Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present application, the dispenser 21 is further provided with a pipette 212, one end of the pipette 212 being in communication with the liquid storage chamber, and the other end being for communication with the liquid supply device.
In this embodiment, the liquid supply device may be a water tower or a water tank, for example. The number of pipettes 212 may be one or more.
By arranging the liquid suction pipe 212 communicated with the liquid supply device on the dispenser 21, liquid can be supplemented into the liquid storage cavity of the dispenser 21 through the liquid supply device and the liquid suction pipe 212 so as to meet the use requirement of the oven 100.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the liquid ejecting apparatus further includes a controller (not shown in the drawings), and the controller is electrically connected to the liquid ejection amount adjusting member.
In this embodiment, the controller is illustratively a programmable controller of the coating machine, so that the oven 100 and the coating machine can be linked to correspondingly control the spraying amount of the spraying piece 22 according to the operation condition of the coating machine.
The liquid spraying amount adjusting member is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the liquid spraying amount adjusting member to execute actions so as to automatically adjust the real-time liquid spraying amount of each nozzle 222, thereby improving the automation level of products and the production efficiency of the pole piece 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present application, an oven 100 is provided, including a cabinet 10 and a liquid spraying device. The case 10 includes a side plate 11, a guide rail 12 is disposed on an inner wall surface of the side plate 11, the guide rail 12 extends along a first direction of a horizontal plane, a roller assembly 13 is further disposed in the case 10, the roller assembly 13 is used for driving the pole piece 200 to move along a second direction of the horizontal plane, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The liquid ejecting apparatus includes a dispenser 21, a controller, and a plurality of liquid ejecting members 22. A plurality of spray members 22 are movably disposed on the rail 12 for spraying liquid onto the pole pieces 200 and/or lugs. The distributor 21 is provided with a liquid storage cavity, the distributor 21 is further provided with a liquid suction pipe 212 and a plurality of liquid discharge pipes 211 which are communicated with the liquid storage cavity, the liquid suction pipe 212 is used for being communicated with a liquid supply device, the liquid discharge pipes 211 are communicated with the liquid spray pieces 22 in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the liquid discharge pipes 211 are provided with liquid spray amount adjusting pieces used for adjusting liquid flow, the liquid spray amount adjusting pieces are electrically connected with a controller, and the controller is used for controlling the liquid spray amount adjusting pieces to adjust the liquid flow in each liquid discharge pipe 211 in real time. The method has the advantages that the internal humidity of the oven 100 is improved by controlling more spraying liquid in the initial stage of film coating, so that the cracking phenomenon caused by excessive drying of the oven 100 in the initial stage of film coating is improved, the spraying liquid can be controlled to be less when the film is normally coated, the liquid can accurately drop onto the tab, the occurrence of wrinkling deformation caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction due to excessive drying of the tab is reduced, the overall qualification rate of the pole piece 200 is improved, and the production cost of the pole piece 200 is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present application, embodiments of the second aspect of the present application provide a pole piece 200 manufacturing apparatus comprising a coating device and an oven 100 as in any of the embodiments of the first aspect. Wherein the coating device is used for coating the pole piece 200. The oven 100 is located downstream of the coating apparatus for drying the pole piece 200.
According to the pole piece 200 manufacturing equipment provided by the application, the coating area of the pole piece 200 is coated by using the coating device, and then the coated pole piece 200 is dried by using the oven 100. Since the oven 100 of any one of the embodiments of the first aspect is adopted in the drying process, the technical effects of any one of the embodiments described above are achieved, and are not described herein.
According to some embodiments of the present application, embodiments of a third aspect of the present application provide a battery production line including the pole piece 200 manufacturing apparatus of the embodiments of the second aspect.
The pole piece 200 manufacturing apparatus according to the present application, because of including the pole piece 200 manufacturing apparatus of the second aspect embodiment, also has the technical effects of any of the foregoing embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily contemplated by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (11)

1. An oven, comprising:
a case;
the liquid spraying device comprises a distributor and at least one liquid spraying piece communicated with the distributor, wherein at least one liquid spraying piece is arranged in the box body and used for spraying liquid to the pole piece and/or the pole lug in the box body, the distributor is positioned outside the box body, and liquid is stored in the distributor and is suitable for adjusting the liquid spraying amount of at least one liquid spraying piece.
2. The oven of claim 1, wherein the cabinet comprises a side plate, a guide rail extending in a first direction is provided on an inner wall surface of the side plate, and the at least one spray member is movably provided on the guide rail.
3. The oven of claim 2, wherein the number of liquid spraying members is plural, and the plural liquid spraying members are disposed on the guide rail at intervals along the first direction and are respectively communicated with the dispenser.
4. An oven according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the spray member comprises a connecting body and a nozzle provided on the connecting body, the connecting body being provided with a connecting portion, the connecting portion being movably connected with the guide rail.
5. An oven according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a conveying assembly is provided in the oven, the conveying assembly being located below the at least one liquid spraying member for driving the pole piece to move in a second direction, the second direction intersecting the first direction.
6. The oven of claim 5 wherein said conveyor assembly comprises at least two roller assemblies, at least two of said roller assemblies being spaced apart along said second direction.
7. An oven according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dispenser has a reservoir and at least one drain in communication with the reservoir, and the drain is in communication with the spray;
the liquid discharge pipe is provided with a liquid spraying amount adjusting piece, and the liquid spraying amount adjusting piece is used for adjusting the liquid spraying amount of the liquid spraying piece.
8. An oven according to claim 7, wherein the dispenser is further provided with a pipette having one end in communication with the reservoir and the other end for communication with a liquid supply.
9. The oven of claim 7 wherein said spray device further comprises a controller, said controller being electrically connected to said spray volume adjustment member.
10. A pole piece manufacturing apparatus, comprising:
the coating device is used for coating the pole piece; and
an oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, located downstream of the coating means, for drying the pole pieces.
11. A battery production line comprising the pole piece manufacturing apparatus of claim 10.
