Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present utility model, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present utility model and should not be construed as limiting the utility model.
A mobile phone holder and a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present utility model are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a mobile phone holder according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes: the magnetic attraction device comprises a bracket shell 1, a clamping assembly 2, a magnetic attraction assembly 5 and a connecting arm 3. The clamping assembly 2 comprises a plurality of clamping jaws 21, each of the plurality of clamping jaws 21 being mounted on the carrier housing 1, the plurality of clamping jaws 21 defining a clamping cavity 25 and being movable between an idle position and a use position. The magnetic assembly 5 includes a first magnetic member 51 and a second magnetic member 52 (as shown in fig. 4), the first magnetic member 51 is disposed on the housing 1, the second magnetic member 52 is disposed on at least one of the plurality of clamping jaws 21, the first magnetic member 51 cooperates with the second magnetic member 52 in the idle position, the first magnetic member 51 is spaced apart from the second magnetic member 52 in the use position, and one end of the connecting arm 3 is connected to the housing 1.
According to the mobile phone holder of the embodiment of the utility model, when the clamping assembly 2 is in the idle position, the first magnetic attraction piece 51 is matched with the second magnetic attraction piece 52 to limit the movement of the clamping jaw 21 relative to the holder shell 1, so that when the mobile phone holder shakes, the clamping jaw 21 and the holder shell 1 cannot collide with each other to generate noise, and in addition, due to the arrangement of the first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52, the speed of resetting the clamping jaw 21 from the use position to the idle position can be improved. Therefore, the mobile phone support provided by the embodiment of the utility model can reduce noise generation, and is beneficial to improving the use experience of a user.
It should be noted that the first magnetic attraction member 51 may be one or more. The second magnetic attraction member 52 may also be one or more. One first magnetic attraction piece 51 may correspond to one or more second magnetic attraction pieces 52, and of course, one second magnetic attraction piece 52 may also correspond to one or more first magnetic attraction pieces 51, and the number of the first magnetic attraction pieces 51 and the number of the second magnetic attraction pieces 52 are not specifically limited in this application.
It will be appreciated that since part of the clamping jaw 21 is provided within the holder housing 1 and the clamping jaw 21 is movable relative to the holder housing 1 to clamp or release the handset, there will be a certain mounting gap between the clamping jaw 21 and the holder housing 1. In the embodiment of the utility model, when the clamping jaw 21 is in the idle position, the first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52 are attracted to each other, so that the clamping jaw 21 can be prevented from moving relative to the bracket shell 1, and meanwhile, due to the effect of magnetic attraction, when a user removes the mobile phone, the clamping jaw 21 can be quickly reset under the effect of the magnetic force of the first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52, so that the use effect of the mobile phone bracket is better.
Alternatively, the plurality of jaws 21 may each be provided with the second magnetic attraction member(s) 52, i.e. each jaw 21 corresponds to one or more second magnetic attraction members 52. It is also possible to provide the second magnetic attraction member(s) 52 on only one of the jaws 21. For example, the first magnetic attraction member 51 and the second magnetic attraction member 52 are both magnets.
In an example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plurality of holding claws 21 includes a first holding claw 211, a second holding claw 212, and a bottom holding claw 213, the first holding claw 211 and the second holding claw 212 are arranged at left and right sides of the holder case 1 at intervals, the bottom holding claw 213 is provided at the lower end of the holder case 1, the bottom holding claw 213 is movable in the up-down direction of the holder case 1 between an idle position and a use position, and the second magnetic attraction member 52 is provided on the bottom holding claw 213. It will be appreciated that the second magnetic attraction member 52 on the base jaw 213 and the first magnetic attraction member 51 are attracted to each other when the base jaw 213 is in the unloaded position, whereby the problem of noise generated by the relative movement of the base jaw 213 and the holder housing 1 can be avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the bottom jaw 213 includes a vertical segment 2131 and a bending segment 2312, the vertical segment 2131 is slidably connected to the support shell 1 along the up-down direction of the support shell 1, the bending segment 2312 is disposed at the lower end of the vertical segment 2131 and extends toward a direction away from the support shell 1, the first magnetic attraction piece 51 is disposed on the inner wall of the support shell 1, and the second magnetic attraction piece 52 is disposed in the support shell 1 and on the vertical segment 2131. It will be appreciated that the first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52 are both disposed in the stand casing 1, so that the magnetic attraction component 5 can be hidden, so that the integrity of the mobile phone stand is better.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the rack housing 1 includes a front cover 11, a middle frame 12, and a rear cover 13, the front cover 11, the middle frame 12, and the rear cover 13 being sequentially arranged in the front-rear direction, the middle frame 12 being provided between the front cover 11 and the rear cover 13 and being connected by screws. The first magnetic attraction member 51 may be mounted on the middle frame 12 and the second magnetic attraction member 52 is provided on a side of the vertical segment 2131 adjacent to the middle frame 12. When the bottom jaw 213 moves upwards and the vertical segment 2131 is retracted into the second idle position of the holder housing 1, the first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52 attract each other; when the bottom jaw 213 is moved downwards and the vertical segment 2131 protrudes out of the second position of use of the holder housing 1, the first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52 are spaced apart from each other.