In this way, in the case of installing the storage box 400, the storage box 400 is lifted upwards, the hanging column 410 is extended into the second sleeve 310, and after the storage box 400 is released, the second sleeve 310 can clamp the hanging column 410, so that the installation of the storage box 400 can be realized.
Optionally, a first supporting side plate 422 is disposed on a first side plate 421 of the storage box 400 facing the mounting backboard 100, and the first supporting side plate 422 is perpendicular to the first side plate 421, that is, the first supporting side plate 422 is parallel to the upper connecting plate 110, so that the suspension posts 410 extend vertically upwards into the second sleeve 310.
Optionally, a second supporting side plate 423 is disposed below the first supporting side plate 422, and the second supporting side plate 423 is fixedly connected with the first side plate 421 and extends vertically to be fixedly connected with the first supporting side plate 422. In this way, the second supporting side plate 423 and the first side plate 421 both form a supporting function for the first supporting side plate 422, so as to improve the stability and safety of the first supporting side plate 422 and the suspension post 410. Alternatively, in the case where the storage box 400 is mounted to the mounting backplate 100, the second support side plate 423 may abut the mounting backplate 100.
By adopting the storage component for the refrigerator, which is provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the mounting backboard is provided with the upper connecting plate which is vertically connected with the mounting backboard, so that the first sleeve which extends downwards vertically is arranged on the mounting backboard. Under the condition that the assembly lantern ring is mounted on the first sleeve, the outer ring and the inner ring of the assembly lantern ring clamp the first sleeve, and the outer ring is clamped with the first sleeve, so that the assembly lantern ring is mounted. The second sleeve stretches into the inner ring and is abutted with the sub-side surface and/or the step surface, so that the second sleeve can be installed, the hanging column stretches into the second sleeve, the second sleeve clamps the hanging column, and the storage box is connected with the installation backboard. Through the first sleeve, the assembly lantern ring, the second sleeve are sleeved in sequence from outside to inside, the sleeve holding of the suspension column can be realized. Therefore, the storage box can be quickly hung on the mounting backboard, and the storage box can be mounted. For the height of the user with limited height, the storage box is only required to be supported and pushed upwards, so that the hanging column stretches into the second sleeve. Therefore, the installation and convenience of the storage box can be improved, and the utilization rate of the storage box is improved.
Alternatively, the sub-side 221 is connected above the step surface 222, and the sub-side 221 extends obliquely toward the center of the inner ring in a direction from the top end of the inner ring 220 to the step surface 222.
That is, the sub-side 221 is gradually reduced from the top end of the inner ring 220 to the step surface 222 to form an inclined side. The second sleeve 310 has a diameter greater than the smallest diameter of the sub-side 221 and greater than or equal to the diameter of the outer circumference of the stepped surface 222. Thus, during the process of extending the second sleeve 310 into the inner ring 220, the upper end of the second sleeve 310 is contracted before extending into the inner ring 220. Thus, after the second sleeve 310 extends into the inner ring 220, the second sleeve 310 abuts the sub-side 221 and/or the step 222 to effect installation of the second sleeve 310, which prevents the second sleeve 310 from backing out of the inner ring 220. Further, when the suspension string 410 is extended into the second sleeve 310, the second sleeve 310 grips the suspension string 410. Under the force of gravity of the storage box 400, the suspension posts 410 have a tendency to move downward. At this time, the second sleeve 310 is driven to have a downward movement tendency, and the second sleeve 310 is continuously contracted under the action of the sub-side 221 to tightly hold the suspension column 410, thereby ensuring the stability of the installation of the storage box 400.
Optionally, the second sleeve 310 comprises a sleeve body 311 and an extension 312. Wherein, the first end of the sleeve body 311 is fixedly connected with the anti-drop connection plate 300. The protruding portion 312 is provided around the circumferential direction of the sleeve body 311 on the outer wall surface of the second end of the sleeve body 311.
With the second sleeve 310 protruding into the inner ring 220, the protruding portion 312 abuts against the sub-side 221. With the suspension string 410 extending into the second sleeve 310, the second sleeve 310 grips the suspension string 410. In the event that the suspension string 410 has a tendency to move downwardly, the second sleeve 310 is brought downwardly. Through the extension part 312, under the action of the sub-side 221, the second end contracts and clasps the hanging column 410, and further, the extension part 312 can be matched with the step surface 222 to form clamping fit so as to avoid the second sleeve 310 from falling out, so that the second sleeve 310 can be clasped to the hanging column 410, and the hanging of the storage box 400 is realized.
