The present utility model will be further described with reference to specific embodiments and drawings, in which more details are set forth in the following description in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present utility model, but it will be apparent that the present utility model can be embodied in many other forms than described herein, and that those skilled in the art may make similar generalizations and deductions depending on the actual application without departing from the spirit of the present utility model, and therefore should not be construed to limit the scope of the present utility model in terms of the content of this specific embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows an expanded perspective view of a razor cartridge 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the utility model. The shaver housing case 1 is to include a cover portion 10 and a base portion 20, wherein the cover portion 10 is formed with a first housing chamber 31, and the base portion 20 is formed with a second housing chamber 32. The first housing compartment 31 is sized and shaped for receiving a shaver, while the second housing compartment 32 is designed for receiving a shaving head of a shaver. In a preferred embodiment, the first compartment 31 is sized to receive exactly one razor and the second compartment 32 is sized to receive one or more shaving heads for which the razor is adapted. The cover portion 10 is detachably attached to the base portion 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the base portion 20 further comprises a bracket 21 and a base 24, wherein in the present utility model the bracket 21 and the base 24 are made of different materials, wherein the bracket 21 is made of an elastomeric material, in particular a silicone rubber, and the base 24 may be made of a plastic, commonly used plastics include ABS. The stand 21 is designed to receive and use to hold or secure a shaver in both situations, the base 24 being intended primarily to receive the shaving head 61 and to form a seating plane 251 suitable for placement on a table top. In order to ensure that the cover part 10 does not easily come loose after being applied to the base part 20, in a preferred embodiment, a snap-fit recess may be provided in the inner surface of the cover part 10, while the base part 20 is provided with a snap-fit protrusion detachably connected with the snap-fit recess, wherein the snap-fit recess is close to the opening edge of the cover part 10, and the snap-fit protrusion is provided on the circumferential surface of the bracket 21. The engagement of the cover portion 10 with the base portion 20 is not limited thereto, and in other alternative embodiments, the connection of the cover portion 10 with the base portion 20 may be achieved using a magnetic attraction member, which may be embedded in the cover portion 10 and the base portion 20.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the bracket 21 of the base portion 20 according to the preferred embodiment of the present utility model. The holder 21 formed of an elastomer material includes a holding recess 22, and the holding recess 22 is provided in a substantially middle position of the body of the holder 21, recessed from a side surface of the holder 21 away from the base 24, and extending toward the base 24, may extend to the base 24, or may be close to the base 24. The inner surface of the recess 22 has a shape that is adapted to the handle of the shaver to be held. As shown in fig. 7, when the shaver 60 is stored or held vertically, a section of the handle of the shaver 60 away from the cutter head 61 is inserted into the holding recess 2, and the inner surface of the holding recess 22 envelopes the outer surface of the section of the handle of the shaver 60, providing a holding force. In the preferred embodiment, the bracket 21 is also provided with grooves 23 communicating to side surfaces 26 of the bracket 21 on opposite sides of the holding recess 22, where the side surfaces 26 of the bracket 21 refer to surfaces of the bracket 21 adjacent to the inner surface of the cover portion 10 after the bracket 21 is inserted into the cover portion 10. In this way, the groove 23 communicates with the holding recess 22, and divides the bracket 21 into a first bracket side and a second bracket side facing each other, which are symmetrical with respect to the holding recess 22 and the groove 23. When the holder 21 is inserted into the cap portion 10, the two opposite holder sides are restrained by the inner surface of the cap portion 10, clamping the handle, ensuring that the shaver 60 is not easy to shake.
The dimension of the holder 21 in the longitudinal direction of the cartridge 1 (the extending direction of the handle as shown in fig. 7) preferably occupies about 1/3 to 1/4 of the length of the handle of the housed shaver, and too short a holder 21 is disadvantageous in providing the holding force, and too long a holder is inconvenient to use. The structure of the holder 21 according to the present utility model is suitable for inserting shavers of different types, the handles of which may have different shapes, but the holding recess 22 is capable of fittingly receiving the handles of these shavers having different shapes, and reliably holding the shaver 60 in the vertical direction as shown in fig. 7, particularly suitable for placing the shaver in a wet environment such as a toilet, accelerating the drainage, keeping the shaver as dry as possible, and reducing the growth of bacteria, by virtue of the elasticity of the material of the holder 21 itself and the flexibility of the sides of the two holders 21 disposed facing each other.
