bin 32. The blade head is locked by the blade handle buckle. Because the blade head is fixed by the elastic structure of the storage bin, the user only needs to hold the blade handle to pull out the blade head, thereby achieving the goal that the user does not directly touch the blade head and meeting the protection requirements.

Alternatively, the base in the base may be made of metal, thereby providing a base with a certain weight.

On the other hand, the bracket 21 in the storage box 1 according to the present invention is made of an elastomeric material, and the retaining recess 22 therein can conform to handles of different shapes of different razors by means of the deformable characteristics of the elastomeric material, thereby improving versatility.

8. The shaving razor cartridge of claim 6, wherein said cartridge storage rack further comprises a pair of first cantilevered snap-in members extending from an open edge of the storage rack.

The razor cartridge of claim 1, wherein the entirety of the holder is received in the first receiving pocket to the cover portion when the cover portion is mounted to the base portion, and the side surfaces of the holder are form-fitted with the corresponding inner surfaces of the cover portion.

10. The shaving razor cartridge of claim 1, wherein said cover portion and said base portion are removably mated together by one of:

A click concave portion provided on an inner surface of the cover portion, a click convex portion provided in the base portion;

A magnetic attraction member insert-molded in the cover portion and the base portion.