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, one of the vertical section 2131 and the bracket shell 1 is provided with a slide rail 121, and the other is provided with a slide groove 21311, and the slide rail 121 is slidably engaged with the slide groove 21311 in the up-down direction of the bracket shell 1. For example, a slide groove 21311 is provided in the vertical section 2131, the slide groove 21311 extends in the up-down direction of the vertical section 2131, and a slide rail 121 is provided on the inner wall of the rear cover 13, and the slide rail 121 extends in the up-down direction of the rear cover 13. The mobile phone holder according to the embodiment of the present utility model can guide the up-and-down movement of the bottom jaw 213 through the slide rail 121 and the slide groove 21311, so as to improve the smoothness of the movement of the bottom jaw 213.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, there are two slide grooves 21311, and the two slide grooves 21311 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction of the vertical segment 2131. The number of the sliding rails 121 is two, and the two sliding rails 121 are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction of the rear cover 13 and correspond to the two sliding grooves 21311 one by one, so that the motion stability of the bottom clamping jaw 213 can be further improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamping assembly 2 further comprises an elastic member 22, the elastic member 22 being provided in the holder housing 1, one end of the elastic member 22 being connected to the holder housing 1, the other end of the elastic member 22 being connected to the bottom jaw 213, the elastic member 22 having an elastic force for driving the bottom jaw 213 from the use position towards the idle position. For example, the elastic member 22 is a tension spring. One end of the elastic member 22 may be mounted on the rear cover 13 and the other end of the elastic member 22 is mounted on the vertical segment 2131 of the bottom jaw 213. When the elastic member 22 is in the initial state, the elastic member 22 is tightened and the bottom jaw 213 is in the first idle position (i.e. the position of the bottom jaw 213 closest to the holder shell 1). When the bottom jaw 213 is moved to the first use position, i.e. the extreme position in which the bottom jaw 213 is moved downwards, the elastic member 22 is stretched and has a restoring elastic force, and when the handset is disengaged from the clamping chamber 25, the elastic member 22 can drive the bottom jaw 213 upwards to automatically restore to the first idle position. The mobile phone support according to the embodiment of the utility model can assist the bottom clamping jaw 213 to automatically retract by arranging the elastic member 22, has simple structural design, is convenient to process and manufacture, and can avoid the problem that the bottom clamping jaw 213 shakes relative to the support shell 1 due to the fact that the bottom clamping jaw 213 is tightened by the elastic member 22 when in the first idle position, so that noise is not generated between the bottom clamping jaw 213 and the support shell 1 due to mutual shaking collision.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the clamping assembly 2 further includes a first linkage member 23, where the first linkage member 23 is disposed in the bracket shell 1 and connected to the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212, and the first linkage member 23 is configured to drive the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212 to move synchronously between a first use position close to each other and a first idle position far away from each other. It will be appreciated that in the first use position, first clamping jaw 211 and second clamping jaw 212 are in close proximity to each other to clamp the left and right sides of the cell phone; in the first unloaded position, first jaw 211 and second jaw 212 are moved away from each other to release the cell phone, thereby facilitating disengagement of the cell phone from the cell phone holder. In other words, first linkage 23 may reverse the direction of movement of first jaw 211 and second jaw 212. It will be appreciated that first jaw 211 and second jaw 212 may be limited due to the linkage of first linkage 23 to reduce the problem of noise generated by first jaw 211 and second jaw 212 being oscillated relative to housing 1.
In an example, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the first linkage member 23 includes a gear member 231, the first jaw 211 has a first rack portion 2111, the second jaw 212 has a second rack portion 2121, and the first rack portion 2111 and the second rack portion 2121 are disposed on opposite sides of the gear member 231 and engaged with the gear member 231. It will be appreciated that the first rack portion 2111 and the second rack portion 2121 are both located within the housing 1 and disposed on the upper and lower sides of the gear member 231, respectively, when one of the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212 moves, the other of the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212 can be driven to move in opposite directions due to the cooperation of the gears and racks, so that the first clamping jaw 211 approaches or moves away from each other. According to the mobile phone support provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212 are linked in the mode, so that the mobile phone support can be conveniently processed and manufactured, and the mobile phone support is simple in structural design and good in synchronization effect.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first linkage member 23 further includes a support column 232, where the support column 232 is disposed on the middle frame 12 in a penetrating manner and extends along the front-rear direction of the middle frame 12, and the gear member 231 is rotatably sleeved on the support column 232, so as to facilitate assembling the gear member 231.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the clamping assembly 2 further comprises a second linkage 24, the second linkage 24 being provided in the holder housing 1, one end of the second linkage 24 being connected to the bottom jaw 213, the other end of the second linkage 24 being connected to one of the first jaw 211 and the second jaw 212, the bottom jaw 213 being movable between a second idle position close to the holder housing 1 and a second use position for withdrawing the holder housing 1. It will be appreciated that second linkage 24 may relate the movement of base jaw 213 to the movement of first jaw 211 and second jaw 212, and that second linkage 24 may have a restraining effect on base jaw 213, which may reduce problems with noise caused by base jaw 213 rocking relative to holder housing 1.
