The present utility model provides a portable concentrating solar cooker, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in a preferred embodiment, comprising a rearwardly concave concentrating plate 10 for concentrating light, a cooker frame 20 movably connected to the concentrating plate 10, and a support angle adjusting device 30 for supporting and adjusting a pitch angle of the concentrating plate 10, the front surface of the concentrating plate 10 having a reflective glass or film for reflecting light, which is the prior art, and not described in detail herein. The light condensing plate 10 includes two sub-light plates 11 symmetrically arranged left and right, and inner ends of the two sub-light plates 11 are connected in a rotating manner, so that the light condensing plate 10 can be unfolded and folded, when the light condensing plate 10 is in an unfolded state, the light condensing plate 10 can condense light to heat a pot on the pot frame 20, and when the light condensing plate 10 is in a folded state, the pot frame 20 can be synchronously folded between the two sub-light plates 11 in a follow-up manner.
In the present utility model, the size of the specific condensing plate 10 may be determined according to practical situations, and the focal ratio is preferably 0.5-0.6. In a more preferred embodiment, the focal ratio is preferably 0.5 and the focusing distance is preferably 0.5 meters.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the solar cooker is required to be used, the two sub-light plates 11 are outwards rotated to unfold the light condensing plate 10, the light condensing plate 10 is supported by the supporting angle adjusting device 30, the pitching angle of the light condensing plate 10 is adjusted by the supporting angle adjusting device 30, and the position of the light condensing plate 10 is circumferentially moved to adjust the orientation of the light condensing plate 10, so that the light condensing plate 10 can receive more sunlight; next, the cookers are placed on the cookers rack 20, and the condensing plate 10 acquires solar energy by condensing light and heats the cookers on the cookers rack 20 to cook and cook food. When the solar cooker is not needed, the cooker is taken down, the light condensing plate 10 is folded by rotating the two sub light plates 11 inwards, and the cooker frame 20 is folded in the two sub light plates 11.
In the present embodiment, when the light collecting plate 10 is in the unfolded state, the front surface of the light collecting plate 10 is a paraboloid, or the front surface of the light collecting plate 10 is a concave arc surface, preferably a paraboloid, and the two sub-light plates 11 are non-independent paraboloids, and the two sub-light plates 11 together form the paraboloid. One end that two sub-light panels 11 are close to each other is connected through a plurality of hinges 12 that the interval set up, and the axis collineation of a plurality of hinges 12, and preferably hinge 12 sets up in the front of condensing plate 10, is more convenient for draw in of two sub-light panels 11.
In another preferred embodiment, the pot holder 20 includes two brackets 21 rotatably connected to the front surfaces of the two sub-light panels 11, respectively, and the middle parts of the two brackets 21 are rotatably connected by a connecting shaft 23 to form a scissors structure. The two brackets 21 are parallel to each other about two axes of rotation of the two sub-light panels 11, the axis of the hinge 12, and the axis of the connecting shaft 23, respectively, so that the two sub-light panels 11 and the two brackets 21 form a four-bar mechanism; the distance from the axis of rotation of the left bracket 21 about the left sub-light plate 11 to the axis of the hinge 12 is preferably equal to the distance from the axis of rotation of the right bracket 21 about the right sub-light plate 11 to the axis of the hinge 12, and the distance from the axis of rotation of the left bracket 21 about the left sub-light plate 11 to the connecting shaft 23 is preferably equal to the distance from the axis of rotation of the right bracket 21 about the left sub-light plate 11 to the connecting shaft 23. When the light condensing plate 10 is in an unfolding state, the flexible piece 13 is straightened to keep the opening and closing angle of the light condensing plate 10 and the balance of the forces of the two sub light plates 11, so that the stability of a large paraboloid of the light condensing plate 10 with a larger size is also better; when the light collecting plate 10 is in a folded state, the flexible member 13 is loosened and can be accommodated in the two sub-light plates 11.
Preferably, the flexible member 13 is made of steel wires, and a section of steel wire 13 is connected to the upper and lower parts of the two sub-light panels 11 respectively, so as to improve the stability of the light condensing panel 10 in the unfolded state. Further preferably, a hole 14 is drilled at the upper and lower parts of the two sub-optical plates 11, and four holes 14 are drilled at the upper and lower parts, for example, the steel wire 13 passes through the hole 14 at the upper right, the hole 14 at the upper left and the hole 14 at the lower left from the back of the sub-optical plate 11 at the right side, then passes out from the hole 14 at the lower right to the back of the sub-optical plate 11 at the right side, and finally, two ends of the steel wire 13 are fixedly connected together at the back of the sub-optical plate 11 at the right side.
In the present utility model, the two sub-light panels 11 may be made of metal or polymer, preferably polymer, such as foam plastic, so that the overall weight is reduced, and the sub-light panels 11 are more portable, and a reflective film is applied to the sun side (i.e., the front side). The pot rack 20 and the supporting angle adjusting device 30 are made of metal or high polymer materials, preferably metal, and have high strength and stable supporting.
