Detailed Description
The utility model will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Example 1
This embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1. The heat-insulating full-shading cloth comprises a fabric base layer 1, wherein a first polyurethane coating 2 and a second polyurethane coating 3 are sequentially arranged on one side of the fabric base layer 1; the first polyurethane coating 2 is internally and uniformly provided with first inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 21, and the second polyurethane coating 3 is internally and uniformly provided with second inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 31; the second inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 31 have a diameter greater than the diameter of the first inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 21.
One side of the fabric base layer 1 is coated with inorganic oxide hollow microspheres with different particle sizes. The second inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 31 in the second polyurethane coating 3 perform preliminary sunlight reflection, and the first inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 21 in the first polyurethane coating 3 can enhance the reflection due to smaller particle size, so that the first polyurethane coating 2 and the second polyurethane coating 3 on one side of the fabric base layer 1 can realize the micro reflection of most sunlight, and the fabric has good ultraviolet resistance effect and heat insulation effect.
Further, the diameter of the first inorganic oxide hollow microspheres 21 is 25 to 30 μm, and the diameter of the second inorganic oxide hollow microspheres is 35 to 45 μm.
The other side of the fabric base layer 1 is compounded with a TPU black shading film 4, and one side, far away from the fabric base layer 1, of the TPU black shading film 4 is compounded with a flame-retardant fabric layer 5; an aramid 1313 fabric layer 6 is compounded on one side, far away from the TPU black shading film 4, of the flame retardant fabric layer 5. The TPU black mask 4 used can achieve a good full mask effect.
The flame-retardant fabric layer 5 and the aramid 1313 fabric layer provide good flame-retardant effect for the fabric.
Further, the fabric base layer 1 is formed by interweaving core spun yarns, and the core spun yarns comprise core spun yarns and a coated fiber layer; the core yarn is nylon monofilament with the diameter of 0.1mm, and the coating fiber layer is aerogel fiber. The nylon monofilaments with the diameter of 0.1mm can provide good strength for the fabric, and the aerogel fibers can improve the heat insulation capacity of the fabric in one step.