When the bottom jaw 213 is moved from the second idle position to the second use position, the second linkage 24 may drive the first jaw 211 and the second jaw 212 to move synchronously from the first idle position to the first use position; when the bottom jaw 213 is moved from the second use position to the second idle position, the second linkage 24 may bring the first jaw 211 and the second jaw 212 to move synchronously from the first use position to the first idle position.
It will be appreciated that when the bottom jaw 213 is in the second idle position, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bottom jaw 213 is moved upwards to a position closest to the holder shell 1, when the first jaw 211 and the second jaw 212 are distanced from each other and open to a maximum, i.e. the first jaw 211 and the second jaw 212 are in the first idle position. When the user places the mobile phone into the holding cavity 25 of the mobile phone holder, the mobile phone descends to drive the bottom clamping jaw 213 to move downwards, one of the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212 can shrink inwards under the action of the second linkage member 24, and the other of the first clamping jaw 211 and the second clamping jaw 212 can shrink inwards synchronously under the action of the gear member 231, so that the holding of the mobile phone is finally realized.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second linkage 24 comprises a link 241, one end of the link 241 being pivotably connected to the bottom jaw 213, and the other end of the link 241 being pivotably connected to one of the first jaw 211 and the second jaw 212. For example, one end of link 241 is pivotally connected to second clamping jaw 212 and the other end of link 241 is pivotally connected to vertical segment 2131 of bottom clamping jaw 213. The connecting rod 241 may be a straight rod or an L-shaped rod. In a specific example, connecting rod 241 is generally L-shaped to reduce jamming during movement of second jaw 212 and bottom jaw 213, and to provide a better transmission between first jaw 211, second jaw 212 and bottom jaw 213.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the inner sides of the first clamping jaw 211, the second clamping jaw 212 and the bottom clamping jaw 213 are respectively provided with an elastic cushion pad 26, for example, the cushion pad 26 is a rubber pad, so that the friction force between the mobile phone and the clamping assembly 2 can be increased, the mobile phone can be clamped more stably, the vibration amplitude of the mobile phone and the noise generated by mutual collision can be reduced when the vehicle runs, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting arm 3 is provided with a wiring cavity 34, and the mobile phone support further includes a charging wire 63, at least part of the charging wire 63 is disposed in the wiring cavity 34. For example, one end of the charging wire 63 is electrically connected to a center console of the vehicle, and the other end of the charging wire 63 is used to supply power to the mobile phone. Because the partial charging wire 63 is arranged in the wiring cavity 34, the charging wire 63 can be hidden, the problem that the charging wire 63 is directly exposed out of the connecting arm 3 and is easy to damage is avoided, and the charging wire is simple in structure and beneficial to keeping the cleanliness in the vehicle.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the mobile phone support further includes a wireless charging module 62 and a circuit board 61, the wireless charging module 62 and the circuit board 61 are both disposed in the support shell 1, the circuit board 61 is electrically connected with the wireless charging module 62, a power supply port (not shown) for supplying power to the wireless charging module 62 and the circuit board 61 is disposed on the support shell 1, a wire outlet (not shown) is disposed at one end of the connecting arm 3 adjacent to the support shell 1, a charging head 631 of the charging wire 63 penetrates through the wire outlet from the wire cavity 34, the charging head 631 is detachably connected with the power supply port, and the charging head 631 is adapted to the charging port of the mobile phone. For example, charging head 631 may be a Type-C connector and the power supply is a Type-C interface. It can be appreciated that, since the charging head 631 is detachably connected to the power supply port, the charging head 631 of the charging wire 63 can charge the wireless charging module 62 and can be connected to the charging port of the mobile phone, so as to meet the charging requirements of different user forms.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting arm 3 includes a first arm shell 31, a second arm shell 32, and a reinforcing plate 33, where the first arm shell 31 and the second arm shell 32 are connected and enclose a routing cavity 34, and the reinforcing plate 33 is disposed at an end of the routing cavity 34 facing away from the bracket shell 1. The first arm housing 31 and the second arm housing 32 may be fastened by the first screw member 362, for example, the first screw member 362 may be plural, and the plural first screw members 362 are screwed to the first arm housing 31 and the second arm housing 32 and disposed at the middle position of the connection arm 3, so that the reliability of the connection arm 3 after connection can be ensured, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.
It will be appreciated that the reinforcement plate 33 is provided at a position where the connection arm 3 is close to the center console of the vehicle, as shown in fig. 5. For example, the reinforcing plate 33 may be fixed to the first arm case 31 or the second arm case 32 by the second screw 363 for improving the structural strength of the connection arm 3.