Preferably, the side surface 26 of the bracket 21 is in a form-fit with a corresponding inner surface of the cap portion 10, and when the cap portion 10 is mounted to the base portion 20 and the bracket 21 is integrally received in the first receiving pocket 31 of the cap portion 10, the side surface 26 of the bracket 21 is in contact with the inner surface of the cap portion, substantially eliminating the deformable space between the bracket 21 and the cap portion 10, helping to avoid shaking of the shaver in the first receiving pocket 31 during movement.
As shown in fig. 1, the base 24 of the base portion 20 has a second housing compartment 32 formed therein for receiving a replaceable tool bit 61. In the preferred embodiment, the opening of the second housing compartment 32 is provided on the opposite side of the base 24 from the bracket 21, and a cover 25 for closing the opening is provided on the opening.
Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the cover 25 of the second receiving compartment 32. In the preferred embodiment of the present utility model, one side surface of the cover 25 provides a seating plane 251 of the base 24. In order to increase the friction of the seating plane 251 with respect to the placement plane, so that the receiving box 1 can be more firmly placed on the plane, the seating plane 251 of the cover portion 25 may be additionally provided with some anti-slip treatment, for example, anti-slip sheets may be added to the plane 251 or anti-slip textures may be processed. Further, a hinge 252 is provided at one side edge of the cover 25. In the preferred embodiment, the hinge 252 is made of silicone and the cover 25 is attached to the body of the base 24 by the hinge 252. In order to enhance the sealing performance of the cover 25, a sealing ring 253 is further provided at the edge of the cover 25, so as to prevent moisture and dust from affecting the stored cutter head in the second accommodating chamber 32.
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the bit storage rack 50 disposed within the cavity of the base 24, while fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the bit storage rack 50. The bit storage rack 50 is a unitary molded one-piece, with the interior cavity of the bit storage rack 50 being sized to accommodate the bits 61 to provide the second receiving compartment 32. As shown in fig. 5, the tool bit storage rack 50 includes a pair of first cantilever-shaped engaging members 51 extending from an opening edge of the storage rack 50, a engaging portion is formed inside the base 24, and the storage rack 50 is engaged with the engaging portion by the first cantilever-shaped engaging members 51, so that the storage rack 50 is fixed in a cavity formed in the base 24, and a gap is left between an outer wall surface of the tool bit storage rack 50 and an inner wall surface of the base 24. In other alternative embodiments, the snap-fit structure for attaching the storage rack 50 into the base 24 may be provided elsewhere, or the storage rack 50 may be secured to the base 24 by adhesive or magnetic attraction.
On the other hand, in order to restrict the shaking of the cutter head 61 in the second accommodating compartment 32, particularly to prevent the cutter head from being damaged by shaking when the travel is in progress, the cutter head storage rack 50 further includes a pair of second cantilever-like engaging members 52 for engaging the cutter head, the second cantilever-like engaging members 52 being integrally provided on opposite side walls of the cutter head storage rack 50, a fixed end of the second cantilever-like engaging members 52 being adjacent to a bottom wall of the storage rack 50, a convex portion 521 adapted to engage an edge portion of the cutter head being formed on a free end of the cantilever, both surfaces of the convex portion 521 facing the bottom wall and facing away from the bottom wall of the storage rack 50 being formed with inclined surfaces for facilitating insertion and removal of the cutter head 61.
Further, the bit storage rack 50 includes a stopper 53, and the stopper 53 is preferably integrally formed on a bottom wall or a side wall adjacent to the bottom wall of the storage rack 50, so that after the bit 61 is placed in the bit storage rack 50, an inner bottom surface of the bit storage rack 50 does not contact the bit 61 stored therein, but leaves a certain gap.
When the cutter head in the cutter head storage rack 50 is required to be taken, the cutter head does not need to be manually taken out from the second accommodating bin, only the cutter handle of the shaver is required to be directly inserted into the second accommodating bin 32, and the cutter head is locked through the cutter handle buckle.
The razor cartridge 1 according to the present utility model combines the multiple functions of travel storage and use placement. Alternatively, the base in the base portion may be made of metal, thereby providing the base portion with a certain weight.
On the other hand, the holder 21 in the cartridge 1 according to the utility model is made of an elastomeric material, wherein the holding recess 22 can be adapted to the different shapes of handles of different shavers by means of the deformable properties of the elastomeric material, thereby improving versatility.

10. The shaving razor cartridge of claim 1, wherein said cover portion and said base portion are removably mated together by one of:
A click concave portion provided on an inner surface of the cover portion, a click convex portion provided in the base portion;
A magnetic attraction member insert-molded in the cover portion and the base portion.