Alternatively, the second end of the sleeve body 311 is provided with a plurality of claw petals 313 extending along an axis thereof, the plurality of claw petals 313 being arranged at intervals around the circumference of the sleeve body 311, wherein the protruding portions 312 are correspondingly provided to the outer wall surfaces of the claw petals 313.
The plurality of claw petals 313 are arranged around the circumference of the sleeve body 311 at intervals by a plurality of claw petals 313 extending along the axis thereof provided at the second end of the sleeve body 311. In this way, the second end of the sleeve body 311 can be brought into a contracted or opened state. In the case that the second sleeve 310 extends into the inner ring 220, the tips of the claw flaps 313 may be brought close to the center of the sleeve body 311 to adhere to the wall surface of the inner ring 220, and further pushing may be performed to extend the second sleeve 310 into the inner ring 220. After extending into the inner ring 220, the plurality of claws 313 are reset to abut against the sub-side 221 and/or the step surface 222.
Further, in the case where the tip of the claw 313 is close to the center of the sleeve body 311, the second end of the sleeve body 311 is contracted, and the suspension column 410 can be held tightly. If the storage box 400 needs to be disassembled, the storage box 400 can be lifted upwards, so that the hanging column 410 moves upwards, and the claw 313 is driven to reset to loosen the hanging column 410.
Optionally, the second sleeve 310 further comprises a limiting portion 314. The stopper 314 is provided on the inner wall surface of the claw 313 around the circumferential direction of the sleeve body 311.
In this way, the limiting portion 314 can form a clamping limit for the suspension post 410, so as to improve the clamping effect for the free end of the suspension post 410.
One end of the suspension post 410 is fixedly connected with the storage box 400, and the other end is a free end.
Alternatively, the stopper 314 is inclined upward toward the end of the second end of the sleeve body 311. In this way, the contact area between the limiting portion 314 and the suspension post 410 can be increased, and the friction force can be increased, so as to reduce the relative operation between the suspension post 410 and the second sleeve 310.
Alternatively, the free end of the suspension post 410 is configured as a tapered tip, and the stopper 314 abuts the peripheral wall surface of the tapered tip in the case where the claw 313 embraces the free end of the suspension post 410.
In this way, the contact area between the stopper 314 and the suspension post 410 can be further increased, and the holding capacity of the stopper with respect to the free end of the suspension post 410 can be improved.
Optionally, as shown in connection with fig. 10, the storage assembly for a refrigerator further includes a fixing member 500. The fixing member 500 is provided at a first end thereof with a fixing hole 511 and a through hole 512 therethrough, and the second sleeve 310 can enter the fixing hole 511 through the through hole 512. Wherein the fixing member 500 is disposed between the anti-falling connection plate 300 and the assembly collar 200. The material of the fixing member 500 includes an elastic material, and when the second sleeve 310 enters the fixing hole 511 through the opening 512, the fixing member 500 contracts to make the second sleeve 310 abut against the suspension post 410.
The second sleeve 310 and the suspension post 410 can be brought into closer contact by the fixing member 500 to achieve stable holding of the second sleeve 310 with respect to the suspension post 410. The risk of shaking, bending, collision with each other and even breakage of the second sleeve 310 and the suspension post 410 is reduced. During the process that the second sleeve 310 enters the fixing hole 511 through the through hole 512, the fixing piece 500 expands, and after the second sleeve 310 enters the fixing hole 511 through the through hole 512, the fixing piece 500 contracts. The movable range of the second sleeve 310 is thus limited to the fixing hole 511, and the second sleeve 310 is brought into contact with the suspension column 410, thereby clamping the suspension column 410.
In addition, the fixing member 500 is made of an elastic material, and the inner diameter of the fixing hole 511 can be changed by pressing or expanding the wall of the fixing hole 511, so that the second sleeve 310 of different sizes can be applied, and the universality is high.
Optionally, the second end of the fixing member 500 is provided with an operation hole 520 therethrough.
The user can effect removal of the fixture 500 through the operation hole 520. In case that the magazine 400 needs to be disassembled, the user may pull the operation hole 520 to remove the fixing member 500. Further, the storage box 400 is pushed upwards, so that the hanging column 410 is upwards, the second sleeve 310 releases the holding of the hanging column 410, and the storage box 400 is moved downwards, so that the storage box can be removed.
Optionally, the mounting backboard 100 is further provided with a lower connecting plate 130 parallel to the upper connecting plate 110, and the distance between the lower connecting plate 130 and the upper connecting plate 110 is greater than the distance between the upper connecting plate 110 and the bottom plate of the storage box 400.
The lower connection plate 130 is disposed below the bottom plate of the storage box 400.
