9. The hinge assembly for furniture of claim 1, wherein when the fastener is in the locked state, the tab breaks through a surface of the first member to enter an interior of the first member to prevent the base unit from moving in a side-to-side direction relative to the fastener.

The hinge assembly for furniture according to claim 1, wherein the first body includes a connection plate, a left side plate, and a right side plate, the connection plate, the left side plate, and the right side plate are enclosed to form a mounting groove, and a distance between edges of left and right sides of the base device and an edge of an inner projection of the mounting groove in a projection direction perpendicular to the connection plate is less than positive 3mm.
