In addition, the fixed plate 20 of the display refrigerator 100 of the application is simple in structure, so that the production process of the fixed plate 20 is simple, the production efficiency of the fixed plate 20 is improved, and the production cost of the display refrigerator 100 is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the fixing plate 20 may further include: the supporting member 23, the supporting member 23 is partially disposed below the plate 21 and the elastic sheet 22, and the supporting member 23 is used for connecting the plate 21 and the elastic sheet 22.
Fig. 10 is a schematic perspective view of a fixing plate provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 11 is a left side view of a fixing plate provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the supporting member 23 may include: the support portion 231 and the connecting portion 232, wherein the support portion 231 is located between the plate 21 and the elastic piece 22, and the support portion is used for supporting the tag 200. The connection portion 232 is connected to the receiving portion 231, and the connection portion 232 is connected to the plate 21.
Thus, the worker can insert the tag 200 into the insertion gap 210, directly contact the tag 200 with the support 231, and the elastic piece 22 contacts the tag 200 by the restoring force, thereby fixing the tag 200 between the plate 21 and the elastic piece 22. In this way, the support 23 can limit the freedom of the label 200 in the plugging direction (i.e. the X-axis direction as shown in fig. 11) in the plugging gap 210, so as to avoid the label 200 falling due to the contact portion 221 not tightly abutting against the label 200.
In one possible implementation, as also shown in fig. 10, the support 23 may be a web, which may include: the connection portion 232 and the burring portion (i.e., the receiving portion 231) may be integrally formed. The connection portion 232 is connected to the plate body 21, and the burring portion is connected to the elastic piece 22. The flanging portion may be a flanging structure a as shown in fig. 11.
Thus, the structure of the connecting plate is simple, and the supporting part for supporting the tag 200 can be formed by bending the connecting plate, so that the production process of the connecting plate is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, the connection portion 232 may be attached to the plate 21, and the connection portion 232 is connected to the plate 21.
The connection 232 may be, for example, a non-detachable fixed connection with the plate 21. For example, the non-detachable fixed connection may be welded, riveted, or the like.
The connection 232 may be, for example, a detachable fixed connection with the plate 21. For example, the removable fastening connection may be a threaded connection, a keyed connection, a bayonet connection, a snap connection, etc., which is not limited in this application.
In one possible implementation, the support 23 may be a connection plate, which is formed integrally with the plate body 21, and may be manufactured through a bending process or an injection molding process, which is not limited in this application.
Thus, there is no need to connect the connection plate to the plate 21, and the production process of the display cooler 100 is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the spring 22 may include: the first elastic piece 222 and the second elastic piece 223, the first elastic piece 222 is connected with the supporting piece 23, and the first elastic piece 222 and the plate 21 are arranged at intervals. The second elastic piece 223 is connected with the first elastic piece 22, and the second elastic piece 223 is located at one side of the first elastic piece 222 away from the supporting piece 23. The second elastic piece 223 is also spaced from the plate 21, and a contact portion 221 is formed between the second elastic piece 223 and the first elastic piece 222.
In this way, since the second elastic sheet 223 has a gap with the plate body 21, the tag 200 can be inserted into the insertion gap 210 through the insertion interface B formed between the second elastic sheet 223 and the plate body 21, thereby improving the convenience of mounting the tag 200.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 12, a side of the second elastic piece 223 away from the first elastic piece 222 gradually extends in a direction away from the plate body 21, so that the opening 04 of the plugging gap 210 formed by the second elastic piece 223 and the plate body 21 gradually increases. In this way, the convenience of the tag 200 installation is further improved.
In addition, in some embodiments, the first elastic piece 222 and the second elastic piece 223 may be integrally formed, and the contact portion 221 is formed by bending the first elastic piece 222 and the second elastic piece 223. Thus, the processing of the elastic sheet 22 is simple, and the processing efficiency of the elastic sheet 22 is improved.
In other embodiments, the connection position between the first elastic piece 222 and the second elastic piece 223 is provided with a protruding portion, and the protruding portion protrudes toward the board 21, and the protruding portion is the contact portion 221.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, the display cooler 100 may further include: and a connection member 30, the connection member 30 being disposed between the fixing plate 20 and the landing gear 10, the connection member 30 being used to connect the fixing plate 20 with the landing gear 10.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the shelf 10 is horizontally disposed, and as shown in fig. 14, the connection member 30 may include: a first connection portion 31 and a second connection portion 32, the first connection portion 31 being for connection with the shelf 10; the second connection portion 32 is connected to the fixing plate 20, and an included angle formed between the first connection portion 31 and the second connection portion 32 is greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees.
For example, the first connecting portion 31 may be a first plate, the second connecting portion 32 may be a second plate, the first plate is horizontally disposed, one side of the first plate is attached to and connected with the layer frame 10, the bottom end of the second plate is connected with the other side of the first plate, and the second plate is attached to and connected with the fixing plate 20. The included angle between the second plate body and the first plate body is a preset angle, and the preset angle can be 30 degrees, 40 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees or the like, which is not limited in the application.
The connection between the second plate body and the fixing plate 20 and the connection between the first plate body and the layer frame 10 may be a non-detachable fixed connection or a detachable fixed connection, which is not limited in this application.
In this way, the second plate body is obliquely arranged at a preset angle, so that the fixing plate 20 attached to the second plate body is obliquely arranged, and the tag 200 arranged on the fixing plate 20 is obliquely arranged, so that the tag 200 can be aligned to eyes of a person, and the content of the tag 200 is convenient to view.
It will be appreciated that, in order to ensure the strength of the connection of the shelf 10 with the fixing plate 20, the connection member 30 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of connection members 30 may be arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the tag 200. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 14, the connectors are provided with 4, 4 connectors arranged at intervals along the Y-axis direction shown in fig. 14.

In this way, the tag 200 may be directly inserted into the insertion gap 210 through the insertion gap 210, when the tag 200 contacts the elastic piece 22, the tag 200 may apply an acting force to the elastic piece 22, so that the elastic piece 22 is offset in a direction away from the plate 21, so that the insertion gap 210 between the elastic piece 22 and the plate 21 is enlarged, and after the tag 200 extends into the insertion gap 210, the elastic piece 22 abuts against the tag 200 under the action of a restoring force, so as to fix the tag 200 between the plate 21 and the elastic piece 22. In a second aspect, the present previous embodiments also provide a display ice bin assembly comprising: tag 200 and display cooler 100, wherein the display cooler 100 may refer to the description of the first aspect above, and the disclosure of this application is not repeated here.
