The humidifying device 100 of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a housing 7, and a humidifying element 1, a water tank 2, a drain pan 3, and a drain valve 4 disposed within the housing 7. As an example, the humidifying element 1 is a moisture permeable film humidifying element. In fig. 1, two humidifying elements 1 are shown, the number of humidifying elements 1 being selectable as desired. The humidifying element 1 and the water tank 2 are arranged above the drain pan 3, and the water tank 2 is a water supply device of the humidifying element 1 and is communicated with the humidifying element 1 through a pipeline. The drain valve 4 is communicated with at least one of the water tank 2 and the humidifying element 1 and is used for draining water in the water tank 2 or the humidifying element 1 to the drain pan 3, a water outlet 31 is formed in the side wall of the drain pan 3, a water outlet 41 of the drain valve 4 is obliquely downwards arranged towards the water outlet 31 direction of the drain pan 3, the distance between the oblique water outlet 41 and the water outlet 31 can be shortened, and the discharged water directly faces the water outlet 31 direction of the drain pan 3, so that water can be conveniently and rapidly drained by the water outlet 31. The drain valve 4 is disposed close to the water outlet 31, further shortens the distance between the drain outlet 41 and the water outlet 31, accelerates the discharge of water, and also reduces the obstruction of the drain valve 4 to the air flow because the closer to the water outlet 31 is to be away from the air flow path in the humidifying device 100 (the air inlet 71 and the air outlet 72 are oppositely disposed on the pair of side plates of the housing 7 of the humidifying device 100, and the air flow path is formed between the air inlet 71 and the air outlet 72).
In the height direction of the housing 7 of the humidifying element 1, the position of the lower edge of the drain port 41 is lower than the positions of the humidifying element 1 and the bottom of the tank 2, and the main body portion of the drain valve 4 is the same as the height position of the humidifying element 1. The position of the drain valve 4 is lower, so that the drain valve 4 is closer to the drain pan 3, and can accelerate drainage and reduce noise generated when water flows into the drain pan 3 during drainage.
A drain valve 4 is located below the water tank 2. Normally, a space is left between the water tank 2 and the drain pan 3, and the drain valve 4 is provided in the space, which is advantageous for reasonable use of the space and downsizing of the humidifying device 100.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a water pipe connection manner of the water tank 2 and the humidifying element 1 according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another angle of the water pipe connection manner of the water tank 2 and the humidifying element 1 according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the drain pipe 11 of the humidifying element 1 is connected to the drain valve 4, and at least part of the drain pipe 11 is inclined toward the drain valve 4. The inclined drain pipe 11 is more favorable for draining the humidifying element 1 than a horizontal drain pipe, and the inclined part promotes water to naturally flow towards the drain valve 4 under the action of gravity so as to prevent water accumulation in the humidifying element 1 and cause bacteria, mold and the like to breed.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the water tank 2 and the water discharge valve 4 of the humidifying element 1 and the water outlet 31 of the water discharge tray 3 according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of the water discharge valve 4 and the water outlet 31 of the water discharge tray 3 according to an embodiment of the present application, showing the water outlet 31 of the water discharge tray 3, the inclined surface 32 and the internal structure of the water discharge valve 4.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner side wall of the water outlet 31 of the drain pan 3 is provided with an inclined surface 32, the inclined surface 32 is opposite to the water outlet 41, and the included angle a between the inclined surface 32 and the horizontal plane is smaller than or equal to the included angle B between the top surface of the water outlet 41 and the horizontal plane, so that the distance between the water outlet 41 and the inclined surface 32 is as short as possible, and noise generated after water falls onto the inclined surface 32 is reduced. For example, the included angle between the inclined plane 32 and the horizontal plane is 110-120 degrees, the included angle between the top surface of the water outlet 41 and the horizontal plane is 115-125 degrees, the inclined plane 32 increases the area of the inner opening of the water outlet 31 of the water discharge tray 3, so that the water flowing out of the water outlet 41 can be received directly, noise is reduced, and water discharge is accelerated.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing the sink portion 33 of the drain pan 3 according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the drain pan 3 has a depressed portion 33 depressed downward, and the depressed portion 33 is provided at a position close to the water outlet 31. The water outlet 31 is located at the lowest point of the drain pan 3. The water discharged into the drain pan 3 is converged toward the depressed sinking portion 33, and the water outlet 31 is provided at the sinking portion 33 to enable the converged water to be rapidly discharged, thereby preventing water accumulation. Further, the drain valve 4 is disposed above the sinking portion 33, so that water can be conveniently and directly discharged into the sinking portion 33, and then discharged from the water outlet 31 as soon as possible.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view of the fixing portion 6 of the drain valve 4 according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8, the drain valve 4 has a fixing portion 6, and a portion of the fixing portion 6 connected to the drain valve 4 is inclined so as to be fixedly connected to the drain valve 4, and the fixing portion 6 is used for fixedly connecting the drain valve 4 to the housing 7 of the humidifying device 100.
The drain valve 4 is disposed so as to be inclined as a whole, and is fixed to a housing 7 accommodating the humidifying device 100 by a fixing portion 6. The height requirement is smaller than if the drain valve 4 were vertically positioned, both to encourage water flow to drain as quickly as possible under gravity and to miniaturize the humidifying device 100.
Fig. 9 is a structural perspective view of a humidifying device according to an embodiment of the present application. The position of the float switch 5 in the drain pan 3 is shown.
As shown in fig. 9, the sinking portion 33 is further provided with a float switch 5 for detecting the water level of the drain pan 3, a plurality of float switches 5 may be provided for detecting the warning water level, and the humidifying device 100 is controlled to stop operating if the warning water level is measured to be exceeded. And avoid the water level to overflow and other problems, ensure the water use safety of the air treatment system.
For example, the water draining valve 4 is a three-way valve, the water draining valve 4 is simultaneously communicated with the humidifying element 1 and the water tank 2, and can be selectively communicated with different waterways, so that the humidifying element 1 is drained or the water tank 2 is drained, the plurality of water draining valves 4 are avoided, and the miniaturization of the humidifying device 100 is facilitated.

The humidifying device 100 of the present application may use an air supply assembly in the air treatment device to drive the air flow to flow, and may also set the air supply assembly in the air supply path of the air treatment system to provide the air flow driving power for the humidifying device 100.
The air treatment system may further include an air conditioning device (not shown in the figure), and the humidifying device 100 may be provided with a heat exchanger, wherein the heat exchanger and the air conditioning device are connected through a refrigerant pipe to form a refrigerant loop, and the heat exchanger is disposed at the upstream of the humidifying element 1, so as to regulate the temperature of the air before humidification, and improve the humidifying effect.
The air treatment system also includes a control unit (not shown) that controls the operation of the various types of equipment described above.

The humidifying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inner side wall of the water outlet of the drain pan is provided with a slope, the slope is disposed opposite to the drain outlet, and an angle between the slope and a horizontal plane is less than or equal to an angle between a top surface of the drain outlet and a horizontal plane.
7. The humidifying apparatus of claim 6, wherein the inclined surface has an angle ranging from 110 ° to 120 ° with respect to the horizontal plane, and the top surface of the drain opening has an angle ranging from 115 ° to 125 ° with respect to the horizontal plane.
